Used to think that way until I met Faith during my NYSC.

Emmanuel is wrong based on professionalism introduce yourself with a pure intention and also its more appropriate using company official channel to communicate. I can't think of any proper company that recruits via WhatsApp or engages in company dialogue that can't be tracked. Unless na startup or small company.

I think Emmanuel is more wrong, no proper structured company send messages like over WhatsApp, it must in an official mail, it already tells that its a small company, also introduce yourself. Playing Devil's advocate, it's normal for ladies to have intrusive messages or even fraudulent messages or insistent toasters.
On Mary's side, when engaging with anyone you should always be professional and courteous. You never know who you might be chatting or talking with.
