is the PC branded (as in HP, Acer, ) or cloned (assembled). most branded are solded with the OS pre-installed, otherwise it will be stated on the PC or its carton.it'll of cause make it cheaper. cloned, not neceaasrily, and might not be stated.

that doesnt mean you shouldnt organize your files. It could be a pain in the ass when you'v got lots of stuff on your system, even when organized. that where g-desktop comes to play, you can access them easily if you can remember anything about it. you get to appreciate it more when you use outlook with it, then you dont get to dig too much for mails, ,just remember something in/about the mail, u get it easily.

plus for whatever reason reasons, there's an extension that allows you to open IE in a firefox tab. so you dont get to leave firefox if you wanna open a page in IE for any reason. you simply click on it and it powers up IE in that tab!
