Presently i take folic acid,freoglobin and pregnacare.

wow. my doc only want me to take folic acid, b. complex and ferrous. he said I only need 4mg of folic acid a day.
am sure pregnacare contains folic acid too. isn't that too much.

Good morning ma,am so sorry it’s coming this early I couldn’t jst sleep my spotting increased ystdy,I went to the hospital immediately and Dr said I shld have enough rest even at that it’s still comes more than before and even with some clots was so scared I had to run another unrine test at mid night because I’ve the strip at home I got a faded line at the bottom with a thick line on top but were thick and glaring lastweek does it mean my pregnancy is going off gradually? Dr’s in the house mummies please help me out am so scared right now. Am not thinking straight again please join me in prayer God shld not give devil power over me the 2nd time this year my scariest part is how to tell my husband about it

ah been in the hospital for like two weeks now on strict bed rest.
but in Saturday I felt this painful cramp in my right lower belly. since then I av been avin pains. complained to the doc. he only requested pcm injection every 6hours. the only time I don't feel the pains is when I open my laps wide. am scared o. and I av been farting like Kilode. when I do the pain ease.
pls do anyone experience this, am 20 weeks+

Your in our prayers Sis. May be increase your fluid intake. They may put you on IV fluid, I don't know how that works. Judiciously follow Drs advice. I know someone whose baby wasn't measuring up to but still had her girl. So just keep hope alive and pray for the best.

there is a way of preparing it.
I soaked the unripe pawpaw for four days with the seeds after peeling the skin. after four days,the water changed to white. he took a cup first thing in the morning and late at night before bed. although he was skips night at time. Ulcers could be heal naturally without spending kobo, just look for unripe pawpaw slice in to cube sugar size, don't peel, dont remove seed. soak for like 5 days filter it, drink morning, noon and night till result gotten. Good luck.

Things are pretty expensive in abk... I say in abk and I just had my baby 2 months ago.. I bought part of my baby things from kwara and the rest here... It would really be better if you know the person you are buying from. Lots of sellers of baby things patronize the hospital I used (Oba Ademola, ijemo) especially every Tuesday and Friday and since there is competition among the sellers ,the price tends to reduce.

am a first time expecting mum. 4mths gone. had fever which I didn't take serious until I started throwing up and stooling since Sat. was rushed to d hospital,begged d doc not to b admitted. was given an injection, to take malaria drug (fansidar),eat and rest well. was told to do a scan. baby is fine from the result.
right now nothing appeals to me, I don't sleep well. even if I eat I av indigestion. is it safe to use mismag? for lack of sleep,doc gave Valium, MIL said it is not safe. that it cause quick dilation or something.
pls I need help. need to sleep and eat well. those two are my major concern.
