I've seen babies fresh out of the womb before being cleaned up. They don't look like that.

I've had one too. Mine didn't look like that. I know they look whitish and cold because of the slime on them. This one looks different.

The blue color of the feet is a dead giveaway of nothing else.

Not all babies will come out exactly the same way but I'm pretty sure that baby is alive. No point taking photos of a breech birth and posting it when the baby is dead.

The baby looks that way because of months in a watery like state (amniotic fluid). The normal baby colour will return in a few days.

Meanwhile that blue spiral thing which is the umbilical cord is still taking blood and oxygen from its mother and passing to the baby. In a few minutes the blue colour in the cord fades away, once the baby's head is born and oxygen starts getting to the nose. Then it can be cut!

My brother/Sister na so we see am. I'm sure the bumps were hurriedly made to justify an unnecessary award of contract and siphon some cash no matter how little. Just like the useless plastics filled with sand that was used to partition the other lane of same road some time ago.

OP, that is no speed bumps. It is a usual traffic. That road leads to Nyanya, mararaba, Karo, Massaka. Those are the people that work inside town but live in the outskirts of Abuja. It happens every single day. What your are seeing in the right hand lane will still happen to the left hand lane in the morning.

Then you have not visited Nyanya/Karu area in a long time. I was over there during the weekend ,I've seen the bumps and my folks who regularly ply that road complained bitterly about the bumps on phone to me yesternight. So what are you saying?

Speed bump is the reason for this traffic gridlock. The speed bumps are by kugbo area along that road (3-double speed bumps), this was put in place to reduce the accidents by that kugbo area, but sincerely what they need there is a fly over bridge and not speed bumps.

GBAM! I was about to say this. Speed bumps where put in place because of Kugbo residents who should not be in that location in the first place. That's a major expressway and vehicles should be doing 95Km/h to 100Km/h there !
