justwise: Child support is the responsibility of both the mother and the daddy, not just the daddy, again I'm not against child support , I'm against women who turned this into business for their own selfish interest, being a single mother benefit such women more because they are not interested in marriage but in using the kids to claim benefits.
Women has condom too, so it's not only man that needs to ware one. Moana: so please lets not here anymore of that the West polluted African culture because for if African men were against it there wouldnt be leaving their motherland for better living standards. F4J was formulated for fathers who actually want to be involved in their children's lives not for men who want to complain about paying child support. Do you actually read people's post before replying? |

The west polluted their culture already, they made a mess of family. African marriages still last longer than western one. Western culture supports single motherhood |

Redman007: Hi Guys, sorry if this has been answered before. Does any one know about the new "Standard visitor visa" which according to the uk.gov website replaces the previous categories like General Visitor, Child visitor, Sports Visitor visa etc. I'm looking on the Teleperformance application site and it does not have this Standard visa category. It still has the old ones. What do I do? Yes it replaces: Family Visitor visa General Visitor visa Child Visitor visa Business Visitor visa, including visas for academics, doctors and dentists Sports Visitor visa Entertainer Visitor visa Prospective Entrepreneur visa Private Medical Treatment Visitor visa Approved Destination Status (ADS) visaIf you can't find standard visitor's visa on the list then select one that applies to you. |

At the day's end you will be so tired and fatigued mentally to the extent that you will be looking 'belu belu'... if you get my drift!Your chances are pretty slim going through court especially if there is no evidence that the mother is unfit to look after the kids, the best you can get it an arrange visit...basically weekend daddy |

Moana: so if its not only money thats required to take care of a child why are you acting as if thats the case? If you sleep with a woman whose ambition is to become a wellpaid single mother you better be ready to deal with the consequences that result from your actions its as simple as that. If you dont want any wahala abstain until you find the right woman who only wants the best for you. Do you know how to identify such women? Any sign on their foreheads? |

Moana: i have asked you again is money all there is to child support? So when your mother breastfed you and nursed you back to help with you fell sick, was that not a form of child support? No money is not all the child needs but women who are professional single mothers care only about the money, that is the point we are trying to make all along |
Travel › Re: 12 Years A Slave? Nah! More Like 18 Years! The Child Support/ Alimony Issue! by justwise(mod): 8:54am On May 12, 2015 |
Moana: Let me ask you something personal. When your mother made sure had clothes on, had a proper meal, made sure you went to school, made sure you did what it takes to get good grades, nursed you back to health when you were sick, made sure you had a roof over your head, made sure you slept well at night, clothed you and bathed you. Did you ever say, well to hell with that, my father was the one who gave the financial support so he was the only one who made it possible to be where i am right now and all? Who told you that it's only mothers that can do that? Many fathers go out and work to provide for their families and still get chucked out of the house. That is the argument here |

torontoboy: @Justwise...are you trucking with her (Moana)? She has her mind made up and can't understand what the write up is about, so why bother? She has relegated the whole thing to having sex before marriage which is just a small part of it all. It takes two to tango. Why should the man bear the brunt of it all? And by the way, who said that all the women involved in such are jobless? All classes of women exploit the system. Men don't throw the pregnancy on women, they consented to it, they can as well insist on wearing condoms, so there is no blame shifting here. |
Travel › Re: 12 Years A Slave? Nah! More Like 18 Years! The Child Support/ Alimony Issue! by justwise(mod): 8:46am On May 12, 2015 |
Moana: pretty much proves how the law doesnt favour women, but rather does whats just.
and missed the point, i said you dont here them calling it an unjust when they decide to change it.
listen you have a duty to support your child no matter who brought him/her on earth. The fact that you fertilized the egg that made that child makes you responsible for that child until her/she becomes financially independent. Its funny someone would think its slavery when its a child he created without being under duress. So why blame your irresponsibility on a woman.
When the mother feeds the child, shelters the child, natures for the child, put the child through school, attends that child's school plays and soccer games, nurses the child back to health when the child is sick...is she not meeting up the end of her bargain? You are the one with the wrong argument because u keep acting like a child only grows on the child support without the mother putting in any effort to ensure the child is well and safe. Child support is the responsibility of both the mother and the daddy, not just the daddy, again I'm not against child support , I'm against women who turned this into business for their own selfish interest, being a single mother benefit such women more because they are not interested in marriage but in using the kids to claim benefits. Moana: this is an absolute lie. The law grants remedy to the prejudiced party. How many cases have u heard were a mother loses custody over her children because she is declared an unfit parent after divorce? How does the law favour a woman in that instant? A mother losing custody of a child is not easy because the husband or social services has to prove that the kids are in danger, maybe the mother physically abuses her kids, alcoholic, mentally unfit, this is not the case of merely allegations. if this was entirely true do tell me why the children take their father's surname not hers? Why does take her husband's surname not his? Do you hear women making noise about it and screaming the law is unfair because of it? This argument is about how the law comes in after divorce for whatever reason and not about naming right, for your information women can choose to keep their family name even after marriage. You just want to have your cake and eat it, and what bothers some of you is that the law doesnt allow to do so. The issues is about the law allowing you to have your way anytime not the law favouring women. As far as im concerned the law creates a balance. You are getting at the wrong end of my argument, I'm not in support of men who go around cheating on their wives or been abusive and still want expect the law to protect them. I'm basically saying that women who want to play the law has it all good because the law is on their side even when the man has done nothing wrong. |

missakomaye: Please guys I need advice. I have a friend in Aussie, I am supposed to stay with her for a while before I find my footing when I get there. She has sasked for a favor and here it is. She wants me to withdraw my application I had submitted since 2 weeks now and reapply again including her cousin as a my dependent. She promises she has a contact in student visa that assures my visa but I can't go through that visa stress again. I need her help too when I get there so is it too selfish not to want to withdraw my application? I know for a fact she has a contact but the hassles too much abeg.
Has anyone you known withdrawn and reapplied without hassle. If there was a way to skip some steps is wat I am asking Please be very careful...fraud you commit today will hunt you for life. You said your friend got a contact in the embassy and you believed that? Then why don't she use the contract to get her cousin visa? |
