I would want to make one or two assumptions - I have presented the idea in a very organised, objective and comprehensive way. My boss has done the same thing regarding his objection. I would drop the idea if his argument is superior to mine.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. For me, camry is more beautiful especially, the rear (many people say it is bland but I hold a different view). But in performance, accord is better - equiped with a 2.3L 150hp engine (except the DX trim), better brakes, more generous passenger space (hard to believe?), better lit dashboard diplays, more efficient climatic control, automatic speed adjustment wiper (though not a plus for me), some controls on the steering wheel (cruise), better handling on rough roads though the camry's macpherson's absorbers do excellent job too.

Both come with good sound system Cassette/FM/AM/CD. Camry has a lower turning radius, bigger fuel tank, ASB (Please note that I am comparing camry LE and accord LX trims). The 2.2L 136hp engine camry is fitted with may tend to be sluggish sometimes.

I am inclined to say that accord has better fuel economy because it deliveres the same mileage with camry despite having a higher engine. The accord comes with 5speed manual as a standard while camry comes with a 4speed auto as a standard.

For me, 2000 camry has a more domineering appearance than the accord. If these two cars should swap bodies, I will take the accord!

NB: I am not a guru o! Its all your choice.

the camry is fitted with a 136hp engine but gets sluggish in escape driving especially with the AC on. I dont know why one should be driving a 4 speed gear in this age and time. I think that might be a draw back for the 2000 camry from my own point of view. The 2000 accord handles better with 150hp engine and 5 speed manual.

However, I stated that this brand of thinner has Toluene and Xylene only as ingredients and these are the main constituenets for Octane booster. I refer you to all the excerpts I pasted for you (with references) in my earlier postes on this thread. I did not say use paint thinner as there are so many other thinnners (even water is a thinner for emulsion paints) but use Toluene. And if you find a thinner wit Touene then all the best to you!!
