Good, Ilorin is a pure basement complex and as such requires a machine that will penetrate the hard rock formations. Did you carryout a geophysical survey there? Is important you understand that the depth of fresh water aquifer varies from one location to the other even within the same environment. If you insist the depth is what you told me here and your ready to take responsibility for that, then we can talk about it, if not, I recommend a survey for a proper understanding of the project site. Thanks a lot.
How much will it cost to do geophysical survey, how long will it take to get the result? Can you get anyone to do it around that area.

Has anyone gone through the court process and can enlighten us.

or

Any legal person who has done this in the last three years.
Up date Infromation about the court. It's called citizen mediation center. My wife did it two years ago, her brother filed the paper work. This was during Fashola, it's took about 6 months two weeks to conclude the case and kick the guy out. It very effective then, the court are all over local goverment headquarters. He filed at Ikotun in Alimosho. Hard to believe, I remember it's only cost N8000 to filed the paper including every other cost in total.

Ok, let me throw in a little more info. This land in question is a plot and half with pre-existing neighbour's partial fence. That's discount number 1.

Besides, I have another land elsewhere in the same town which is a plot. It is this same contractor that fenced it for same quote, 811k. He told me when am ready to pay same amount for the plot and half as well. You want to see the quality job that 811k did for me?. It's even high that family members consider it waste of money. They thought i spent close to a #2m. I will show you at least 2 pix of the fence at your request.
Pls where is this location if you don't mind, again let try to give full details of information that may help those that as similar plan to help them better prepare. Do the guy did the plastering @ that cost, anyway I will get in touch to see what he did. If his cost is porker friendly with good finish, then I may need his service.

Brothers, just got a quote for the iron fence i posted earlier, damn the quote is 1.791,000. Bricks (custom) Fence is 811k. Crazy difference!
My man are you sure 811k will pull that block fence for you, I don't think so. Pls tell whom ever gives you that quote, show you the cost step by step, quantity of material of every step. I can assure you at the end the job it will cost you over 1 million at the minimum. This is from experience ok.

This 'OMO ONILE' it's not a joke, as I write there is one ongoing in ELEMORO for about 3 weeks now, It confirmed at least 3 people as be killed. This parcel of land is about 200 hectare 20 minutes walk behind the Oba palace. Do anyone hard anything about it, I believed the answer is No. Why, because many of these elite are the ones giving those area boys the guns. Guess what if the get them arrested, they will be out in a week or less. It a serious Isssue.

Hello house, please I got an issue I would love to get ideas on how to go about it here; I bought a land with c of o in lagos from a second owner that didn't do consent on the land when he bought it from the original owner cos he has intention of selling.

Getting a consent now require that the original owner signs a deed of assignment for me cos he's the one recognised in alausa and not the person I bought from.

The crux of the matter now is that the original owner has refused to sign my deed according to what the person I bought it from, he's been telling me the original owner is proving difficult etc etc. It's up to 3months now I still don't have my deed signed I asked for for original owner contact he refused to give to me.

Please house what's the best way to handle stuffs like this? I have all land origin documents with me search was made, I have certified true copy of d c of o, all letters involving the land, receipts, verification fees a originals relating to the land are with me just the deed of assignment signed by the original owner of the c of o that's outstanding.

Thanks house
Man this is not new, the original owner could be one of those Alausa big shot that acquire most of the land with fake names, fake documents, fake signature, that can't be identified. If you have all these documents, there must be and address and picture on record that your lawyer can trace to original owner dead or alive.

they are Area Council Lands and it is On purchase u process it. By following these steps; 1.After you have verified the Allocation land documents in their respective Area councils;you apply for change of name to your name with N10,000 only.an you wait for a maximum of 1week to collect change of Name doc alongside wit d original land doc 2. then you proceed with the processing of the document 4 certificate of ownership which cost N150,000 an it takes max of 2Months.3. then you proceed for AGIS Regularisation which it costs N45,000.an it takes max 1-2months.
This sound like an easy process. Guess what, I had a similar once that I had paid all the fees 4 years ago still never received all the necessary documents till date to develop.

Wow. You see, this is not even polygamous issue. It is this man that makes it sounds or looks like that. All his children get along very well. However papa doesnt want that. He wants them to fight each other in order to maintain control over them. At some point it worked well for him but now they all are aware of his petty antics. Matter of fact, my friend's younger brother who is giving him infos and helping him with other stuff are not even same mother. Because of that, papa thought my friend doesn't talk to them that's why he reveals lots and lots of things to lil brother and he relays everything back to my friend. Silly world.

Now his contemporary just passed away yesterday. A very close friend of his about same age. We are waiting to see if he learns from that. God forbids, if he pass just now, the only threat is his last wife that lives with him. His brothers will conveniently get the docs and hand it over but his wife will not. Poly homes arent that bad if head of the household is upright.

Well, he called papa this morning to let him know lawyer is coming back to get the docs. He said "I did give him the docs but he returned it to me". That's lawyer's professional negligence right there. He shouldn't have done that. Now tomorrow is another showdown.
hun this na serous matter Oooo, papa with him son.

Men if this guy could build this simple home with less 3m and had roof on his head. What is then our problem as a nation by not taking this model and build home for the masses at affordable cost. I don't care where the village may be, to make it more affordable make the family that may lived there contribute hours of labour as equity. This method will even drive the price down. All will need is political will to get things like this done.

I will need you to tell me the project location so as to enable me have a clear view of the expected depth of the fresh water aquifer. The diameter of the well is always the challenge here, because a shallow borehole of such depth may not require rig, depending on the location anyway. So, get back to me, let me know what we maybe able to do.
Its in Kwara state 30 minutes drive north Of Ilorin the state capital.

Hello I have challenge for you, I don't know how difficult it is going to be for you. It's clear to me, that it's possible due to my background in engineering. Here is the challenge, I had a well of about 35ft depth 2 1/2 ft in diameter, presently with soft wall towards the end before the little water in it. This has made it difficult for the diggers to proceed. I would like you to drill the same location to about 75ft or more because all the area has about 45ft to 50ft to get to clean water. My idea is to run 6" by 5mm thick steel wall pipe to my present depth, fill the side with filling sand so you can proceed to drill until you hit clean drinkable water.
