NGpatriot:Okay oooooo. If you insist, I don't need to convince you. Kosewu!!! If you had visited advanced countries, you won't settle for regional politics. Indirectly, one Nigeria is a scam, politicians use to get to the top. I don't advocate for anyone but someone that can set the country on the path of greatness. Without stains of corruption as such will do the bidding of cabals. |
7lives:You should know I am a liberal yoruba. Nigeria is yet to recover from regional politics. Until when Ghanaians desperately start looking for Nigerian Visa, before you can understand my state of mind. |
TheLionofLasigi:Funniest thing is that you assumed I am not Yoruba. We have had 8 yrs of presidency and will have another 8 yrs of vice. I don't expect much again from Yoruba presidency. I just want a country that will attract foreign investors and Nigerians abroad. Tinubu, Kalu and Atiku have one thing in common and are not on my list. |
NGpatriot:Wish you all the best with your political alliance. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about herdsmen attacks. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about insecurity. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about economic hardship. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about price of petrol. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about Buhari's nepotism. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about naira to dollar rate. Hypocrisy is when you still complain about increase in lawlessness. I am not in support of GEJ or PDP but we hope the emigration rate will reduce. |
LegendHero:So, only a southwestern will have yorubas at heart. What is the usefulness of Buhari to northwest people? I don't support regional politics and moreover only few people receive political favours, appointments, contracts etc. You may highlight the Lagos to Ibadan railway as a benefit to southwest or the approved Kano to Maradi railway for the northwest. However, basic problems in southwest & northwest are left unattended to. I am looking for a competent president that will project Nigeria to the world. |
seunmsg:We wait and see APC presidential aspirants' campaign in 2022. Do you think anyone can campaign in the North with restructuring and get votes? Of what use is restructuring in APC's manifesto if not implemented? |
seunmsg:Why did Tinubu align with Buhari to form APC without putting restructuring on the table? Even Osinbajo (Tinubu's AG then) doesn't understand restructuring again. |
Katlyst:Although, their industries create huge job opportunities for our youths and overall national development, the price of their commodities can't drastically go down. FOD, dominique |
Dangote and BUA group business models don't really support reduction in price of commodities in Nigeria. They mostly sell at international price to maximise profit. When the price of cement is very cheap in Nigeria compared to international price for neighbourhood countries, there will be tendency for smuggling across borders. So, how will Dangote and BUA sell their cement to neighbourhood countries? This is exactly what happened to petrol during fuel subsidy regime. A loss to federal government and profit to smugglers. Don't expect Dangote's petrol to sell for #100 per liter in Nigeria and #200 per liter in Benin, Togo, Ghana or Cameroon. |

Vanity......... |
Wonderment!!!!! And loots transfered from a developing to a developed country. |
engroyekan:Discovery isn't the major issue. Characteristic of the strain to increase infection rate is quality information. How can the world take us serious with less than 1% population test? Half-baked research |

Esseite:How many covid-19 tests per day in Nigeria? We haven't tested 1% of our population. If Nigeria did sufficient test (above 20%), It would have made it easier for the research centre to arrive at a conclusion on rate/pattern of infection. Thus, it wasn't a quality research, and not publishable in recognized international academic journals. |
Vanity upon Vanity. Showcasing of expensive cars. Showcasing of flamboyant houses. Showcasing of expensive designers. Showcasing of wealth and luxurious lifestyle. Showcasing of oppressive attitudes. All of these don't move me in Nigeria. Everything in the midst of poverty capital. Everything in the midst of alarming unemployment. Everything in the midst of science/technology stagnation. Everything in the midst of epileptic power supply. Everything in the midst of poor health care. Everything in the midst of falling education standard. Everything in the midst of inadequate security of lives/properties. Until Nigeria can solve some of its basic problems like India, without importing expatriates or over-depending on foreign goods at expense of local production, All of these don't move me in Nigeria. We imported palm oil and maize even before buhari/insecurity crept in. We need more factories and industries in Nigeria now. |
uniquetechng:Good! |
Hmmmmmmm. The more you look, the less you see! |
