Don't argue with them or even warn them about anything.
Don't send them on any errand (if you can do that).
If they make mockery of you, ignore it.
If you are to talk to them, select your words and make it few.
Reduce the rate at which you laugh/play with them.
Keep your cool all long and one of them is going to break first.
I know these, because I've been there.
