When there is no love in the first place why won't there be 'pushing to snap' and 'snapping'..I know people say there is a thin line between love and hate but I honestly can't get the kind 'love' that even when it goes south will actively seek to destroy or kill the other party.

I agree that some women overdo the whole 'women have rights in the west' thing but in a way I also think it serves some of our brothers who think 'all these abroad born girls are not submissive' and then go to import a wife without actually knowing her right abit (and I am saying this as a partially imported wife ).

Hubby knows someone who actually went to naija to marry (MARRY not see MARRY) someone he had never met all cos he believed 'he can't marry someone that will be proving rights and arguing with him'..like seriously .Except you marry a mannequin how on earth do you expect to live with another human being and never argue or have divergent opinions.

I don't think some people realise that sometimes a persons character is a culmination of orientation, values,life experiences etc and not necessarily location or where you live. Some of the most well mannered calm and easygoing women I know were born or raised in the west from relatively well to do families.

Some of the Nigerian guys at home they are looking down on or seeing as below their class just because they happen to live abroad are rare gems with great talents being murdered by our harsh national economy and once such guys make it abroad; they will make great impact and may become the next talk of the town in years to come.

Money is good; we all love money but how we pursue it or perceive it matters and also determines our life's happiness and fulfillment.

Our ladies need more orientation sha...I know its not entirely their fault...but they need to start making more positive efforts so we all can live a happy, fulfilling life while here on earth

Some random girl they know nothing about o. Thinking she is some naive girl who knows nothing. Forgeting that these same girls will act like romans in rome. Some men can be very f00lish and Naive. These women will continue to show them pepper.There is a cab driver here that left his dutiful Jamaican wife(which was suprising to me because you know how jamo women are) to go marry some runs girl in Naija. While studying Nursing she was planning how she was going to leave her husband with her friend, not knowing the said friend was screwing her husband. Of course, the friend told her husband about her plans, and her husband hooked her down with pregnancy. She now has three kids, devastated, screws younger men, and are now going through a divorce.

Like I always tell my Sister, it serves both parties right.

Pansies. The system is fair. My man is a lawyer and he says this over and over again. The system is fair. I know women who pay child support. They try just as much as men to get away from paying. An african women called from Florida to get legal advice from my man about keeping the children so she does not pay child support. She's a nurse working ungodly hours. The husband chose to quit his job because he felt the children were paying the price of their moms selfishness. Fast forward to last year and they are done with the marriage. She does not want to pay spousal support or even child support. Well in most states she would have to pay. Nobody cares that she's a woman. She cannot escape it. I don't even think she cares if the kids are with her but in sure she'll want them with her if she can get away from paying child support. My ex friend who pays child support tried to use me to reduce her child support by claiming her daughter came to my daycare and she spent so and so. Heifer, I don't care if the court is asking you to pay 3000.00 a month. Sell your freaking Cadillac and drive a corolla then maybe you can pay the child support. The system is fair. Justifying killing in anyway over spousal rights or the rights of innocent children shows just how depraved these people are. Madonna should have killed Guy Ritchie when she had to pay him 80 million for a marriage that did not even last a decade or maybe Ludacris' baby mama should just go kill him now because he has primary custody of their child. I wish sperm was giving out based on people's character.
