coogar: it beats me.I guess they searched him for drug...which involves sticking hand into your behinds to see if hides one there. |
coogar: justwise, what can you say about this chipped-anüs guy? he traveled on false documents even though he claims to be legal - does it make sense? That cracked me up. Now about the topic....i don't believe nonsense, its even ridiculous to think of. They have individual's biometric details, so what is the point of sticking some object into his hairy backside? |
Toluwarni: seriously why do the Admin's on here hide people's posts?? what happened to freedom of speech??That comes with responsibility and respect for rules governing a forum like this |
jackname: I have at last found and spoke with the owner of the company they used in the employment letter.I'm glad that you finally got the info you wanted. I was never in doubt that this is just scam and nothing else. |
jackname: Its ok, i have seen your msg. I checked the wrong email that was why i didn't see it.Ok. |
afoobiggy700: No, but I just wish to do trail thereYou need to be invited by a club before leaving Nigeria to anywhere for trail. You don't leave Nigeria to any country for football trail without been invited by the club. |
afoobiggy700: Pls can anybody explain to me, how I can travel to uk(england) for football trailWere you invited by any club in the UK for trail? |
Biafra rep: The holy book made us to understand that people perish because of lack of knowledge, many diaspora Nigerians are really suffering, though majority of them would not admit it for obvious reasons but the truth is that they are passing through very difficult times, many of them are frustrated and is such a pity that they do inhuman and demeaning jobs which the whites would not touch just for them to make ends meet. Some of our country men and women, took up jobs at the morgue so they could be washing cadaver! Others work at the old people's home were they attend to old and sick people, generally part of their job include cleaning urine and feaces! The irony of it is that the more nauseating and disgusting the work, the higher the cents! Because of shame or fear of being called failures by the folks they left behind in Nigeria, they would rather die there than come back empty handed. The global economic meltdown really dealt a devastating blow on Europe, though USA,Canada and Australia are recovering albeit at a snail pace but Europe is finished economic wise, Greece has collapsed, Portugal is in crises. UK, France and Spain is facing unprecedented unemployment problem. People and corporations with foresight are moving towards developing countries like China, India, Nigeria etc so they could tap into their high ROI and many virgin areas that have not been exploited. Many uninformed diaspora Nigerians do not know that Nigeria has one of the highest ROI in the world. With average capital, foresight and resilient attitude, one could easily become rich in Nigeria but in Europe, if you are poor, you are likely to remain poor till you die because everything has been structured to favour the capitalists. My advise to my country men abroad, save as much money as you could, think of ideas that would sell in Nigeria and invest!Sometimes when i read a post like this i feel that some people are not exposed, so backward thinking and dam right uninformed. Working in home care or elderly people's home is a full time job for many people, its their profession, they studied it in school, get trained and are making a healthy living out of it. This is not just a job for illegal immigrants or for blacks, this is a job for all colours and there is nothing shameful about it. You talked about people washing dead bodies to make a living, i ask you this...who washes dead bodies in Nigeria? Jobless people? people picked up from the street? Or nurses from those hospitals? Yes things are difficult for alot of people so what? Are things rosy in Nigeria? You said European economy is dead but the same European countries are giving Nigeria aids worth millions. What is the percentage of Nigerians living in Nigeria making honest living without stealing and bribing their ways out of everything? What is the condition of social amenities and living standard of ordinary Nigerian? |
mysoopafly: dear suxes2005, justwise and at all. What do you for a living? Do you work or own a business? |
jackname: Something is wrong somewhere, i didn't see it in my inbox nor in my junk, I can only view that i have an IM here in my profile. Its the prob with the system, it happens to me and other moderators as well, sometimes the email system works and sometimes it doesn't. |
@Aigbe and other working on this case. I suggest you don't take anybody's promises of refund seriously and say very little here, keep your plans close to your chest until she is sorted out. She and her partners in crime are buying time. |
jackname: @JUSTWISE, you did not reply my IM?Replied your email the same day, if you don't see it in your inbox check your junk mail, have re-sent it again now. |
Lets keep the discussion in one place, this is Cyprus student admission and visa related thread, though North Cyprus but you can as well ask your questions here https://www.nairaland.com/351402/north-cyprus |
chizyb: thanks dear ur a big inspirationAll the very best. |
chizyb: okay when i get a job what happens next, will it be possible for me to change my status when i get over there. That is possible. |
yemilasko: But it is obvious dey didn't confirm it,cuz its a genuine bank statmnt.he JConfirm from who? Yes it could be a genuine bank statement and also could be a 'built' one. I'm not suggesting that you used a 'built' bank statement but embassies look out for bank statement that has been artificially inflated by somebody inside the bank and given to a 'friend' or 'customer' just for visa purposes. Embassies sometimes don't call your local bank branch to verify, they call the head office of your bank for verification. |
chizyb: hi justwise, please i have 2 years multiple visitor's visa currentl which will expire in 2014 but i want to take the opportunity relocate to US, am a medical doctor. how can i change my status once i get there. answer urgently needed plssss!Look for a job in US before you move there, you can't work with visiting visa |
baba dey: @mod or justwise...why did u remove my email??...what is it av violated?. You shuldnt have. They are somethings some persons wouldn't like to say here but prefer the other. I'm not desperate,so don't think I will fall mugun, trust me,I know who I am.There is nothing about getting a visa or job that can not be said openly here. Contact dropping or agent promotion is not allowed here simple. |
yemilasko: @justwise,welldone for the great jobs.I'm new hear but I need uParagraph 320(7A) attracts 10yrs ban and the reason why you were given the right to appeal this decision is for you to proof beyond every reasonable doubt that the bank statement is not forged/fake. Embassies know pretty well how to verify bank account. So its up to you to back up your appeal with evidence(s) to proof to the immigration tribunal that that bank statement is genuine. Appeal takes time, it takes between 4-6 months at least, sometimes even more. |
babaskool: DEAR FRIEND are u high or sumthing , a plot of land in lekki costs an average of 200 million naira dats half a million pounds which house or amenties in peckham was is worth a million pounds not to talk of some people house in lekki That means nothing, people give prices, that doesn't mean that that plot of land worth millions. In Nigeria out value system is so wrong, we know how to quote figures even when the item is worthless. |
dbride: 99.9% of nigerians living in the UK are suffering and smiling, period. They are coming back because they have reached their wits end, their backs on the wall economically. Besides, there is absolutely no life there. Nigeria is bad, yet these whites who attain their retirement in 9ja, secure another job just to stay back in 9ja! I have travelled far and wide, home is home in spite of all her shortcomings. Are sure about that? |
TOKUGAWA: The issue with the UK is that most Nigerians are seeking white collar jobs, while those with handy work which are not traceable/taxable by the Government are making serious money. The EU laws are killing the Uk economy,Bulgarians and Romanians are trooping to the UK in search of job.Don't forget these people can move into the UK without VISA.They are mostly Artisans with various skills and are white colored. So there is pressure for for the little jobs available, these Eastern Europeans offer cheap labour like Africans too. The only sensible point made so far. |
