Let IPMAN be circumspect about it's utterances and statements.

The last three(3) days since Monday 17th July,2023 is worse than the CBN naira swap program period.

Unguided statements this period may trigger the fragile peace in the Land.

Who is asking of the country with the lowest fuel price ? We are seeing the ripple effect of an unguarded policy statement - "Subsidy is gone" and they are analysing African cost of energy.

It's becoming unbearable. Everybody is begging
Politics › Re: Video Of Tinubu Campaigning To Crash Fuel Price Goes Viral Amid Hike by Lanruze: 6:52pm On Jul 20, 2023
The power of the spoken word - Very Potent.

Since Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu made the statement " Subsidy is gone" he has been on a trial and error image and face saving panic mode and he keeps making more mistakes and error.

The person that wrote that speech for PBAT didn't envisage the direct negative implication on the Nigerian populace.

Energy Experts especially the Renowned Petroleum Economics expert -Bala Zakka continuously warned the Tinubu Government on the removal of subsidy with emphasis that it will lead to anarchy on the long-run.

The government should have confirmed from Dangote Refinery on its production commencement date and also should have made plans for local refining to meet an average daily consumption before removal of subsidy.

The backlash of the removal of subsidy has just started proper and is beginning to show and ill-prepared and incompetent regime.

Subsidy removal is fantastic but the palliatives and incentives should have come first. All the savings accrued to the Federation account may not be able cater for this very ill-advised early move coupled with the geometric growth in the price of the dollar.

The new president should realise that in just two (2) months inflation has reached a 15 year all time high to 22 %.

A president that has just spent two(2) months and has already reversed a policy which it approved for it's Legislators and haphazard palliative of N8k.

The solution lies in the IMMEDIATE reduction in food price and massive CNG powered buses availability. Innoson will come to the rescue as he has ready made buses available.

I personally don't know who advises President Bola Tinubu.

If this story is true, then it means PBAT and his advisers are not discerning and competent in their recruiting skill.

Ganduje can never be respected by his colleagues, I assure you of that. A person that a thorough forensic was done on the "Gandollar" video and it was revealed that it was a real video and not doctored.

Even the likes of Jolly Nyame, Joshua Dariye, James Ibori, Orji Uzor Kalu were conivcted on evidences presented to the court and not a video evidence as startling as that of Ganduje. And such character is rumored to be installed as the chairman of the ruling party of the biggest black nation.

It had better been a joke.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Relocation To Lagos For Better Job Opportunities by Lanruze:
Lagos State welcomes a person of value and you have to be sure you will bring value to the work space & corporate world were you intend exploring.

I was in your exact shoes some couple of years ago and I took the risk because I took almost five (5) years to work on myself with a clear career path which is similar to yours in sales.

If you are convinced within yourself and you have been acknowledged by your small circle and group that you have exceptional skills and talents, the three(3) year experience in FMCG sales is sufficient to the market. Lagos State corporate space is highly competitive with a lot of skills and talents from all over Nigeria and Africa as such you need to be extra talented to get that option of first refusal.

No other city in Nigeria gives more Job opportunities like Lagos State with its vast population and organised Central Business Districts(CBD) you will get a good job in Sales if you are strategic about the job-hunt.

1, Build an attractive resume and profile, highlighting your achievements , responsibilities, tasks and career objective you intend pursing. In Lagos most jobs placements and vacancies are done via job portals and electronically and hard-cover resumes are rarely in fashion.

2, Enhance your search optimisation on LinkedIn to be career specific there are a lot of sales jobs on Linkedin were you can get an interview invite and weigh your option before you resign from your current job. Your three (3) year experience will count here.

3, Ensure you get a Jobberman, Adexen, iRECRUTERSAfrica account and build an attractive profile before applying.

Ignore the naysayers and negative comments, a lot of talents in Nigeria have relocated abroad and there are more openings unlike before in the market place and Lagos State presents more opportunity than any other state in Nigeria based on its commercial, cosmopolitan and populous nature.

NB: The job hunt may take longer than a month just prepare your mind that your friend will change after sometime. And finally some of us are smart enough to know that you are the actual person looking for the advise and not your friend.

Cheers .

There is an absolute law of Karma.

What you just wrote below is a real- life story of a woman's confession to her grandchildren.

She was in her late 80's when she made this confession. She lost her son due to an underlying heart diseases triggered by been hypertensive from the his wife's deliberate frustration.

Guide your heart on the prayers you pray for yourself.

Using a Man's children as bait or payback even when he provided thier material needs when he was in his prime is a direct curse on the Woman.

Be careful what you pray for.

Definitely not all men lose interest in their wives in future. The OPM pastor and founder displayed an open heart and fatherly love to the a wrong set of people with a stinky entitlement mentality .

What makes the issue valid and straight forward is that he had communicated about his inability to continue the sponsorship based on FOREX fluctuation whilst giving them an option of an African University prior to the ungrateful Bois coming on social media.

The student co-ordinator of the OPM scholarship awardees revealed on social media that the Happy Bois became carried away with an extravagant lifestyle on drugs and fashion after settling in Cyprus. They wanted to live lavish thinking it will last forever because of the Bishops promise.

The have an active social media account which is a very easy way for them to create content and making a fortune. They must have been ill-advised by thier peers.

Your association will always determine your output. This bois were ill-advised.

Let them comeback to Nigeria and sponsor themselves and see how sweet it is. Ungrateful creatures.
Politics › Re: It Has Come Full Circle – Keyamo Mocks IBB, Obasanjo Over Tinubu Presidency by Lanruze: 4:26pm On Jun 12, 2023
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should be careful and warn his spokespersons to be circumspect in thier utterances.

As Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu thrived and worked hard through the ranks to become Nigerian elected president, so do these great past leaders have a bragging rights on thier credentials.

Festus keyamo was probably in Nursery school or not born when the then Col. Olusegun Obasanjo took over the Uli Airport in Anambra during the civil war through his intelligently commanded " Third Marine Commando" signifying the end of the civil war and annexation of the Airport.

For records President Olusegun Obasanjo may currently not be as politically relevant as he was before, but he was a great leader who showed a geniue Nigerian approach in the development of the country.

Obasanjo is a Three (3) time Nigerian leader. A gallant war veteran, an international diplomat and statesman and should be addressed as such.

Political issues aside what gives Festus Keyamo the temerity and guts to address Obasanjo that way ? Is it because of June 12 ?

Asiwaju has a political background while IBB and Obj have a very strong Military background.

Keyamo should thread softly, the floor is slippery.

1, The Government through the tripartite committee including Labour, TUC, the organized private sector and other stakeholders have unanimously agreed on the need for alternative sources of energy including the consideration on CNG vehicles.

2, Innoson Motors is already positioned to commence production immediately. Recall that the Buhari administration also awarded him contracts to supply official / patrol vehicles for Government agencies before splitting it with Dangote (Peugeot) . Innoson builds armoured tanks also for the Nigerian Military as such his capacity is not in doubt.

3,The Tinubu Administration and tripartite committee before the next meeting on Thursday 19th of June, 2023 should invite this enigmatic entrepreneur together with other competitors for an open bid /pitch on the modalities and cost of supply of this CNG vehicles to enable a speedy kick start of the subsidy removal regime.

4, More jobs will be created, the parts and technology around the new innovation creates another value chain entirely and taxes would be paid either way.

5, Tribal sentiments should be put aside rather competence and speed should be expressly considered.
Politics › Re: A Week After Inauguration, Ardent Tinubu Supporter Regrets His Action by Lanruze: 5:56pm On Jun 05, 2023
Through the last week, an immediate action plan opined by analyst, downstream experts including OPEC consultants, the academia and the labour union have been suggested as a template to adopt on the anticipated breakthrough of the acceptance of the new subsidy regime.

Some of them are as follows;

1, Increasing minimum wage to reflect the current realities. Once subsidy on PMS is stopped accruable revenue to the states increase exponentially and states with good IGR can afford good wages.

2, A comprehensive audit assessment with an objective of finding out the main beneficiaries of the illegal subsidy regime. A privately owned petroleum marketing company was alleged to have been paid a whooping N200B in 1 year for claims on subsidy receipts by NNPC. The principal actors should be prosecuted and a fund should be set aside for the recovery of loots. E.G The presidential initiative on subsidy recovery funds. This will serve as a sinking fund for capital projects like the Lagos- Abeokuta expressway etc. Plea bargain option and whistleblowing should also be introduced.

3, Provision of Mass transportation vehicles powered by gas, electricity, diesel or alternative means of energy (To be assembled in Nigeria) to all states targeting the young, elderly and vulnerable groups in all 774 local govts in Nigeria. 10 per LGA excluding Lagos,Abuja, Oyo and Kano which are more densely populated. Also transport unions will be engaged on giving a discounted fair to distributors of Food Crops which are moved interstate.

4, Implementation of the Oransanye report on the merger of MDAs and avoiding duplication the civil service e.g office of the SGF that has more than 13 parastatals, NIDCOM & Min. of foreign affairs, Ministry of Information & Special adviser on media, public affairs etc.

5, Reducing the cost of the national assembly through the Revenue Mobilisation and fisical Commission. Or an option of passing a bill to merge the House of assembly to a unicameral one.

6, Provide incentives for the local refining of crude with focus on the major functional refinery Dangote Refinery on the currency of exchange for purchase of crude oil from NNPCL whilst ensuring production and allocation of crude stimulates domestic consumption and demand.

7, The executive should show example by reducing thier emoluments and benefits with at least 30%.

8, Headhunting and appointing core professionals and technocrats as Ministers in sensitive and key ministries excluding politicians with specific 24 months KPI on the improvement of performance in such ministry.

9, Creative articulation of a sound tax and revenue regime with the introduction of taxes specific targeted in areas e.g the stamp duty, entertainment industry or creative taxes etc.

10. Review of appointments of highly respected experts in all revenue generating agencies with realistic KPIs. FIRS, NNPCL, Customs, FRSC.

Politics › Re: What Is Your Take On The Fuel Subsidy Removal? by Lanruze: 4:27pm On Jun 01, 2023
The new president Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) should thread with caution.

The president and his team didn't expect the immediate backlash from Independent Marketers on his inaugural day speech where he informed the nation that based on variables " Subsidy is gone" . His publicists and Media aides had to immediately step-up for damage control

In all the crude oil derivatives , PMS is the most sensitive and is also termed as a " Security commodity " it affects the entire fabric of the economy including the cost of goods and service through transport cost.

The president should have been advised to converge an Intelligent all inclusive stakeholders meeting which will include Labour Unions, The TUC, Aliko Dangote, Independent Marketers, Transport Unions, State Governors and other Key players in the downstream sector, lock themselves in a deliberation room and ensure that all parties are adequately Informed to get their buy-in.

Subsidy removal on paper is fantastic considering the disposable savings which accrues to government with a projection of over N6 trillion, However if the cart is set before the horse, it will throw the country into an anarchist situation.

After the announcement of the adjustment in pump price yesterday 31/05/2023 to N488- N520 range, reactions have been coming out in trickles.

Wait till the ripple effect would be felt in coming days then the validity and depth of thinking on the timing of the removal would be seen.

The new president should have concentrated and nominated his cabinet whilst getting a sound think tank on this policy before execution of policy.

The hr I've been waiting for

LP is not expecting much from the core north as we've said many times. APC,NNPP and PDP have hopes.

Where is that bloc vote coming from the North which you're still expecting? You think only APC will get votes from there ?

NNPP, APC and PDP are sharing the so called bloc votes this time from the core north as seen so far and its in the favour of Obi.

Only Obi had secured 2 major zones already in this election with wide margins...the SE and SS in the bag. In most places, pdp and apc recorded zero votes in those regions.

Only Obi is also seen doing well in the middle belt right now, already winning Plateau and Abuja. He's projected to also win Benue.

In Taraba, it's been good news , Kaduna and Nasarawa too. He's doing well in some parts of gombe and bauchi states. So far, only Obi is leading steadily. Lagos is there which I don't want to comment on at this point, until after the elections had been concluded.

Greatest Winner in the election is Davido.

Senator Adeleke was abandoned by all the Major PDP big- wigs to fight a solitary battle with the almighty APC and Tinubu.

Davido stood with his uncle firmly like a rock giving him the social media leverage back to back whilst making himself physically available till the victory was earned.

Davido has the highest followership on all social media platforms in Africa. He has the highest followership on Twitter in Africa with over 11m followers, Second highest followership on Instagram after Mo Salah in Africa and the highest African Facebook reviews, shares, likes and comments.

He has made a formidable transition from Entertainment to Politics. Permit me to say he played the " Godfather" role for his uncle in this election giving back to back updates on the events of yesterday and forecasting the opponents moves.

The PDP Mega rally was lit up with his performance

This one is for Davido, Oriade, Omo baba Olowo. His father and entire Adeleke family will be super proud of him for once again uplifting it's dynastic name in Osun and around the world.

I agree with Kemi Olunloyo on this one.

You better don't accuse her wrongly. She speaks from a point of facts as deranged as people may term her to be.

Credible independent Local and International independent organisations came together and gave an open cheque to the families of those who were injured and killed during end sars, nobody came with evidence. Mind you it was advertised and announced for over one (1) month.

The people who mainly came out to protest were assumed young people between Adult age range and should supposedly have families. We saw the collapsed building at Ikoyi and how swift family members showed up.

Just one week is enough to escalate a missing relative and we have no evidence of such.

She has her facts and I am sure she has also called her colleagues who have interviewed some of the principal actors.

This new report has names of presumably dead people presented without surnames. How was the first name retereived in the first instance.
