One thing i admire about you. Your analyses show you are an excellent judge of the market... yMcy56: Dey don unban you Agba think say he don see fine babe....
I dey o. Not much update to give today.......was just observing the market for the most part.
But from the look of things, there's some kind of resistance by quite some stocks despite the profit taking in them. Some kind of defence ongoing in-between....... Upward movement observed in some, some tradedat day's high and few on full bid... Billions still spent on the likes of Transcorp, ACCESS, DANGCEM and maybe few others....
We see how tomorrow goes again.....God willing |

Today, instead of saying, 'I don't have time' or 'I can't do it,' just start! 😎 |

This is simply a case of increasing market share and spread. Heineken is the parent of NB and Raysun. I believe that a full acquisition will favour Champion... yMcy56: Anyone buying Champion should carry out his/her Due Diligence very well and have an up to date information sha.
Champion Brewery information has been posted here at different times in the past concerning this take over.
Raysun Nig Ltd already sort for, and got approval from SEC to take over Champions Brewery 100%, having purchase larger % from substantial/majority shareholders .......but the obstacle for now is Akwa Ibom govt who also owns around 10% stake in it.
Maybe Raysun will now be forced to buyout the remaining shareholders at juicy price is another thing...
This post is not meant to spoil anything for anybody ooooo...but this is just for purpose.

The company stated the reasons (FX)... emmaodet: My worry with the brewery is the losses. I checked NB financial report for Q3 compared to 2022 andi am not impressed with the net loss. The fundamentals are not supporting entering them now until the management corrects the financial issue of the company My observation though |
