TLOTRS: Sometimes what we say on the internet can determine a lot of things , do you guys think the VO's don't read the forums? When applicants submit fake or in this case, "prepared documents", it goes a long way in determining the visa approval time of Nigerians. When citizens of some countries have 4 weeks maximum visa approval time, ours is 13 weeks maximum , and we want equal treatment from CDHC? There are better ways of doing things. #myonenaira 5 stars!!!! |

LondonKent: Beheading by isis and beating along taking someone's life for 2 years over immigration issue are almost similar to me.
I met a brother there called Brother Sola who lost 2 of his 3 children while he was there. The two girls died in hospital in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria due to the fact there was no money to take care of their medical bills when their father was being locked up........... He was caught at work. Yes he was caught working illegally and detained, whose fault? British govt? People with no passport or who claimed stateless can not be deported until their country of origin can be ascertained. Even when they are about to be deported they will claim that their lives will be in danger if deported, how Boko Haram will kill them, some claimed to be Gay just to avoid deportation. People will demonstrate on their behalf etc...here you are blaming everybody else apart from people who committed the crime. |

You need to get your head properly checked, but why are you still living in a country that treats people like that if you likened them to Islamic state? People who are in detention camp can volunteer to leave or wait to be deported, how many people detained by IS came home alive? |

LondonKent: I say nothing but d truth
Am I gonna get paid for lying? No. So why should or would I lie?
The last guy was from Cameroon and his name was Gabriel. He told me how he was beaten at the back of a van at the airport; he said they took him to the back of a van so as to avoid people at airport from seeing what was going on. I recalled d day he was deported cos their communal room was directly opposite my room. They came around 4am.They end up taking him to hospital from d airport.
The other guy was Akinola who was carrying a big scar on his head as result of beating too; he was eventually deported to Nigeria and I was living in Jos after his arrival. I got his contact after this sad journey in deportation and I got to know he was living in Jos but that was over 8yrs ago. You may be telling the truth but you or those of friends exaggerated it. |

LondonKent: Nobody is saying that everybody has every right to stay in UK. I am of opinion that UK govt has every right to protect every british citizens just like every other countries around d world; UK govt has to protect its borders but in course of doing this, don't subject human beings to all sort of barbaric treatments; d treatment that UK govt wouldn't allow British dogs to be subjected into.
I felt irritated and disgusted after reading through your post. Where is your sense of reasoning? So you like the way these economic immigrants have being subjected to inhuman treatments simply cos they refuse to board a plane right? You love the fact that these guys have been locked up for over a year or two years right? What a shame!!!!
If British citizens who are criminals could be given a fair treatment like humans, these guys case shouldn't be different too.
Whao!!!!! Can u read through the 3rd paragraph of your post over again and tell me if u still have some blood flowing through your veins. Must they beat these immigrants? Do they beat British citizens who criminals like that? What would u say about Nigerian immigration officers subjecting other nationals to this barbaric treatments? People like you would be d first person to call Nigeria a failed and undemocratic nation where human rights are not in existence.
89% of these Nigerian immigrants are graduates from different fields of discipline. You don't know the meaning of barbarism, you are basically throwing words around in sentiment. Calling the treatment illegal immigrants received in the UK as barbaric is like comparing school punishment to 'IS' beheadings |

KoloOyinbo: You said in your post they refused to board the plane peacefully. How are they expected to make illegals board the plane or do you think just anybody has a right to come and stay and when asked to leave simply says NO I will not board the plane?
What would ANY countries Immigration Officials do to make a deportee board the plane? Any when they resisted what would happen.
I note that YOU admit that when injured they were not made to leave but brought back. This is to receive medical treatment. I wonder if perhaps some other countries would just leave them on the plane to seek medical assistance when repatriated to country of origin. You deserve an OBE |

It can do nothing I mean nothing at all. Just menial jobs to feed and wait for convocation ceremony
Justwise not to worry if anything goes wrong I will scream 6 months is more than enough for your next plan(if you are prepared) either working to save up for next study or settling back home in Nigeria. Student visa is student visa, its not work permit or PR, people should do their research pretty well before investing millions in foreign certificate then suddenly realized that its over within one year. With student visa you can only work part time, do more studies or hopefully get a permanent job, nothing more than that. You think the op is doing it for free? You have a dream, you really do. |

LondonKent: As a victim of this crime being committed by Immigration staff at deportation camp, I cried for my fellow Nigerians when I got in.
Nigerian police men are like angels compare to these UK immigration guys(not all but 70% of them are on the same platform). They have names for all sort of punishments; one is called BEND If I remember.
I met Nigerians who have been there for almost 2yrs; they look like mad men to me on my first day there. They didn't commit any crime except immigration issues. 89% of Nigerians in deportation camp were caught at work, using fake identities to work.
These immigration officers normally come in the morning around 4am to take d deportees to d airport and the reason why they come in the morning is cos they don't want other detainees to revolt or fight for their friends not to be deported. 4 am in the morning, guys are already sleeping and weak....
Some detainees ll come back with bruises all over their faces simply cos they he detainees refused to board a plane peacefully. Hence these immigration escorts will take the detainees to the back of their waiting van and start beating these African guys like animals. I have seen two of my friends who were brought back from Heathrow with broken legs and hands.

Question 2: Do i have to include my land deed?
Question 3: How do i pay for the courier service on the teleperformance website coz i'm in Owerri and want my Passports returned to me via courier to PH.
Question 4: Please how do i make hotel reservation and do i have to pay for it?
@ Vicjustice and justwise:
Thank you all. liliana: @nonoski, Question 1 In my opinion, there can only be not enough documents, never too much when submitting a visa application. It looks like your documents are okay. Question 2 See response to question 1 above. Question 3 I believe you can pay for the courier service at the appointment, not online. They would ask you how you prefer your passport to be returned to you. Of course, you pay extra for this service. Question 4 Use google! It's that easy. You can use your brother - in- laws address as a benchmark i.e hotels near brother-in-laws postcode. Goodluck with your application! This post ^^ answered your questions |

solomoncater: I made it clear that you should do a little bit of research before you email or contact me.
@santity100 are you telling me Australia is better than NZ in terms of tuition fees?
This info is for people that can afford to travel out of the country to do their masters and have plans to stay back and look for work. UK will send you back home as soon as you finish your final exam and their fees are higher.
If you need chaep tuition school try Icleland or Austraia.
Very Important: Fees per year in New Zealand is between 20,000 to 25,000 Dollars if you dont have that no need to apply or contact me because i cannot do anything unless you have a high GPA and we could try applying for scholarship.
If you are a PhD student then you will pay only 7,500 dollars and you work full time too. That is not true. |

She is constantly asking if “you find her prettier than me” every time you glance in the direction of another girl. She freaks out when you are out and convinces herself that you are going to find someone better. She doesn’t realize or accept how much you really like her and after a while it becomes exhausting trying to make her see in herself what you see in her. No need of mentioning names because they don't exist. Diplomas can either carry the diplomatic passport or their Nigerian passport. |

TCann: Thank you Justwise. I have initiated the process based on your thoughts which is also the general opinion but I'm a lil concerned about this new online form.
There is no indication that my online form is linked to other memebers of my family that is applying alongside.
How will our applications be recognised as linked and be treated as members of the same and one family.
(Meanwhile on my wife's form...in the sections asking about:
-Cost of the trip to you personally -cost of accomodation - available amount for the trip -cost of living expenses
I filled "SPOUSE SPONSORED". I hope I am in the right path?
NB: I am picking the bill for myself, wifey and 3 children for a 7-day trip, with an account statement balance of 3m with no lump sum lodgments. I dont know whether it will fly?
Thank you. You should not be worried about that, when you go to submit at the visa center the whole family application forms and supporting documents will be put in one folder and recorded. The details in their forms will be the same as yours, apart from names and passport numbers. Sponsorship, cost, accommodation, living expenses etc will be the same as in your form because you are the sponsor. |

Or do you mean report, as in send official reports to Headquarters through Telex? I am confused. Do you know what you are talking about? Do you know what the cost would be? Hmmmmm....you better ask questions Yes i know what i'm talking about. Foreign service officers report back to their HQ in Nigeria, a written report. The cost is not the issue here, they are paid to do that. Whether they send it through telex, email or diplomatic bag that i don;t know |
