But there's no new note

In a sane country

Before you take out the old note

The new note should have been in excess, more than excess sef for like 1 Yr

Then slowly fade out the old notes

Not intentionally making people suffer for money they worked hard for

This is not a cash swap, it is cash deposit. Cash swap is when you pay in old notes and get the new notes.

The print out that you take to CBN has all the details from BVN,Account Number,Phone Number ,House Address breakdown of denomination of money and amount that you wish to pay in

Everything for this our 9ja they like be opposite but it's good you've deposited it. I believe they will credit your account but in a situation your account is not credited is there a medium to lay complain?
