Could you recommend any with an online store? I'd appreciate that.

If you navigate the Apple website wella, there's an option to choose location.

If you do that and select Nigeria, it will show you the list of authorised resellers all over Nigeria.

Apple doesn't have a wholesale outlet here yet.

Please what's the validity of the bonus? Noticed my bonus expires in a week after subscription.

It lasts a week true but mine is a special case.

The bonus does rollover for me after a week (the expiry date is extended) but that's because I don't allow mine to expire or last 2wks.

But someone mentioned you can get double data that lasts for 30 days subscribing the normal way (*131# or *123#). I dunno how true that is and I'm not willing to try.

The phone is good but not for what OP needs it for.

Oh and one doesn't need to use a device to tell how it'll perform. What is used to power it does.

And before you get on your high horse and start ranting about me making a mistake, OP needs it for rendering videos (editing videos, adding effects and sound and merging all together) and having 6GB of RAM with Helio P22 won't get the job done on time and efficiently.
Rather he ups his budget and get a 4GB device with a midrange chipset to use.

Oh and if you haven't edited videos (cutting videos on snapchat or photos don't count) don't bother arguing.

Imagine using Helio A25 (entry level chipset) to compare with the G70 (lower midrange chipset) to make it look like Transsion improved drastically

The work style of a programmer is different from that of a factory worker or an Executive.

A programmer needs only his laptop and sometimes a tablet to get the job done and they prefer to do this in a comfy, stress-free environment, be it home or office.

Also a programmer won't miss working at the office if it's a toxic one or the environment isn't dev-friendly.

Cos they slapped the G70 in it doesn't mean it's good for gaming, what with that low res screen and lack of a good cooling system for the "immersive gameplay" you saying.

It works alright...by preventing apps from using data to sync/stay up-to-date in the background.

But if what you mean is for browsing, get an adblocker as data saver doesn't save your data from ads.

Three 3 unit course and a 2 unit course (English) F, GPA at second class lower (I stopped calculating after this nonsense).

I'm still wondering how I failed English after buying the books, doing C.A., attending class like a fool and writing the Exam (objective questions worth 60mks at that!!!).

HOD then wasn't helping matters.

After listening to the advice of my course advisor and some seniors, I decided to follow the system, even though it felt wrong. 200L things started to change (1 carryover), 300L no carryovers. Hoping to ace my internship while learning some skills just in case.

And most importantly, of lecturers say you should answer "yes" in exam, don't answer "yeah" even if it means the same.

And depending on your lecturer, keep any new knowledge to yourself until after you grad or don't offer his/her course (found out the hard way).

Some of those designed parts you're calling 'trash and useless" are Made in China (WiFi and cellular antennas, battery, chassis or what you'll call frame/body and certain things I can't say cos of your shallow mind)

Someone mentioned LG V30 another good choice


But if you can't up your budget, you could go for the Redmi 8 or you can get any Tecno or Infinix device (not recommended cos of what you wanna use it for but it's your choice)

The thing is I make videos, I mean comedy skits so I need a phone with a good camera and enough capacity for video editing. Actually I've made my researches but most good phones out there come with huge prices.

All I can afford for now is a 40k budget.
So I'd say my desire list;
Good camera
Fast processor
2 or 3gb ram
At least 32gb storage
Fingerprint sensor
4g network
Good battery.

Unless you got yourself a laptop, editing videos with a 3GB or worse 2GB device will be kinda tough to do.

Up your budget and get a device with minimum of 4GB and a midrange processor (SD 600 series, Helio P60 or G70 up or Kirin 600 series up).
