Hi so I just wanted to advice those that may want to travel this month to consider rescheduling their flight. I was scheduled to fly with Ethiopian airline to Vancouver today and I have even started my class online since January which hasn’t been easy but because I really do not see the need for that mandatory quarantine even though they still asked today at the airport despite the fact that I am fully vaccinated since 22nd June . In short avoid Ethiopian airlin me if you can. Let it be 1month before physical class start in September before one can travel or one can ask the school. Really painful experience

Please Oyinlove15, sorry for the encounter. But I don't think I got any reason why we need to avoid them (Ethiopia Airline). Kindly furnish us with what happened(experience). I know it may be sad but is for us to learn as that was your intention for the message.

Pls kindly advice. I sent MBS through webform and email last week Monday. Didn't receive any Acknowledgement mail. Then is it wise I resend the MBS again because am not sure if they got it or not since no acknowledgement mail.

Yes naa. Decision can be made whether Eligibility changes or not.
Also, IRCC doesn't usually acknowledge Mail but bear in mind,they must have received it and updated it in your application.

If you have got up to 3 ghost updates, I can assure you that what is left for you now is a Decision, not Eligibility Review starting because it has started since.

Really? Can decision be made when eligibility hasn't reflected? And because of that, had to submit MBS on Monday last week, still no acknowledgement mail

Just hope after this their glitch of not allowing someone to view his application, my eligibility will start after more than 3 ghost updates. Lol.

Verbally and some companies use Employment Letter but most companies I know use Offer of Appointment.

So is the same. I guess your Employment letter should state the subject matter unless you're looking at constructing offer letter.

When filling the questionnaire, they will ask you if you have done medicals at any IRCC accredited clinic, if you click YES, then they will bring out potion to upload your upfront medicals and not in clients informations.

But if you clicked NO, then you can attach it in the clients info. But let them know you have done it. You can make table of contents for your clients info. so that when going through table of contents, they will know e-medical is inclusive.

Not a guru though. Let the gurus guide you accordingly. All the best.

Please guys, I'll be going for my medicals at qlife in few days time and I don't reside in Lagos, I am coming from the east so please how do I go about it also I have been advised to stop at ojota and take a bus going to ikoyi but I need a better and more accurate direction from you guys please.

Same with me. Went for mine from the east. If by road, then you can't go on the day of your medical appointment, but a day before. So where are you gonna come from when in Lagos? if you're going by air(from Ikeja), then you can meet up with your appointment depending on the time of appointment. Try to find your way to Obalande, take a minibus going to Eko hotels, and drop at Eko hotels roundabout(last bus stop). Is trekkable from there. I trekked it from Eko hotel roundabout using my google map, and it took me just 6mins of lazy walking to get to the Qlife.

Await Lagos residents to give you a better idea.

Is his account, so it will bear his name. The printout will have a ticket number, 4 digit Password, his account name ( if it's a personal account) Company name( if its company account), Destination ( that's Canada Embassy NG). All you need do is, send the address of the embassy the bank Will send it to. That's all I did, and was given a printout containing all this inofmations listed.

Is it advisable to submit Mybankstament even when it was not requested by IRCC? I only submitted a normal statement during application and have gotten mybankstatement printouts.

again, the webform is now requesting for selection of office processing applicants file. Do I select Nigeria- Lagos or Kenya-Nairobi as I don't know where my file is being processed?

Please I have my biometric tomorrow in lagos. I want to ask if they allow 1 in before his time? Also do they allow 1 to carryin bag that contains laptop etc

As for time, they start by 9am for everybody, just be there by 9am and be for first on line to enter.

Please don't go with any bag or laptop. When I went, they didn't allow one to take bag, laptop, tablet inside. Even phone, they instructed to put it on vibration.

That's correct. He never created any account. As the pressure mounted on him to release the details, he quickly created an account and revoked it before sharing it. Knowing fully well that you can't have access to it to confirm if an application was truly lodged.

Kindly create a new account. But then, enquire from your institution as regards deferring if possible to give you ample time to prepare documents for study visa application.

It will end in praises. Is just a delay ok. Your approval is on the way.

CBSA- Canada Border Services Agency.

When requesting for your gcms note on these sites.
You will be given options to apply via CBSA or IRCC....not all sites have the CBSA option though. Also, IRCC do have more gcms note requests compared to CBSA. Hence, CBSA note is recommended to avoid delay and for a more detailed note.

It depends. The pros of ordering a GCMS outweighs the cost (which is about ₦5K).

If your application has been upto 8 weeks and there is no update, ordering for GCMS is logical. The GCMS will arrive after 4 weeks when the application would have clocked 12 weeks.

Please in a scenario where your application is jst a month, but has received series of ghost updates but eligibility hasn't started, is it wise to order GCMS note. Cos the cost isn't much but to have insight of what your file is saying is good.

Chai see as body the sweet me and anxious at the same time seeing others PPR. CONGRATS all PPR's. Happy for you all. @LadyBlaq please do come share your timeline.

Please when should one start ordering GCMS note and which site is best, faster and cheaper for it. I want to be ordering every month end so that I don't miss if any concern in the pre-assessment
