It is totally unforgivable and insanely criminal for a transfer window to come this far without mancity signing any key players who will make a difference......... First of all Ake and ferran Torres are squard players who have no ability now to defend their position in mancity....... Torres is under age and inconsistent while Ake is an unproven average player who carried his team to relegation .
In the last 2 years mancity best players are retiring or getting old and yet no replacement for them......
Only Yaya Toure was ably replaced by debryune who was bought by Pellegrini.
Other players such as Company, Silva, aguero, Fernandinho, sane, have not been replaced........ Infact guardiola signings since he came to mancity has been extremely poor.... Almost all the key players at mancity now (Sterling, debryune, Fernandinho, aguero,) were either sign by Mancini or Pellegrini..... The only good guardiola sign are bernado Silva, Laporte, aEderson and maybe walker for over 400 million ....... In a million years, this team as it is cannot win champions league and guardiola knows this but he is proving stubborn. ..... Up till now mancity does not have a left back and a proven striker to help Aguero, the central defence is a mess. Every year city has fallen behind Liverpool.
Liverpool problem last season was a supporting striker and a creative midfielder and they got them both, making Liverpool the strongest team in the world right now.
It is so annoying still seeing people like stone, otamendi, Mendy, cancelo, zichenko, Ake, Jesus, and gundogan still playing for mancity, how can you win champions league with this people?
If mancity finished third on the table this season with this same squard then guardiola is really working magic.
In terms of finances and global vision of city group, Liverpool should be too small to be competing with mancity for quality players BUT guardiola stubbornness has open door for everyone to start competing with city..,...even ordinary Lyon dey shake city.
Guardiola is a good coach with an all conquering tactics and philosophy BUT he is the worst buyer in the world.

City's only challenge is defence and the fact that many coaches have know Guardiola pattern and tactics unlike his 2nd and 3rd year. I doubt if Ake can fill the gap. The match with Wolves is 4-2-3-1 instead of his usual 4-3-3. He too knows that many coaches have know this and he is trying to adapt new formation and ideas not new players. City has enough professional players. The weakness is on the defence and I expected him to invest heavily on the defence by buying good defenders but he did not

Well said. Its only those that have not been to Anambra or know much about it will think that Anambra is Lagos or Edo where godfathers can easily mess up. NO, its not the Anambra State that i know and was brought up. Anambra remained one of the states if not number one where no godfather can succeed. They are too big for the nonsense happening in Lagos or Edo. All those you mentioned above that tried such failed which i witnessed all their rise and fall and Author Eze case is moi moi na. People that dont know much about Anambra state should take time and research them to know that apart from Anambra,Igbos generally are not ass lickers and no one person can dictate the affairs of the state in igbo land just like what is happening in lagos and most states in the federation.

Anybody that have followed Nigerian politics from 1999 till date especially at State levels will undoubtedly know that one of the causes of underdevelopment in most of the administrations is the godfather factor. These godfathers and their cohorts see it as business to plant their godson that must be dancing to their tune and making return of investments to them once they made them Governor of the state.When the godson(governor) declines, problem will start. But the issue is for how long should Nigerians continue to support these business guys wrecking havoc in our state economy. Simply because they shared money to you or promise you one favour or the other,you will align with them in fighting on how to remove the Governor that refuses to share state resources to them,enrich the riches and the corrupt ones,yet you will be the one complaining that the government is not working. For how long will you continue with this simply because of peanut,you sell your conscience and the future of the generation.
Watching at what is happening in Edo now is a typical case of the above. This is the same man the tortoise faced oshiomole confessed that is the pillar of his administration when he was the governor of Edo. Edolites should wake up and tame Oshiomole and his corrupt gangsters. What is Obaseki sin is that he refused to share money and dance to the tunes of Adams Oshiomole and they have resolved to remove him by all means.What part are you playing to stop these criminals and retire them politically so so to give the masses a breathing space and enjoy democratic dividend.
