I dont Pay tax on my business. Just d normal buying and selling. But Pay tax from my salary.
Using unregistered business with no tax certificate for visa application will be difficult because there is no way to determine how will your business is doing and how much is your profit at the end of financial year.

So in this case only your salary is the only 'explained' sources of income.

You need to outline your budget for the trip and try to keep it within 2 months of your salary

It is not in my character to insult people I don't know but I will take exception in your case and say YOU ARE FOOLISH. I MEAN YOU ARE FOOLISH to type the bolden. Oju orun to f'eye fo lai fa ra kan ra (The sky is wide enough for thousands of bird without hitting themselves). Why do you chose to be the devil's advocate? This thread is meant for people who wish to come to SA and people who wish to help them in their pursuit. You may get out of here and go created a thread where you can scare whoever wish to follow you away.

If Southy has really been a blessing to you as you claim, why don't you want it to be a blessing to another man. Not every man in South African are smiling like not every man in Nigeria is smiling. Leave every man to leave his life.

If I am not wrong you have passed this way before, I mean some months ago, you advised people to stop coming to SA. For what now? Why don't you take those guy you are bring for training to UniMaid (university of Maiduguri)? Abegi, leave matter for Mathias. If Femi has not gotten a job now, nay for your eye he go come share his breakthrough testimony when he finish his studies. Why will you mock your fellow human being. huh huh
Bro there is no need for that lets argue politely.

Thank you for the advice. I have take my time to go through some visa section too and already sent him some link. I will advice him to consider student route because that seems to be the simplest route. Even myself, I have applied to some schools already so I will advice him same and UK or Germany at least. Thank you for all the advice. Happy weekend!
Going to study is a good idea but if he wants to stay back then U.k is not a place for him. Germany will be more preferred option for that.

The link you are using is the right link but i'm not sure if your cousin is using it properly because it should give you more than one option.

I quote you ( every single material you copied and post here pointed out the obvious but you keep arguing against your own evidence.) so what does that mean...

You never cease to amaze me ... As i have quoted to you before that.... messages can be read in different meaning.... this sentence contain two parts (PART 1 Your wife doesn't have to return to UK provided they have a UK job offer ; PART 2 earning at least £18,600 starting within 3 months of returning)

What i meant by not returning is she does not need to return instantly, she can start looking for a job now and she must get a job in the uk which shows she is returning.... and most importantly it has to be a job offer 18600 plus.... and what the 3 month therefore means is that the sponsor (WIFE) has both current gross annual salary (in nigeria) and a future starting salary (in the Uk) which meet the financial requirement under Category A.

IS THAT CLEAR MY LORD!!!
No.

Thank you but what about visit or tourist visas? Any advice or he should just forget about travelling for now? Maybe visiting some countries might help later on. Thank you!
Since your brother is unto business that is his strongest tie to Nigeria and he can use his business and financial documents for all types of visa applications..However, he needs to register his business and have business and personal account so that he will be able to separate business capital from personal/profit account.

That will help him present his financial details properly for any visa application.

He should not accept any document from an agent because it most likely to be forged which will ultimately lead to refusal

Important Note

Your wife doesn't have to return to UK provided they have a UK job offer earning at least £18,600 starting within 3 months of returning. If she has no job offer, then she will have to return home and find and work for at least 6 months before she can sponsor you.

You don't have to start kicking off i'm only pointing out your contradictions

Justwise ... i dont know what you are driving at... But the choice is left for the family to follow.... Returning or not returning... they have to follow the UK rules and regulation and as one of my friend on this forum always say .... COST OOO... so it is there choice bruv... again i was reading the example under there situation on the link i posted and i believe it will give them a clear spreadsheet of their plans.. These examples makes life easier and they can plan it ... So bruv please stop thinking am trying to discredit your knowledge but i only paste what i know or have experienced... have a lovely weekend...

Example (a)
The applicant’s partner currently works in Australia but is returning with the applicant to the
UK to work. The applicant’s partner has been with working for the same employer for the
last 5 years in Australia earning a gross annual salary of £25,000. The applicant’s partner
has a confirmed job offer to start in the UK in 8 weeks of their return, with an annual starting
salary of £30,000. Therefore the applicant’s partner has both current gross annual salary
and a future starting salary which meet the financial requirement under Category A.

Example (b)
If, in the scenario at (a) above, the applicant’s partner overseas had been unemployed for
12 months, the financial requirement could not be met using Category A. This would be true
even if they had a job offer in the UK starting in 8 weeks of their return with a starting salary
of £30,000. The applicant’s partner can only rely on the income from a job offer in the UK
under Category A if they have been in employment overseas at the required level of income
for at least 6 months at the date of application.

Example (c)
The applicant’s partner currently works in Japan and is returning with the applicant to the
UK to work. She has been working for the same employer for 2 years in Japan and earns a
weekly wage. She has earned £495 each week for the last year.
Current non-salaried income = (gross earnings from employment held throughout the 6
month period, divided by 6) x 12
= ((26 weeks x 495) ÷ 6) x 12
= (12,870 ÷ 6) x 12
= £25,740
She has a confirmed offer of non-salaried employment in the UK to start within 5 weeks of
her return (paying £385 a week over a 12-month contract), so the annual starting income for
the job is equivalent to £20,000 a year.
So the financial requirement is met through Category A non-salaried employment.

Example (d)
The applicant’s partner currently works in Canada as a self-employed carpenter. She is
returning
with the applicant to the UK to work as a salaried employee of a large construction
firm. The applicant’s partner has provided all of the specified evidence for her selfemployment
income for the last financial year. Her tax return shows her gross income as
being £19,200 for that year. She has a confirmed job offer with the construction firm to start
within 10 weeks of her return to the UK. The annual starting salary for this job is £20,500.
Therefore the applicant’s partner meets the financial requirement using Category A.
I don't really know what you are on about, every single material you copied and post here pointed out the obvious but you keep arguing against your own evidence.

You don't apply for spouse visa if you have no intention of returning to the UK to live and work with your partner.

Brother will not be able to get a visa to any European country from Nigeria that will allow him to live and work legally.

There is nothing an agent can do for him apart from forging documents and charging heavily for it.

Please, my brother wants to relocate Abroad (to any Europe Country) and he told me he met an agent (who has previously helped few people I know too) to secure visas to UK but with the view of things, it might cost from 800k to 1m.

I told him to wait before he pay the man (agent) just for me to confirm from gurus here. He has just a diploma in computer and not working for like 6years now.

Please I need advice before he pays him. All he need is if it's possible to apply for a long term visa (to any Europe country) and still be granted and if yes, the processing. He is afraid of denial. Please kindly safe a soul. Thanks!
Your brother has been jobless for 6yrs now and want to waste 800 to 1M to an agent?

Look for any church and send your brother there for intense special prayer for him.

In most cases they don't meet the requirements so you don't blame SA govt. That is the case everywhere not only in SA.

People leave Nigeria and other African countries because 'home' got little to offer them.

Do you see South Africans traveling out for greener pasture like other African countries do?

SA is the youngest country in Africa but how come older brother Nigeria with enormous resource is in shamble?

You have money in Nigeria but you can't buy fuel, you can afford to pay for constant electricity but you can't have one.

You can afford to buy a car but roads are dead trap.

You can afford to go to any school but your chances of finishing that course is limited.

5.2. Category A: With current employer for 6 months or more –
overseas sponsor returning to the UK

5.2.1. Where the applicant’s partner is returning with the applicant to the UK to work, they must
meet two requirements to rely on Category A:
 First, the applicant’s partner must be in employment at the date of application and
have been with the same employer for at least 6 months prior to the date of
application. They must have been paid throughout that period of 6 months at a level
of gross annual salary or income which equals or exceeds the level relied upon in
the application. Their gross annual salary or employment income can be combined

You welcome .. please read and open the link and statement i posted above... However, as the British sponsor (your wife), she should have had a job paying 18,600 + in her current job (in nigeria) and have a further job paying that much secured in the UK, to start within 3 months of your move.

Do you meet the financial requirement?

NOTE!! the UK uses this as currency converter..

https://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/

Important Note

Your wife doesn't have to return to UK provided they have a UK job offer earning at least £18,600 starting within 3 months of returning. If she has no job offer, then she will have to return home and find and work for at least 6 months before she can sponsor you.
She don't have to return to the Uk? So with the 3moths job offer where will she be working from?

I have never applied or got any scholarship before. People do get but I never did. It is now so hard to get scholarship as a no SA citizen or Permanent resident. People will tell you I just need the basics, water, power and fuel. let them get it you will now see that is not what they really want. just 5 days back in SA i am missing Lagos, the friendly people, the love, the rice and dodo, the night life on the island and so many more, yet the light and water i have can not take the place of what I miss in Lagos. i dont have to carry my ID book around in Lagos like I do here in SA. I am free, here everyone makes me know even though have got an ID i am still a foreigner and that to me sucks big time

Final advise, people will tell you its greener at the other side, I say with all sincerity, it isnt greener anymore in SA. For me its been a good ride for me, but its getting really harder for new people coming in.

Then you don't have to wait for 3yrs you can start moving back to Nigeria to enjoy the wonderful life there this year.

Its very easy to visit and make judgement but when you have to live there permanently to see what people go through then you understand better.

Tell me one thing that works in Nigeria that you are proud of?

Survival of the fittest by hook or by crook is not life

I have lots of African visa on my passport like SA, Cairo etc.
Please kindly advice on how to fill page 3 and 4 of the form.
Bro why would you chose the UK for holiday on that salary? Flight ticket alone will take at least 3months of your salary let alone hotel, feeding and transport within the UK.

So basically you are going to spend almost all of that 500k in few days in the UK.

It will be difficult for you to get a visiting visa on that salary
