You cannot see a military check point without notice, so that you can slow down before getting there. It's really a great loss even at this time of economic crisis for his family to loose him around this time.

I think its also becoming too much from the federal road safety corps. The leadership needs to reorientate it's staffs that they are not a police nor military force. They should be more professional and decent in their dealings. Because we cannot continue to loose officers like chicken.

In my own personal opinion, I think we got it right with Buhari. Buhari has come at a good time to clear the mess from decades long corruption. For the first time since 1999 the FG can boast that it knows exactly how much it earns and collects because of the TSA. Now we need to build on that small progress we've made and not make the mistake of going back to our vomit with the likes of Lamido and Fayose. I believe the person you're referring to is Lee Kwan yew. I read his book once- from third word to first world. In that book yew spoke about his experience in Nigeria. His meeting with Okotie-eboh in the 60's. How stunningly corrupt the man, and most of Nigeria's politicians at that time, were. We should be happy we have a leader who like yew, is selfless and doesn't steal or try to cover up theft. The likes of Lamido and Fayose remind me of the Nigeria that Yew described in His book. Bros please stop being myopic and deliberately ignirant. We have been coping with minimal resources for the past 2years now and heaven hasn't fallen, no fuel queues and a recovering economy. This idea that Buhari crashed the economy is not only stupid, it's an illiterates way of thinking. The economy of Nigeria trends with the price of oil. If oil falls, the economy falls. The only thing that can prevent a commensurate fall in the economy when oil falls is reserves or savings. Unfortunately the previous administration left almost nothing, except maybe the USD30million Patience Jonathan left in Skye bank for the EFCC.
