Hello everyone here. Please I need your candid advise on issue I have with Access bank. Access bank debited N28,700 from account via a nip transfer since October 25, 2019. I went to the bank immediately I got the debit alert to find out what happened. I was asked to write official letter of complaint which I did. They promised to investigate and reversed back my money. One week passed, I did not hear anything from them. I went back to complain, they promised to look into it after apologizing. Till today nothing has been done. I have even written series of email to their customer care but I always only get " we will look into it and get back to you response" . Thereafter nothing happens. Please have anyone experience this type of scenerio from the bank before?. What is the best ways to recover my money back from Access bank? I don't mind closing the account after the recovery. Should I engage the service of a lawyer?, If yes, what type of Lawyer?.and how do I go about it. I just need any solution to get my money back from the bank, even payment for damages and inconvenience they have caused to me.
Note that the money in contention was paid to my account by a company I sold something to. I got credit alert of the same money but was debited by Access bank three days after getting credit alert

Hello my Computer gurus in the house, please I have successfully installed an SPSS version 20 which is very compatible with the HP laptop that came with window 10 Home single Language and 64 bit operating system. the SPSS was installed successfully but cannot be use or run on the system. each time I tried to run it or use it to work, it will do as if it want to open, then something with a java logo will pop up and request for Server Login: Local computer. asking for server login settings. And it is a brand new laptop. atimes, it will tell me that the app cannot run on this system. o do not know what is wrong with system. However, I have installed the same spss 20 software on another two laptops with window 10. and it is running smoothly. please what could be the cause of this problem and how do I resolve it?. Try to go to BIOS again and setup your windows XP installation CD again as boot device first priority and then you will see an option to format that disks actually. And just do it again actually. It should work, if not than indeed something wrong with hard disk here.

I have a desktop computer at home that can only operate on window xp. the computer has been misbehaving and i tried to format it and install new window xp. all the due process of formatting has been followed and the window xp was installing until suddenly when the installation was about to finish, the computer started showing on the screen that the " Set up installation about restarting". it will restart to boot but instead of it to finish booting, it will repeat " Set up installation about restarting". instead of it to finish installation, it has continued to show that since yestaday till now. i have change the installation CD yet it continue to show the same thing. I don't what is the problem, whether it is hard disk failure or what?. please anyone with useful info on what to do or how to install the window xp successfully should suggest please. thank you.
