Flexvilla: It's a YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been a semi-silent follower. Semi because I asked questions just twice in June last year but I digested the thread from 2015. Omo e no easy.
After 14 years from the first application to UK(Student Visa), Finally Baba God smiled on me.
My History of Refusals below:
June 2006- Student Visa (Masters Studies) refused January 2007- Student Visa refused again February 2014- Visit Visa refused
As if that one no do, Schengen come show me shege ( I wanted to use Surinder Singh route) 2017- Beligium (Tourist Visa)- Refused 2017- Germany- Refused 2017- Sweden- Refused
Na that time I know say e don reach to enter church.
Anyways I have travelled and lived in other yeye and not so yeye countries like India, Egypt, UAE etc so tey I even enter IRAN.
A big kudos to His holiness- Lexusgs430 for answering my questions (17.23% tithe for you)- God multiply ur hustle a hundredfold, Coronabobo stay far away from you. Justwise- all ur enemies- Fireburn! and all others who have been so helpful on this thread. Because of you guys, many keep hope alive.
Anyways I know that the Fam here always hammer on doing it urself style but after seeing my critical condition, I did it myself and still paid an immigration lawyer to do it again, then re-did it myself again. Omo I no wan hear STORY!
Also I calculated that if Radiga's application (STANDARD) came out within priority timeline, then mine which is priority should come out as Super-priority and so did it come to pass (12 WORKING DAYS)- Is it that the UK Immigration officers are mopping up fast due to Corona V?

Neziw14: Hello justwise and co
First and foremost you guys are doing a great job on this UK spouse visa.
My case is kind off different I pray someone can give me a vital reply, I want to apply for spouse visa this march all documents ready didn't know the changes for hubby job would play another part, so my hubby got his job in October 2019 and initial end ofcontract was stated November 2020, only for him to inform me the contract will be terminated this March. My question is should we take the risk and apply with the initial contract of November 2020 or just bone it. Am desperate it's a big cash to play with. Pls reply Thank you Don't risk it because he will need a letter from the company to support the application and that letter will state March as the end of the contract. Just be patient as he gets another job to avoid wasting money and time, if he has 16K in savings then great you can go ahead. |

High time people stop to come here and confuse people.. you think Schengen countries are like African countries ? Run na , den no dey tell person not to run Who is applying for German visa? 2demolad: answer the question with my previous post yourself Using the school rep when one can do it directly is just waste of money and time. Students can abandon their studies and disappear to other Schengen countries if they want, using school rep will not prevent that. |
Travel › Re: Lithuania Student Visa by justwise(mod): 3:39pm On Mar 19, 2020 |
2demolad: Rep and school will report you to Immigration .. Your TRP/VISA will be cancel and you dont need anyone to tell you that Schengen zone ((countries)have a central database.. So expect deportation to Buhari country ASAP So if i applied directly to the school without using rep and abandoned my studies or travel to Schengen country the school will not report me or cancel my visa? |

2demolad: Like I said , applicants can apply for admission themselves but I will suggest that they use the school representative .. He is going be their surety to proof that they are actually coming for a study and they don’t have an intention to abandon their program , run to other Schengen countries .. trust me , they(university ) will still call him for your visa decision .. I don’t expect you all to believe me but that’s the truth How will the school rep stop people from running off to other Schenge country or abandon their studies? |

oak202: Thank you for this response because i have been observing the way the question is being misinterpreted. The answer is YES to the question because he had already said yes in his previous application. Really difficult to understand why people are completely misinterpreted this simple question. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by justwise(mod): 7:15am On Mar 16, 2020 |
Darvick: It’s depends, if just a friend you stated, no need, you can say u don’t know anyone there now. If distance family you can still say you don’t know anyhow there. Uncle aunt cousin nephew etc don’t matter anymore coz UK don’t classify them as family anymore, only your mum dad brothers sisters and grands/great are your family. Check out who you stated you knew then, if distance family just say no but say yes if close family e.g I listed. This is totally misleading, this answer you gave here has nothing to do with the question: do you know anybody in the UK? Whether friend, distance family or blood brother or sister it doesn't matter, the answer is Yes or No. |

Biosak: Thanks but should I say I don't know anyone there since its over 10 year's? Please advice me. I have once used an invitation and I was refuse 10 years ago so if I decide to do new application will I say I don't know anyone there again? Yes is the answer, it doesn't matter whether you are going to visit the person or not, you don't have to use IV from the person, you can use hotel booking . They have it on record already that you know someone in the U.K., yes it's 10yrs ago but that doesn't remove the fact that you know someone. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by justwise(mod): 7:06am On Mar 16, 2020 |
kunzzy4me: If truly u don't have anyone in the UK as at present then simply say no... the u know last year might have relocated to another country this year ..the answer is simply no...last year when i applied..some actually gave me an invite ...Andi was deny but this year when I applied with hotel reservation..I was ask if I know or have a relative in the UK...I told them no..and my visa was approved..so it's depends ..just fill ur application form properly and pray ..that's all That's not the point! If you have declared that you know someone in the UK and the person is still living there then the answer is a big fat YES whether you are going to visit the person or not |

Bourne007 : Dude does it have to be exactly on the list before you understand the work conditions? Students can take paid professional work as long as the work conditions are met and one of the conditions is work 20 hour (not full time). Whether they get hired or not isYes it has to else you will be making things up, i'm asking you to point out in that list where they specifically mentioned that students can take up professional work for 20hrs a week. And i asked you before to list those professional work that students are allowed to do. |

Tobexin: Just because I want to serve as an errand boy using my car to some companies doesn’t mean I am self employed! I have no physical location or office. What of if am doing some freelancer jobs online in Uk will the government counts it as self employment or business activities? You still don’t get it, nothing like errand boy .. you are self employed and getting paid. You will also need business insurance to do that . |
Travel › Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by justwise(mod): 7:56pm On Mar 15, 2020 |
RalphJean: The short of it is: What Tobexin wants to do is SELF-EMPLOYMENT. A tier-4 student is NOT allowed to be self-employed. It’s against the rules. That’s exactly what I’m saying |
