Enick: Hello Gurus and Experience professional.
A friend of mine is interested in this Canada dream especially for benefits his children who are both below 15 years old. He is 49 now and his wife is 48 years old respectively. If he applied for a college now and luckily secures admission as well as study permit, he would be 50years old at the time of school resumption in September 2022 and 55years old after 2yrs program and 3yrs PGWP completion.
Do you think he stands any chance of get Permanent Residency via provincial route of course, Federal is not going to be possible at that age??
Like I told him, he should wait for his children to attain 18years and process a study visa for them instead. But he want to Japaaa without further delay.
Would UK route give him a better opportunity?
What are your candid opinions? For me,. since all his plans of relocation are to better the lives of his children, and as his children are already of age, let him forget his plan and sponsor his children to school in Canada. Again, they don't need to wait for them to attain 18 years, they can always apply as a minor. then one of them can go with their guardian. |

JosephYemsol: U should learn to confirm messages before throwing out insults... His message was not referring to you, rather it was directed to the moniker with the name "dickpussy or something"...
Clearly the guy (dickpussy) was talking about hook up (sex), he termed your message to something else.
Ketima was only trying to warn u about him... Sir. Leave him. I wasn't even replying him. The person I replied got my msg. Everybody is free to comment what they want. Atleast he has taught me a new word sprouting. Lol |

gustav25: Let someone reply me please. I made a post yesterday and I was shunned like I had leprosy. I've a 2.2 and want to apply for a master's in political science but I was told it would be Herculean getting Admitted with a 2.2 , and it's advisable I go for a post graduate diploma program in a university or college. Now , I want to know which programs I can fit into because I've been searching and can't find nothing related to my background. Also , which collegws have affordable tuition as I want to apply now against May of next year. Someone , anyone please come to My aid and illuminate me Hello Gustav25 I would be frank with you. Getting masters with 2:2 is very very hard but not impossible. I had 2:2 in my fist degree but had to do PGD in Nigeria before applying for Masters. Now I combined my bachelor's+PGD and 8years of experience in the field and was able to secure admission for Masters. So that being said, some school's ask for 3.0/4.0 in last 2years of bachelor's. But still, is very competitive due to the number of 2:1 and first class who will apply for same. So people suggest for PGD for 2:2 cos is easy to get admission for PGD than Masters. So, not to waste money on application, people are recommended to apply for PGD than Masters when they have 2:2. But then is all your choice. Now for choice of program, is all about career or academic progressions. What have you being doing since you finished school. So choose course that you can easily use to convince the VO why you're going for the course. As per tuition, I noticed colleges are expensive most expecially in big cities. That you have to research and find out and see if is what you can afford. So if you're looking for cheap colleges, you may like to avoid colleges in highbrow areas like Ontario, Vancouver etc The gurus will guide you better. All the best |

rali123: Hi Enjay316, I just submitted my application as well and no where was I asked about denial, did I miss something during the application process or something, I will raise a webform ASAP cos my eligibility is yet to start...
Thank you. If you were denied VISA before, when filling your IMM form, there is a page the asked if you have been denied a visa in Canada or any other country? if you didn't see that, that means you skipped it. You need to raise webform and resubmit the form sarp sharp to avoid misrepresentation and a 5year ban. explain in the web form that you made a mistake and not intentionally omitting it.

johnfem321: Good Morning Everyone
I will like to make an inquiry as regards visa process.. I just differed my Admission from September to January.. I requested my Agent also contact the embassy to inform them, so that the date on the visa start from January.. But he said i dont have to worry about informing the embassy because after my visa is approved, all i will get is a letter to travel to canada and my visa will only be stamped on arrival in canada...
For those that recently travelled, Did you have your visa stamped before travelling to Canada or when you arrived in Canada? I guess Visa is stamped here but what will be given at Point of Entry is a study permit. |

Boscojugunu: Which college can I apply to for cheap nursing programs. 2 years oo. Thanks in anticipation LOL, I'm not sure nursing is cheap for international students in Canada unless you define your own definition of cheap. Because my own cheap range may not be same as your own kind of cheap range. |

favyonyi: . I also have the same question, hope someone answers. Not sure but I think you need to inform them before stamping of passport. Because the duration of stamping depends on the LOA before them. So, submitting a new LOA from the same school and the same course shouldn't be a problem but will help them know that you have deferred and your passport should bear the new starting date. Let the gurus enlighten us more. |
