Where were these medical team when he was fighting for survival to revive him, only to surfaced immediately he died to take his body away. Guy, even when you call 911 or 999 in advanced countries, it takes a moment for the medical team to arrive. Medical teams don't follow every individual about in their day to day activities, everyday. |

Segadem: so by your statement above, it means that the kidnapped school girls were kept in an open space? Haven't you heard that Sambisa is 16 times bigger than Lagos state? Baddo and his gang terrorize Lagos for how many years, how long did it take Nigeria police force before the man was caught? How much more the more organized group who has the backing from the within and outside the country, the terrorist group that was rated as second in the world The group that has mole in national Assembly, the group that has mole among the military before any attack on them they know "where, how, and time" Did Badoo keep over 200 girls in a comfortable house feeding them? You need a massive house/houses to keep such a large number of people together. How come nobody knew about it, neither the army, police or even the locals? It then shows you that BH enjoys the cooperation of northerners including members of the state governments, military and police Remember the army told us they have run over BH and cleared them completely from Sambisa, and they can only do hit and run attacks. Does it then mean Sambisa isn't that important to BH? Then why does everyone keep saying the military has taken over Sambisa, as if it had anything to do with continuation of BH activities? |

Segadem: [size=10pt] hmmmm, that's what you believe it is, Boko haram has financial backing within and without the country, they have over 2,000 comrades which they feed daily, do u think a poor organization can afford that? Even some years back they have sophisticated weapons which our minitry can not boast of then, and according to report they have 24hrs constant electricity (power by solar energy) they have access to cable TV stations around the world, even many of us who live in city can not boast up to 30% what these people possess in terms electronic gadgets. [size]do u still call it a forest? So where are they based? I thought military has been bombing their camps, showing us currency notes, drugs, condoms, Qurans, arms, ammunitions etc which they took over from their site. These amazing houses with 24hours power, cable TV etc are located where? How come the military or police haven't located those houses? |

Politics › Re: Between Kemi Adeosun And Peter Obi On The Platform (Photos) by Kennydoc(m): 12:57pm On May 02, 2017 |
kikake: But even a ram from northern Nigeria must win Peter Obi in Nigeria's presidential election.
With 19 states +Abuja proliferated by northern soldiers in one northern region; with a provision that says a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of 36 states ( that is, 24 states), every northern candidate can easily win 25% in the 19 states of north, then look for 5 states in the south to win to become president; easy.
But with only 17 states allowed in the divided south, no southern candidate can win the presidency, unless northern politicians decide not have the presidency remain in the north.
Nigeria's political structure created by north is a fraud.
Land mass is not used as yard stick to create new federal units from the old units in a federal country where distinct groups came together to form a country.
If Nigeria's states were created democratically, there should have been more states in the two southern regions than in the one northern region. You're not totally right. The North Central zone consisting of Kwara, Niger, Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa and Kogi isn't typically North. The only state there that is very much like the core North is Niger State. However, Taraba which is in the North East is much like the rest of the North Central States. So what a southern Candidate needs is to get the support of North Central which is easy, then add Taraba and FCT to it and boom! |
Education › Re: See JAMB Applications By geopolitical regions of origin From 2010-2016 by Kennydoc(m): 11:41pm On Apr 27, 2017 |
Nowenuse: You are very wrong because first of all, the data was taken based on state of origin and not state of jamb registration. So at the end of the day Jamb registration of south-west origin beats South-east origin. The number of states make no difference to the yoruba and igbo populations.
And if you want to argue thay Igbos are also found in Delta and Rivers state, remember that Yorubas are also found in Kwara and Kogi states. At the end of the day, Yoruba origin jamb registration would still be slightly ahead of Igbo origin jamb registration. Ebonyi state is probably the state dragging Igbos backward. You may be right about the state of origin thingy. I didn't think of that, but that still doesn't cancel out the fact that the South West has 6 states while the South East has 5. Absolute population of the SW is higher than the SE. Igbos have never argued that they are more populous than Yorubas. The average state enrolment for the SE is over 11,000 more than that of the SW. That's what will matter more to a statistician. Moreover, a difference of less than 60,000 more enrolments over 7 years isn't a big deal, you know. Also, never forget that the SE recorded more enrolments in 2012 to 2014. It means that if the analysis had been done for only 5 years starting from 2012 to 2016, the difference might not have been significant. |
Education › Re: See JAMB Applications By geopolitical regions of origin From 2010-2016 by Kennydoc(m): 11:03pm On Apr 27, 2017 |
YonkijiSappo: I told those mumus that more Yoruba youth were entering universities than Igbos, they were yarning okpata to me. Even the SW states have a higher admission rate than any zone in the South. The only states that have a higher admission rate are those designated as educationally disadvantaged states, that have reserved spots, for the sake of equity.
If Kwara state was in the South East, it would rank ahead of Abia, a state with more people. You lack comprehension of what you read, and you're far from being analytical in your reasoning. When figures are not analysed in proportions, it makes understanding complex. To start with, the South East has only 5 states as against the 6 states of South West. For SE to have 2.59 million compared to 2.65 million enrolments of SW shows that relatively, SE has better enrolment. This is clearly seen in the average for the SE which came to 74,093 candidates for the 7 years compared to 63,017 candidates for the SW. Let me explain it better to you. It means that in the 7 years analysed, an average of 74,093 candidates registered for JAMB in each of the 5 SE states in each year compared to the average of 63,017 candidates in each of the 6 SW states. It means an average of 11,000+ more candidates registered for JAMB in each SE state compared to each SW state. You may want to tell me that the total number of enrolments is higher in the SW than SE. Even though there are about 60,000 more enrolments in the SW than the SE over the 7 years considered, have you forgotten that the population of the SW is more than the SE? Are you guys not the ones accusing Igbos of running away from the SE to settle in the SW? So despite having a significant proportion of Igbos in all other geopolitical zones, we were still able to pull that figure. I can bet you that 10-20% of the figures you have for all the other geopolitical zones purely consist of Igbos, which means that the absolute number of Igbos in that figure may be nearly 3.5 million over those 7 years. Anyway, let me not waste my time educating a tribalistic bigot like you. cc MasterChen |

victorvezx: Lol, ok, but it must be very heartbreaking that the south east is only better than at least the north central. Meaning the south east is competing with some of the poorest region in the country. If only you aren't dumb, you will know that the South East has only 5 states competing against the 6 states each of South West and South South. Divide the economy of the entire South East by 5 and South South by 6, and see that the South East average is about the same with that of South South. South West does better only because of Lagos. If you take out Lagos, the rest of the south west has results comparable to the south east. Go get some sense. |

Edoblakky: This is the most sensitive and informative post on this thread. Many states striving to build airports are only looking for ways to loot.
A survey carried out on all of our airports shows that many are not needed. For instance, Ekiti, Jigawa, Bayelsa, Kebbi and Gombe don't need airports. Their traffic is less than a motor park traffic. Exactly! People often respond to things without critical reasoning. Many governors initiate major projects as an avenue to loot. |

If only you were a commissioner, a minister, or even our president Buhari, you would be somewhere in Germany, UK or US right now, recovering.
These people live that Nigerians might die, they eat that we might starve.
Babangida, Head of State for 8 years couldn't build a single world class hospital. He just came back from treatment abroad.
Buhari, with all the budget for National Hospital and Aso Rock clinic, is currently chilling with public funds in a UK hospital.
Atiku had a knee sprain while exercising. He was flown abroad.
Yar'Adua was almost on the verge of death abroad before he was brought back to breathe his last here.
What a country... Again, rest beautiful soul. Unfortunate that common athsma could take ur young soul in the 21st century. Asthma doesn't give people enough time to be taken to world class hospitals. May her soul rest in peace. |

Unapologetic! People didn't do MMM because of poverty but because of greed. I initially didn't want to participate in it for almost 3 months from the first time I heard about it. I later gave in by the end of October, even though I didn't have that peace in my mind. I did it till beginning of December and backed out. Thank God I did, cos I would have had at least 200k of my money in the system. In fact, there was a point in which I had 300k hanging there, towards the end of November. By the end of December, I decided to back out of Ponzi schemes completely. I know many of them are still working now, but I ain't doing again. Not out of fear of collapse, but for conscience sake. |
