I think that Pastor (who is Yoruba) also got life sentence and he supported Peter Obi in his Church publicly making prophecies etc, that being said doesn't exempt anyone from that behaviour. Life sentencing for this sort of crime is normal, whether he was Igbo or not. I support the life sentencing.

What bothers me more is that someone with a "supposed good head" on his shoulders and good career will do such a thing, I know some people do not believe Evil Powers exist but this is a far reach. The issue of hook-ups is entirely on Nigerian men. Men sustain the industry, not women. These women don't fvck themselves. Hookup has never been a thing in Nigeria and the mainstream media such as we have now, what exactly happened in Nigeria that skyrocketed the hook-up culture?. Meanwhile 10 - 20 years ago, growing up I never witnessed hook-ups, even in University years ago It was never an issue until current times. What I knew back then was called Brothels.

Women often become displeased upon realizing that their husbands are cognizant of this reality. if you travel legally age is not an issue. I have fellow Nigerians with over 20 years experience from Nigeria working in the same place i work in Canada. They mostly came for MBA or followed their younger wife in migrating.

The a writing Nigerian person in his 50s still has strength to hustle even if na menial jobs.

Well understood, however I would never advise anyone to migrate in their 50s as It is not worth all the hustle & bustle.
In such cases, It's better to secure funding for their kids to move abroad instead.

It was pure speculation that was driving that alarming slide and because of it,people were withholding their dollars,even Nigerians abroad and those they sent dollars down here,believing it was heading to 2k and even beyond when they would then release it.
Many even did it at the risk of not getting the essentials it was sent for.
Also some bought to hoard for same reasons.
Seeing now that it's been falling and fearing their dollars is relatively losing value and may continue doing so,they are gradually releasing it,while still watching.
If it falls to say 1400 or even 1300,I foresee a panic dump of dollars into the market

If a woman goes to Mexico for childbirth, The child gets a Mexican passport as soon as the parent processes it. The parent also gets their PR as soon as they process it all this happens after childbirth. Now if the parent wants the Passport they will have to remain for two years and be able to speak Spanish and answer some history questions. If you choose to stay longer you will have to take care of your bills. Yes you need a job to be able to sustain yourselves.

So for both Brazil and Mexico, parents get permanent residency immediately after birth. However, you need to remain in Brazil for one year to process a Brazilian passport while for Mexico its 18-24 months to process the passport.

In my opinion, both options are way cheaper when it comes to a second passport for the parents. This you can not get in the USA and Canada

Just for confirmation basis, does this mean if a woman moves to Mexico for child birth, she has to stay for almost 2-years to process the passport for both child and parent, also it seems like this requires parents to cater for themselves for almost 2-years during this period. Hence this looks like both parents need to find work and earn some income in Mexico to keep them floating until 2-years.
