confess your sins, as many as you can remember. Example,

I'M A THIEF, A CRIMINAL, I TELL LIES, I KILL, ...,

FORGIVE ME, I WON'T DO IT AGAIN.

GIVE ME YOUR GRACE TO OBEY YOUR WORD.

THANK YOU FOR HEARING AND ANSWERING ME.

one of the things that makes the thief on the cross to make it to heaven is prayers/request.
