Freedom of speech comes with responsibility, go to religious section and start a thread about praying for visa lottery success.

There is nothing wrong with people quoting the bible but don't turn the thread into bible study.

I'm a Christian but not everybody here are, this is why there are Christian and Muslim sections for religious activities.

Obviously the second person that collected your passport knew very well that you don't need to replay as its the case of lost passport.

If you want to know what miracle is stop going to school and allow your visa to expire then apply for extension, then you will know the difference.

You are allowed to change sponsor as long as you still hold valid visa with permission from UKBA.

Loosing your passport and getting another then go for visa replacement is the normal thing, people who advised you against it did that because they don't know how its done.

This is typical of many Nigerians, when we want something dearly (in this case visa lottery) we become so engaged in Bible quoting, devil binding and loosing but we can't fool God, he knows why our interest in him just suddenly increased, after winning it very few will come back here to continue this Bible study.

Believers,unbelievers, Christians, Muslims all play and win the visa lottery hence its game of luck.

I totally believe in God but lets not play God.

If your visa expires more than a month before the start of your next course then you have to return to your home country to re-apply.

johnwray: word of advise... only the police force has direct right to those info. any other govt agency applies through the force. HO Visa section doesn't even have the right to request for your tax records directly. while they have your consent to request this, they can only apply through the force and this is only in cases where they suspect fraud. enough said, I worked in the ......... office last year through an agency. the info i have just given u is FACT. only the force has direct right to those info. other govt office needs court approval or go through the force.

If you have ever worked with any immigration agent(which i doubt) then that must be more than 10yrs ago because you arguments here shows that.

The argument here is not whether immigration has direct or indirect access to your crime-record..NO, rather its about how fast they can get hold of your record and make decision on your visa application. It does not take ages any more, they can pull out your records within minutes.

The training is actually a 14 days training with certification.

The problem you will have is to be able to justify your sources of income with paper evidence to back it up

know: Hi Justwise.is it true that d tier 4 visa application process is goin to be online now rather the paper based it has been all dis while.Then,its like the UK is begining to have a rethink and trying to relax their immigration belt gradually.Read on the UKBA website that graduating Ph.D student can now stay after one year after d end of their study.Maybe,d PSW regime may just be on its way back.

Yes from next month Ph.D graduates can stay a yr longer but i'm not sure PSW decision will be revised, no idea about tier 4 online application, will have to read up on that.
