As crass as the above answer is theres some truth in it. You need to really think long and hard. If you can bear not having kids then fine. You have not explored all answers so you may need to see a specialist to have them check your wife out maybe theres hope. Theres always adoption. You also need to think about your families when they realise there is a problem they may start trouble are you ready for that?

Whatever you decide you must be very honest to yourself and to her. Your not doing her any favours if you ask her to come back then make her life hell everytime you see people with children.
