What's the minimum amount somebody can have in his salaries account before somebody can apply for a visiting visa in uk. Because am having 300K plus in my acct now and am working toward 600K upward by the end of november. I want to apply for uk visiting visa by december, cos I want to use the opportunity to see my brother in uk before going to america for my studies.
I am an account officer for the past 3years in an automobile coy with salary of 80K per month

Don't mix it up bro, am not under ban but brother is. Am working on america student visa and my mum is my sponsor, but people told me that it is not advisable for parent to sponsor grow up child for visiting visa, since am also working.
Back to my question: can I apply for uk visiting visa with bank statement of 600K

regby: Well if you say the ICAP is the best option, its ok. I did the basic one because I had sent copies of my transcript to the school already. From my understanding the only difference between the ICAP and basic is that, in the ICAP your transcript will be included in package sent to the school and also stored for future use. But in the basic, just the evaluation is sent and stored for you. I might not be right, but like I said this is just my own understanding.

It depend on schools sha, But what if you need another copy of your evaluated transcript, how are you going to get it without storing you transcript with WES. It very important to store you transcript for future use.

UK immigration say that he is totally responsible for all and any documents submitted.
Using the agent excuse will not work, they have heard it millions of times.
He must serve his 10 year ban.
Also yes you are correct, his ban could affect any later application.

Your brother is banned for 10 years for fake documents. UK takes this very seriously!

He can not reverse this by any means. No use appeals , lawers, begging or prayer!

Forget UK for at least 10 years.

Ok but can he clear his name because they have two names for one person in there system now and again what's the assurance that this will not be use against him in the future application after 10years. Clear his name in the sense that the first name is not his own that he was mislead by an agent.

minimum of 2wks bro, I did mine in 2wks but make you go for WES ICAP (Transcripts + Evaluation + Storage)
Course-by-Course (with GPA & course-levels) $205, don't allow your school to send your transcript through regular mail, I beg of you use courier services like fedex n co and pls don't include copy of your certificate in your transcript when sending it. Make sure you send it separately. I hope this help

regby: You have to send a photocopy of your certificate to them. Your transcript should be sent to them directly from your school.

The Basic course by course evaluation, which is required for graduate school application is $160. For each copy you want sent to a school its $30, then each delivery costs $7 (one copy will be sent to your home address, its standard)

The evaluation should take about 2 weeks. But your credentials will be sent back to your school for verification -this is where the problem lies. It took 2 months for my school to verify my credentials, and I heard all they have to do is send an email to WES.

Sup house, I have a brother that as been placed under ban @ the uk embassy for 10years, because he uses two different names. This is how it happen, he apply through an agent in 2008 with different name n was denied, reapply again in 2009 n denied again. He know working with a multinational company that want to send him to a conference in the uk, he applied with his real name n the embassy told him that he is un 10years ban since 2008 for using fake bank statement and fake name. What can he do to clear his name from the fake name

Ricky Rozay: TNT is the cheapest for Pick-up service, which is to receive packages from the US..

But your case is different, Since you said you are sending your package to the US.. The last time i visited TNT's office which was about 4 months ago, i made an enquiry about sending packages to the US and how much it cost, and one of their representative there told me the minimum amount TNT charges to send packages to the US is from #14,000 upwards..

But i can still give you their customer care no, for you to confirm about that. Maybe they might have reduced the price..

But another option for you is to use EMS speedpost.. I can CONFIRM to you that they are the cheapest for sending out packages to the US.. The last time i was in their office, they charged me #6,900 to send my admission package to my school in the US, and they told me my package will get there within 4 working days.

DHL, FedEx, UPS, e.t.c will charge you #14,000 upwards to send packages to the US.

So your BEST bet here is to use EMSspeedpost, they are the cheapest for sending out packages to the US and your package will get to it's destination with 4 working days and you will get the opportunity of tracking your package online till it gets to it's Final destination.

Fedex is N9,600 for sending of documents, I use them last month

to my best of knowledge, you cant use it again because school as resumed. ask your school to send you another I-20 with new semester/session. i hope this helps

Sup House, my friend just call me know from western union office @ texas (usa)that he can't pay sevis fee for somebody else if he's not paying for himself.
They said the person sending the money has to be present with id to send it according to western union rule
