shocked

I don't know about this Twitter guy but, if my father was just a mere Warrant officer in the Nigerian army, I'd be ashamed to show him off. A part of me will even be happy that Boko Haram took him with them.

Those that rose to General don't have two heads or three blockos.
There are times to joke and times to be serious. ..

Frank, you're too naive about America. Don't let the fake smile and seemingly friendly conversation fool you. Mark my words,
She's actually looking into getting you fired.

Actually, this period would have been the perfect time to try you for a supervisor role while you still help out package handlers.

Watch your back.
I tell ya, all fake smiles everywhere that's america for you. I remember one time i went out to launch with two of my bosses, we joked, ate and had a great time. 3.30 pm time to get off work i was called for a meeting with the same two bosses and they told me today will be my last day. I should clear my desk while security escort me out of the building cheesy cheesy.. These are d same people i laugh with had good relationship with, since that time i learnt my lesson. You can be replaced at anytime nothing like "padi".

What do you mean by "international school?" Wasn't it built with task payers' money? Mind you, it was not paid by the tithe or offerings from the church. Therefore it should respects our Allah-given and also fundamental human rights. The church cannot dictate to us which school is best suited for us to enrol our children.
Shut the fvck up nigga.

They should as a matter of urgency rescue the luxurious bus.
Both the driver and the passengers can continue living by shuffling their terrestrial lives with an aquatic one.
One thing I believe in is that if they're smart enough to swim, they will live.
As of today, the most beautiful life is still found in the ocean. Sea life is the best. Once again, that bus should be explored by dedicated experts. That's the most important thing for now.
Shut up

HealthRe: How Can I Help My 5 Year-Old Son To Stop Stammering? by kroger: 1:27pm On Oct 05, 2018
Pipedreams:
At OP do not mind the jobless youths and kids on this forum. This is the best time to encourage your kid. I stammered too when i was very young and instead of parents and siblings to assist me overcome it i was mocked. This caused me to struggle with my self esteem. Thank fully I have out grown it and more and more confident in each passing day. I still stammer a lil tho but its under control.

Solution:

Correct your child with love and tell him to take a deep breath and repeat the word slowly. Scold anyone who mocks him. Also, let him mix alot with his peers and kids activities such as sunday school acting, singing etc

My his grace he will overcome.

Shalom
#2000 worth of recharge card for you boss.. I was a stammering when I was much younger. . but I kept working on myself and I outgrew it. Though I still stammer a lil when I am angry or excited ..

Hello everyone,So my siblings and I have been on administrative processing since January this year. The embassy has been silent for long, but like in 2 month ago they started for some additional document and asked us to retake the medical exams. But today they asked for police cert which I took to the embassy. After I dropped the document I was asked if I have passport for all of us with me and I said yes. And I was asked to submit it..But was not told the reason why...I just hope its for good.
I guess they want to issue hence the call for the passport.. It will be for good..

Whereas in Nigeria, if you're not a graduate, you're a nobody. Young people bribe, sleep around and do all sorts in the university all in the name of sorting just to get certificate only to graduate to be unemployed because they pass through school but school didn't pass through them.
When i look back at my 5 years in uni, i shake my head what a waste of time and energy to be honest..

Soo true in most cases!...the first thing they want to know is your job history!..... then they call your previous jobs to enquire about you...not about your certification...but mainly punctuality... ability to work with others.... follow instructions and if you are a good worker. That's more important than your certificatesss.
You have said it all boss.. My resume is packaged with some certificate i am yet to take, its all about packaging your self..

its because there is a high demand for skilled labor.
I agree with you on that, but they believe more on experience, work ethics.. Something happened at my place of work not too long ago.. A security girl stationed at the entrance of the building was hired by the CEO of the company.. I stylishly asked her what transpired between her and the CEO, she told me they were having a chat at her desk and the CEO was praising her about her work ethics, she was always at her desk and diligent with her duties.. To cut the story short he offered her a position in the company with paid training, she did not believe her eyes.. as i speak she just finished her training with a well furnished cubicle already prepared, her salary is three times of what she earns as a security guard.

Just imagine, becoming a manager with just o'level certificate whereas in Nigeria that can't be possible if one doesn't have an MBA. This shows that experience and integrity matters more than one's certificate in the US.
Since i started working in america no one has actually asked me to present my certificate, what really count is your experience on the job.. As long as you can defend what you put on your resume the job is yours..

Open enrollment for employees eligible for benefits is approaching. This is the time of the year where you choose insurance plans, enroll in HSA, FSA, Short and Long term Disability plans, and retirement plans. Enrolling and contributing to these plans will actually decrease the amount of money taken out of your paycheck in taxes. This is because these contributions are made with pre tax dollars.
In this series I will talk about these plans, how to make them work for you when you are already most likely spending money in these areas.

Next time HSAor health spending accounts.

P.s. Bear with me, I am juggling 3 courses, Human Resources, Statistics, and Calculus
Boss i am highly interested in this program, kindly carry us along.. Good luck on your courses..
