She has a valid UK visa for more that 6months after returning home but she can not re-use it due to some personal reasons and the type of visa , now she want to apply for a tourist/visiting visa. Do you think it will be granted or she should wait till the recent visa expired. Note the old visa is on expired old passport.

I believe you knew a SOA has the phone number of the account holder and some other infos , and the account holder gets involve cos there arises a scenario where The embassy calls either the bank or the account holder to verify the authenticity of the said SOA

This is exactly why I said before that you and your brother are just putting applicants in danger and collecting their money, embassy will not call the account holder for verification, they call the bank headquarters and whatever your brother had forged will be exposed at that level. Of course it's forged, the bank statement does not belong to the application, you only use his surname to match an existing bank customer.

If at all any club in Russia spotted him and wants to give him a trial then they will contact his local club or his agent (if he has one), they will send him letter of invitation which he will use for visa applications. Ticket, accommodation, feeding and everything else is the club responsible. He is not paying for anything.

The fraudster you are dealing with will send you fake IV and it's not free, you will be asked to pay for all sorts of worthless papers, they will only stop collecting money from you when you have nothing more to give them

In any case, I'll try to follow up and see how this ends and also report everything here. By the way, the bank statement is needed by NDLEA as part of requirements to be issued Character Certificate so I'll still appreciate if I can get someone to help atleast it wouldn't involve money.

My friend needs help to travel to Russia for Football Trials. He's known to me for some years now in church because we function in the same unit. So he came to me and discussed about his invitation for Football Trials in Russia. I happen to be someone that support and encourage bright ideas and for him, he is good in what he's doing. He plays for the Hill FC in Uyo. So he got this connection with a trusted FIFA Football Agent in Russia who is interested in him. It is a direct connection with the Agent. So the Agent at the moment is processing his invitation papers and advised that while he's doing that he should get his papers ready so that once the invitation comes, he can proceed to embassy for Visa. We are working on clearing with NDLEA to get Character Certificate. And we have been able to get Police Clearance and Guarantors but for Statement of Account, it's not forth coming and time is running out. All the people we have talked to in and off the church has refused help. Some just display high level of ignorance that he would be using the account statement to withdraw money from the account. So far, I have been the one sponsoring almost everything and I know how much I have spent since I agreed to work with and actualize his dreams. For the account statement issue, it's sad that I can't help. My salary is just 60k/mo. The condition for the required Statement of Account is that the least balance in it must be 500k and transactions on the account must have crossed a million in the past.

Am bold to say that my friend is trusted, cool headed, focus and would never get involve with anything incriminating while in Russia. He has promised never to forget whoever would help him in this direction. I solicit your help for him if your account satisfies the stated conditions.

I wish to say that this thing has taught me some lessons in life: you only know who is who around you when you have challenges. So many that we thought could help have disappointed. Sad to say that even in the church, helpers are going extinct. For me, am not just starting doing this. Had to suspend my personal problems for my January salary just to help this guy because if I said let me also get some stuff for myself, my salary wouldn't permit me and he has not one else to run to.

Please stop believing in this scam, you are not dealing with any trusted FIFA football agent, just one of those silly football trial scams. If this is real then your friend need no bank statement because the agent or club inviting him for trial will take care of everything including ticket and hotel accommodation.

You don't make such mistake, email your sponsorship letter to them so that it will be included in your CAS, that way you will avoid submitting bank statement or keeping money for 28days as requirement.

I got unconditional offer and am so liable for NDDC scholarship and Delta State First Class Scholarship. I intend to use em both to fund me studies. Actually my undergrad was at Greenwich University but I the application process has changed since then. And no I was not told to pay any fee.

Then you are good to go, the application is done online, payment online as well. You need to submit only those documents listed on your CAS, after submitting online printout the application form sign it and attach the same documents you submitted online and head to their visa centre for physical submission and interview. After the online submission and payment they will give you appointment date to submit your application, do biometric and interview.

Give it a break then apply as individual, your mum can afford it and you can as well if you give yourself sometimes to get enough into your account. They don't seem to believe that you are related to your mum.

Justwise, please i need your advice here for a friend to my friend. He obtained his e-passport in nigeria some years back with a different name and a different date of birth. Now he just got his residency on his real name and real date of birth and want to obtain a new e-passport on his real name and date of birth. He has applied for change of name and date of birth to the Nigerian embassy, they interviewed him and he confessed to them. Some nigerians were in the same situation. Some nigerian immigration officers came from nigeria to interview all applicants in this category and they interviewed them again and obtained some nigerian documents evidencing that they are the bearer of the real names and date of births they are claiming to be and changing to as their real details, while the old e-passport they obtained at first in nigeria syears back and not on their real names and date of births.

Now, according to him, he approached one of the immigration officer and the officer gave him his number and has been calling him in Nigeria from here. He said he just want to help him to make it fast because it could take years in the normal processing. He told him that when its ready he will send the e-passport through the Ministry of foreign affairs. My friend was expecting him to say they will only change his name and date of birth on the system and not issuing it there when he's not in nigeria. I now told him that i think it would be illegal to send passport from nigeria when it wont be issued here. He said the officer said it is only in Abuja they can do it and then forward it to nigerian embassy. But my worry for him is that the place of issue will be in nigeria, and i think the oyinbo immigi here will ask him how did he get to nigeria? though they are aware his new e-passport is under processing and the correction of his details will be corrected from Abuja before they will forward it to Nigerian embassy here.

Now, my question is: Is it not illegal for nigerian immigi to correct details and issued the passport in nigeria while the applicant is not in nigeria and then send the passport to Ministry of foreign affairs while the ministry of foreign affairs then send it to nigerian embassy and finally notify him for collection?

He will get into a lot of trouble if he does that, like others have pointed out he needs to travel down to Nigeria to get that done, exit, entry stamp and place of issue is very important

Sometimes you will be told right there if the decision is on your side but you will still wait for the letter containing the details and time frame given to HomeOffice to challenge the decision.

Applicants of one year course are given one year visa plus 4month=16 months visa, so is either her hubby has 3months left or he has already overstayed too.

Getting her kids into the UK will not be easy considering her current immigration status.

It takes minimum of 15 working days..so it could be longer sometimes depending on case loads
