Good evening everyone,

Please, if you have been in this situation before, or have heard anyone who had been, kindly help!!!

My sister is presently doing a postgraduate programme, had a 3-month extension so he was given another COS for 5 months in order to apply for visa to cover the extension. She will finally complete her programme by middle of November.

She applied for the visa in July 2022. Her last visa expired since August. She is still awaiting response from Home Office.

Now, she has got a new job. Start date is November 20. They have issued a COS.

The question is, can she apply for the work visa even if the other visa is awaiting decision? Please help us, we don't want to waste money!!

The MPs knew that if they didn't choose the person they thought could deliver (whatever his colour) then they could face an early general election and with the polls as they are, get wiped out completely.

So even a racist (if any ) would choose the brown man over unemployment

Another angle is that the Tories love/respect money, and RS is said to be even wealthier than the king - not your regular brown man. Success has no enemies. It's difficult to victimise or discriminate against someone who could literally buy the whole of parliament. Levels.

Rushi should have been chosen the first time over Liz because everyone knew he could do the job. Liz was not chosen based on capability.

They had no choice, they have messed up and needed someone to clear up the mess. They were desperate because they were loosing money by the day in investments.

This happens all the time, you go for an interview, they pick a white person over you. That person messes up and they call you in to clean the mess. ( I’m talking from personal experience).

If you earn between the Primary Threshold and the Upper Earnings Limit, then you will pay the standard rate of National Insurance (13.25% in 2022/23) on your earnings over the Primary Threshold. The Primary Threshold in 2022/23 is £190 per week to 5 July 2022 then £242 from 6 July 2022.

Nothing to do with the colour of your skin but how much you earn.

Old age British citizens are not using the Spanish healthcare system as they are not sick. Most times they own properties and and businesses over there which generate taxes.
Unlike fake Nigerian citizens they are not going there with a truckload of dependents taking up places in schools and other amenities meant for Spanish born children of citizens who have paid taxes.
