Not all are scripted though some are scripted.

They're all scripted, with disgusting storylines. The stunts they perform are real though... I've to give them credit for that. They've a way of throwing punches and using weapons in order not to injure their opponent so much, but there've been lots of instance where the choreograpghy didn't go as planned and fighters got badly injured.

It's not easy though, they consume different drugs to reduce pains, for strenght and to erase doubts before performing some stunts.
In all, alot of people enjoy the entertainment, but I hate it sha... Because of their shiity and predictable storylines.
