Op the part where u said to not give women attention and they will crave u more is so so true. Women don't like men who dote on them. They actually never value nice guys, at least most of them don't. I don't have a girlfriend but I notice women always around me. I don't even have the time. It's waste of time to me chasing and pleasing women.
