I am interested in the possibility of doing some design build in Lekki/Ikoyi or/and in Abuja. My question here is that do people build homes like the following? If they do, what would they sell for in the areas mentioned. Please give your comments. These are some designs from my portfolio built in the USA.

I recently moved back to Naija after living in the United States for over 26 years. I just don't understand what you guys are saying about her living in a hotel. This is highly impractical and will probably propel her into the wrong hands cos any Hotel that she could afford especially in the major cities will be in the dumps. Her best potential is in being chaperoned by people of status who will allow her to have the right perspectives to flourish. America is as good as the people around you, and you do not want to be deflated by being around unambitious people. You will find in America, Nigerians with doctorate degrees driving cabs and taking menial jobs. This is because their friends are cab drivers and can only show them what they know. However, when your friends are professionals, then they will hook you up with ideas and directions worthy of the same status. Goodluck. |
@ Topic This is one of the reasons why I think politics in Nigeria is still a joke. Look at christians attributing the reforms in Lagos to the Gov. attending a church programme, forgetting that the Gov. in question is a muslim. What has him attending this programme got to do with his policies and the state?? If you ask me, he did it for P.R (public relations). Has it crossed the minds of anyone here that he might have been personally invited by the Pastor?? Lets not forget that most of these pastors are now political godfathers in their own rights now. I can also bet my bottom dollar that he left the Pastor richer than when he met him. Now lets look at this picture differently, What if it had been that he was caught at a shango/Okija shrine, what would have been the reactions of Nigerians?? If a "Christian" governor had attended a mosque, what would have been the reaction of Nigerians?? I have said it timelessly, Religion and state is like oil and ice water, the only thing they hav in common is that they ae both decietful, otherwis they don't mix. Former Gov. of Rivers State Peter Odili, was a known crook that plundered the resources of the state, looted and reigned terror on the state. His last birthday was held at one of the big Cathedrals in Abuja. His going to church does not mean shit anyways.
Okija: You need to go to that Holy Ghost meet to see for yourself. In itself, it ia a miracle. Over 1,000,000 Black Folks in one place without fighting or crime and all sharing in the same event. Any Politician sanctioned at this meet, with each participator getting him 4 voters will win the Presidency. ![]() |
Babygirl, at 18 you shouldn't be thinking of leaving your parent's bosom. In a few years holla back, and we shall offer you direction. One thing for sure is to avoid Nigerians who's backgrounds you don't know. You may be wearing a red bullseye right in the middle of your forehead in their eyes. In 3 years after your first degree, you may be exposed enough to weather the storm. ![]() |
This was interesting enough for me to give the Lady a call. She sounded sweet, but she really needs to put out more information here to let everyone know how the deal really works. I'll let you decide for yourselves. |
Thought I should give you this overview as well.

SeanT21:Somalia or Somali Chicks? ![]() |
Mrs Waziri alias Cre8tivity: Madam, we are not stupid here. Stop trying to justify your witch-hunt for the benefit of them guys who have paid Millions of dollars in your account. Do you realize that all that money you collected will only bring you woes? REPENT AND WORK FOR THE NATION |
They used to be my hanging out buddies. Would be fun to have the troop here in Lagos or in Abuja. ![]() |
landis:My Brethren landis, I am in Naija now. I need to settle down fast so these Chicks can start coming to visit |
Oh, I got carried away and forgot my point. Ethiopian Girls are generally more beautiful maybe because of the grace that enhances their beauty, but Somali Girls seem more raw and flashy fine with all the make-up and stuff. But dang!!! I just saw Imani's Nipples. she gotta have a cl*t as long as a lil d*ck with nipples like that. |
You guys just get carried away with your Libido. I had both Somali and Ethiopian friends in Atlanta. The Ethiopian were much easier to trust and they had values. Somali Girls always talked about being Muslim (to hint virtue), but take them out and buy them the first drink, and they won't stop drinking until they pass out. An Ethiopian girl will say "no thanks" to the next drink or "Maybe later". What I am saying here is that Somali Girls are more like hungry Naija Girls, Talking about "hungry" They will tell you within 2 minutes of entering your car after you pick them up that they are Hungry. I remember one time that I snapped back at one saying: "Don't y'all ever cook in your house? Are you not a Muslim Woman?" Babe chilled and was voiceless for a while. I smiled and reached to pull her closer to my side as in a side hug while driving and ended up saying: "Baby Girl don't worry, I'll take you out to the Cheese Cake Factory (a nice uppity restaurant in Atlanta). Her smile came back and my guilt was gone. We have a beautiful dinner topped with a bottle of Pouilly Fuisse. This Chick was a beauty complete with dimples. |
most of them seem rather testy most times. Quick tempered. Very sensitive too.I have never heard of Somali Girls being regarded as finer than Ethiopians, although they tend to have darker skin than Ethiopian. There is just something hard about their looks as well as their aggressiveness when compared to Ethiopians. My Experience with Ethiopians is that they are generally well mannered and cultured. Somali Chicks will try to bully you until you establish your manliness. After this, they will croon to your tune. Many think a man doesn't love them if he won't beat them when they are bad. |
You should see the Somali girls in Atlanta Georgia. They all claim to be virgins though Sometimes they forget they have already given you some in the past ![]() |
Oh, I get it now. You are from Ondo State, which makes Dog meat your delicacy. URRRGGH |
Cre8tivity, what's this obsession that you have with dog meat? Are you Calabar? See, I couldn't even think about Dog as meat. At a particular time, I had a Pit Bull and 5 Cats. I considered them like my kids and they all got along very well with each other. My Dog and Cats will have been able to differentiate between a Patriotic Nigerian like Ribadu from Crooks who are your paymasters. ![]() |
