if you can prove that innocent passengers were not hurt or affected while he was "defending" himself then only then can you say that he wasn't at fault. It became public violence when his actions took place in a public space and adversely effected other members of the public (other passengers) who had nothing to do with attack.

if I slap you and you slap me back, you can get away with self-defence but when it turns out into a mini WWE smackdown it becomes public violence. I believe there are other innocent passengers who were hurt and affected during the fight, don't only look at those that were part of the fight. That's why I said its not a wise idea to sue anyone, we will be sinking his own ship if he does that. Not only was there contributory fault of his part, his actions also constitute a criminal offence

If there has been an attack so that defence is reasonably necessary it will be recognised that a person defending himself cannot weigh to a nicety the exact measure of his necessary defensive action. If a Jury thought that in a moment of unexpected anguish a person attacked had only done what he honestly and instinctively thought was necessary that would be most potent evidence that only reasonable defensive action had been taken

this would be a bad idea because the way he retaliated caused more damage than necessary. All they just have to do is pray and hope that they both won't be charged with a criminal offence, if the video gets in the hands of the authorities best believe me they will have a party with both of them.

No she never raised the child at all. The child has been in my custody from the onset, from infancy and I've been taking care of everything. I took care of everything and bills right from the day one of pregnancy to delivery to every other thing.

I dont know what parents are turning into these days, how can a child be masturbating and you think mere talking will stop it. I remember as a child, my mum used pepper on me and that was the end. I discovered that my 5 yr old was masturbating (don't know how long its been going on) I talked to him to stop. the same day I saw him doing the same, I got very angry and gave him the flogging of his life. he continued and I kept doing same and since then he has not tried it. Some dumb research. There are a lot of things that cause homosexuality. I do not believe that homosexuality is innate or hereditary or the act of self servicing tho risky to our health. Homosexuality is by choice, or they way they are treated, or the way they live but it's kinda scary and puke me out. What's the agenda behind this gay thing? Oboy wax dey painful jare, I have a very low tolerance for pain, plus it's on my chest, shaving it already makes me feel like my heart is being affected, what do you think would happen if I wax? It's usually very neat after I'm done so no worries there.

Thank God for my elder sis. She introduced me to waxing. Now I wax every two weeks. The down side to waxing is I react to it. As in, I break out in nasty rashes and pimples that take ages to clear.

Another thing, the waxing only clears half the hair because the hair has become so thick, no thanks to the hair remover. My waxist complains of back pain whenever she has to tweeze out those stubborn hairs that the wax can't clear off. As in, she has to use 'eba power' to uproot those darned hairs. So stubborn

It doesn't affect anything in my life, I even pluck them with my fingers so it's not always there, I have a small portion of hair on my chest that I have to shave because I don't like it anymore, the only problem I've had with that one, is that, sometimes some yeye people especially my brother say " ifuro ka osi gba aji na obi ka amosu" or "this girl go wicked o this one wey she gather hair for chest" like wtf?
