I've heard this story from different sources sha but I don't know how valid it is

Most Edo North people, Particularly the Esan, Auchi, Etsako, Ekpoma, Fuga and environs have one time or the other heard about the dead popular musician Bolivia (Not his son that bears the same name) coming back from the dead and getting married to a woman for some years and even gave birth to children (No jokes man)

In nigeria, it's rare to get married without knowing the relatives of the spouse especially taking into account the era this happened. Taking the person to an Uncle living in the same city or just someone from the same village living the same city will also count as knowing the family. It is at this point, the story stopped making any sense. Funny enough how same story has been remixed with different characters across Nigeria and finally disappeared from our memories with the advent of camera phones and other portable recording devices.

I have no idea, as I have never seen what a suspended account might look like. Even if you can log in, once your account is not approved you will not be able to qualify for tasks.

M.turk is basically a platform(owned by A.mazon) for workers to do small tasks and get paid for it.

As it is, it is easier for Nigeria to discover cure for COVID-19 than for a Non-American to get approved as a worker on the site. Approvals take from a day to 8 months even for Americans.

Does this mean only Americans currently work on the site? Hell no. Some of us were lucky enough to get approved with our real Nigerian details and ip address. No VPN! Nothing! No buying of accounts!

MTurk frowns hard on buying and selling of accounts. You will need to provide SSN if you claim to be a US citizen on the site. For Nigerians, a TIN will do. Early this year(or was it late last year), a lot of Indian accounts were suspended and were asked to do KYC on their accounts. Those who could not verify were banned because somehow they could not verify the details they provided for the US accounts. There were a lot of Indians openly selling Mturk US accounts on facebook. I don't know about now after the tsunami.

I fail to see how this is a loss. It's just mold not tear or wear. They will just clean it off and polish the ones that need polishing. The store will be back to normal in no time.

Yesterday I entered a taxi, which was supposed to carry two at the back and one at the front, the driver was carrying 4 at the back and 1 at the front against directives, we warned him to reduce his passenger, but the guy wouldn't bulge.

Next time insist on two at the back as directed by the government. Passengers should learn to insist or come down, as the directive is for the collective safety of everyone not for one stupid driver to profit from. I have not seen anybody suffering from yellow fever, since i was born, there maybe, certainly I have not seen, I don't know if you have seen, am not implying that there are none. But I know for certain that it is not prevalent.

You might need to travel down to the core north and check out their health centres. It is not prevalent due to the success of mass vaccinations that have been ongoing for years with pockets of outbreaks in areas like the core north that are always averse to any form of vaccination.

It is a requirement if you are coming from yellow fever endemic countries like Nigeria to some countries. If you will be travelling from the US to such countries like Nigeria it is recommended (not forced/required) for the safety of your health. I think the American CDC website has this somewhere on their website, where they recommend to be vaccinated at least a month before your trip.

Lol...this is a Nigerian thing and not necessarily the right thing to do. The proper thing is to be vaccinated or have some concrete form of evidence for previous vaccination.

There is no successful vaccine yet for COVID-19, at least not for the next few months after trials may have been done. The bill serves to update the archaic laws we had in place to tackle the spread of infectious diseases that may lead to any present and future pandemic in Nigeria.

To be honest, I don't know. I am also concerned as to how due process was not followed in passing the bill. This may become an issue if we just allow bills to be passed just like that. Just for clarity sake, the bill is not about a vaccine. It's about empowering the NCDC in tackling the spread of infectious diseases that may lead to a pandemic in Nigeria. Too bad, it's all painted to be about a vaccine by the media.

I am just laughing seeing the questions on CT today. Many of those questions should be worth $3 when answered not the pittance of $0.7 or $0.9. Some questions have 5 subquestions that are long in itself. I have refused to answer any question with more than two subquestions. Many are even incomplete, that you have to do serious research to find the original question which is not even a guarantee becomes sometimes you only find a similar question but with a different context (not values). Only two questions answered, since 3: 15 a.m. because of this. Interesting!
