Bros this just an average income of register nurses here, some specialized nurses makes up to $100k with extra hours which many of them do. The can make $120k easily, but with those long hours at job. They also loss their husband Ooo. That why we have many female nurses looking for husband in NYC. There are many blue collar jobs that makes over $70k a year here if one knows how to find them.

Sorry to say, making £40k a year in UK after that many year. That about $80k in U.S in my opinion is not a lot of money. Compeer to young college graduate that start with the say amount here in US. For example MTA bus driver in NYC makes $70k just after 3 years in service, electrician makes average of $80k from day one on the job, register nurse makes average $67k a year. I can go on and on, I may agree with you with every day expense, and on expected once listed in your write up. For the other brother that think most people abroad live from pay check to pay check, sorry many, many Nigerians are in good position here in U.S from cleaners to director of banks head of hospital, insurance company investment bankers very very good lawyers even judges. If you don't know about them please do your research on them. Many of them may choose not to build house in Naija just because of the way things are done out there, this does not mean the can't afford one.
Properties › Re: Ajah Police, High Court Epe Aiding Omonile Land Scam Schemes by kopell: 2:59pm On Aug 23, 2015
Guys this is not a joke! It is now going on all around the country, in my story 4 cases which took place in AJAH, IKORODU, GHOSA ALONG Airport Road in Abuja lastly ABUJA Area call Buhari FO2 very close to Nigeria LAW School. All this cases are still pending. The Abuja case is the worst, it is a federal land that is 90% paid for, expect the annual ground rent that I stopped paying since I cant develop the land. GHOSA was another location that was taken over by 7th lower House of Assembly just because of the location. After the whole place has been paid for by NSCDC cooperative with all government fees land survey and site plan, with Abuja developing control. It is still in court pending till today. This is just some of the impunity going on in the country were citizens has no rights just because they are impoverish. In Buhari, the locals stopped me from working on my site just because they said government has not compensated them for the land, forcefully taking over the land from them. This was the land I bought from the original alloties with AGIS since 2009. In this case the locals planted cashew trees and yams on the land in which they requested for a compensation of each roots of the trees planted at N500 per a root, after calculating the amount of compensation totaled up to 1.2Million Naira. I negotiated for N600,000 but they refused, this was dragged all the way to the local chief of the town. The local police chief advised me to go to court. After talking to a lawyer, the lawyer advised me to try and negotiate with them as the case might sit in court for a long period of time and I had limited time to spend in Nigeria. In this same Buhari the story I was told the guy opposite me was magistrate judge the stop him because he to wont pay the 1.2M the asking from him to compensate them for their cashew trees that was purposely planted on his land as well. Can you imagine if a sitting magistrate judge can not take a fight up with this locals that has their all the way to FCT minister by then who am I? that only spent one month to stay in Nigeria to take fight with this people.
Politics › Re: Once An El-rufai Always An El-rufai. Demolition Man by kopell: 6:00pm On Aug 15, 2015
I believe this is just the time to start doing things the right way. He is not the first Governor to do that in Kaduna, go back to history in 1976 Hassan Usman Kastina did the same thing, I remember as young boy then, when solider with caterpillars take over and pull down a whole town in MONDO area not knowing to us that the land belonged to NDA. May be my father maybe aware of it, I had no idea. One thing I knew for sure. It will happen again and again because we seem not to ever do things the right way, I can give you many examples. Why I said it will happen again. Just look at Badagry Express road expansion, again another family member house build at almost middle of road at ALABA COKA bus stop, she has been living their for over 25years not untill Tunubu came up with plan to expand the road. I can tell you another one that may happen soon when federal government ready to start working on railway lines around the country many people will cry fool like their not aware that is federal government railway right of way properties. Another one is federal airport, at the back of airport in SHASHA. Those days from Lagos MMA to SHAHA one can see on the fence Mack FAA on them, lands that people had acquire illegally. I can assure you most of those places Government will never approve building permits or C OF O, or less through the back door if they have one. We have to educate ourself by going to Town planning offices around the country to learn more about all this places. It's only take one guy to come in and start doing things that should had being put right for years back, now people will start looking at the guy as enemy of people just buy putting things right. El -Rufai stand for right you did before and do it again ASO ROCK is where we need you after BABA 8 years. God bless our great Nation.

Guys this Laundry is just to dirty, both sister and contractor in my opinion as questionable character. My question to Mr Brabus one mistake to many why? We've seen many of your business competitor's, that handle many beautiful projects on this same forum without any outcry. This whole thing started with our oga at the top Mr. Spyde880, Aventures, Segcymoor, and the others that came on board later. Like Muyesk, Bitworks, just to mention a few. I don't think anyone has build as many houses on this forum as Mr Spyde880 and Aventures. I may be wrong, but I have never seen this much bad publicity on their projects. I would advise Mr. Brabus to take image rebuilding class, I hope it will help stay bless.

Hajji Eid Mubarak and happy birthday to Abdul malik, for the guy asking for cost of parapet. Precast parapet is more cost efficient, my cost 1.2million. The weight is not an issue if you pay close attention to the thickness at the curve if it between 1 1/2 to 2" thickness. You spend more money on the reinforcement. It may be money well spend on some bungalow designs,it's hold all
The beams on the top of the lintel together.
