I see you making allegations without substantive proof. From the hatred of the CAN president to the allegation of Tompolo owning NIMASA. Even the amnesty ish that some people have politicized to GEJ's favouring of his kin started before GEJ. It was adopted by the houses of parliament and established into law. A new ministry was created etc.
I'm glad you know the job of the police, yet when the military announced that it won't be covering election security, so many people said the president did that to 'rig' the election. Even soldiers station in Ekiti has now been attributed to GEJ sending them there as if there was no barracks or soldiers in Ekiti state before the elections.

I'm still waiting for a definitive answer as to how GEJ rubbished the Nigerian armed forces.
I see that you are one of those "Ostriches" who prefer to bury their head in the sand!.
Soldiers stay "inside barracks".... not monitoring, regulating passage and assigning "arm-band" on who goes where. Did you even ever listen tot he recording bfore yarning all these opaata?

Except you dont have fuel for that your i-better-pass generator and therefore had not been reading media, hwo do you want me to start repeating and posting evidence for what has already become stale news? Tompolos own was discussed properly here-in on Nairaland a few days back!

why do we love playing politics with everything in Nigeria? The General has spoken but instead of looking at the substance in his statement you are here insulting a man who has reached the peak of his career serving this nation. Prior to now what has been the attitude of Chad towards BH? I remember not too long ago all of us were accusing Chad of providing an abode for Boko Haram and it was due to very strong criticism from Nigerians that led to their recent effort . I also remember how the Chadian president brokered a failed cease fire deal with this terrorist n the accusations that followed but today the man his your hero because he said something negative about GEJ
while l see your point but let us make it clear that the "Gallant General" is in no position now, to complain!

On one hand, you want lowly Chad and Niger to help you solve your own "internal problem" which you have been unable to solve for like two years running...... and on the other hand, you want to still "boss them around and gag them" like you are still solely in charge? Is that how things work?

When husband and wife have a quarrel, the moment you invite an outside to come and intervene, you cannot expect privacy anymore..and you cant blame the outsiders! grin

I would suggest that instead of the General taking to the "Media', he should concentrate on demolishing Boko Haram FIRST...and then come back to deal with "small matters" like "commentators" in the name of one Chadian soldier.

Also, this General does not want Nigerians to know that smaller African forces (like Chad, Niger, Cameroun) are operating on Nigerian soil and carrying out both sanctioned and unsanctioned incursions into Nigerian territory, killing our enemies for us........ because it makes them look incompetent!
The fact of the matter is that we already know and we dont give a hoot.... as long as Boko Haram is destroyed!
pride they say, goes before a fall. Let him blame their rubbished ego on the right person.... that his clueless "Commander-in-chief" Jonathan.

In the name of SIX WEEKS..... anything can happen! grin grin
I just hope he wont turn around again to blame "rainy seasonor NEPA" on why election has tobe postponed again grin grin

Sad to see people bringing GEJ's name here.

At a party yesterday, someone said GEJ corrupted the armed forces and I asked him how did he do it? Did he change their training maneuvers? Did he select the recruits? Is he in charge of their experience? Etc....till now, I still have no answer cry
Eeyah, that person should have given you an answer ASAP.

but l am here to help! wink

The job of the military is to defend the TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF THE NATION AGAINST "EXTERNAL AGGRESSION".

Under GEJ:

1.) The Nigerian Military was turned to a political tool. Example is that of the Ekiti-gate where though we needed Soldiers in the battle field in Sambissa and Baga and the small number sent there were ill-equipped, Jonathan sent a total of 1,016 Soldiers to "supervise" RIG an election in Ekiti State! ofcourse, revelations by a Soldier (A Captain Sagir) showed that the Soldiers were only used to rig the election.
That is corruption of the military because the Police are the ones constitutionally empowered to "supervise and maintain" Security internally.
When you start involving Military in 'Politics' you are corrupting their professionalism.

2.) The Armed Forces were being equipped by GEJ's Militant: It is a shame that under Jonathan, that it is his tribal militants that are sourcing Military Equipments for the Nigerian Armed forces! From that Thug, Ayo Oritshajefor, to thta creek militant, Asari Dokubo, we now have "individuals" from Jonathan's clan, buying military equipment for the Nigerian Armed forces? What about the "Nation-Nation security channels? What about the "Joint" Chief of Staff?
When you see Jonathan turn our military to errand boys for Creek Militants, then look no further for gradual destruction of such military but God and Nigerians would not allow this to happen.

3.) The Job of the Navy is being done by Tompolo through NIMASSA: It is the traditional role of the Nigerian Navy to secure our territorial waters and they have done so brilliantly in the past. Under GEJ, the Govt Agency called NIMASSA was put under the control of a creel Militant by name "government" Tompolo! grin His company now owns NIMASSA and does the job of securing our National Water boundaries and off-shore assets? What manner of insult is that to the Nigerian Navy and the nation as a whole? So Tompolo can now do a better job that the Nigerian Navy?
So Jonathan wants to empower his creek militants more than the Nigerian Navy, huh?
Shame on him.

4.) He removes competent officers and replaces them with those from his side of the world or those "yes Men' who are loyal to his re-election ambition: Jonathan has been systematically removing competent and professional officers from the Armed Forces on reasons of ethnicity or whether they are ready to do his political bidding. From general Aziza, Agwayi, e.t.c... so much so that officers are thinking that its better to play politics thatn be professional Soldiers! You can hear it in the Ekiti-gate recordings when Musiliu Obanikoro told a "Brig General" of the Nigerian Army that they are acting on the instruction of President Jonathan, to use the military to rig the election and that" if the general coperates, he would be recommended for promotion or vice versa"
That is politicisation of the Nigerian Armed forces. It destroys the professionalism of the military.

5.) Truncates Democracy using the Military: Again, Jonathan has been trying very hard to use the military to truncate the present democracy in a desprate bid to remain relevant. He has rubbished our military to make the Boko Haram issue look unresolvable so he can use it as an excuse to prolong his own rule (remember he was the one who wanted his tenure extended to a singe term of 7years?). Now, he connives with some military officers and the NSO, to say that they "cannot guarantee the safety of Nigerians if elections were held as scheduled, from some rag-tag Boko haram that even "supporter of APC forces" from Chad or Niger are routing? shocked
If you think the Nigerian Army was unable to defeat Boko haram all these days (and can suddenly do so in SIX WEEKS!) because Boko Haram was more powerful than the Nigerian Army, on any account, thenyou need to know that Jonathan was deliberately undermining them for his own personal "campaign advantage", which is what he doing now...... but did we need to waste the life of so many Soldiers and innocent civilians, destruction of property and make that stewpid "Shey-Cow" a VIP amongst his terrorist brothers, before hitting them hard... just so Jonathan can use it for campaign propaganda?
?
This ridiculing of our Armed forces by Jonathan, is tantamount to playing politics with professional soldiers because he makes them the butt of ridicule to smaller nations like Chadian Army or Cameroun Army.

Look, l can go on and on but since you wanted just one reason on how this inept Jonathan is corrupting our military, l have given you just FIVE REASON, to 'swallow and digest'.

So APC don't have that kind of money to cash and carry them?
Had it been that Buari meet with him, he could have been the best Oba for the APC. Go and sleep jare!
The fact is that APC is "financially broke" ...relative to PDP! grin grin

But what do you expect?

Buhari is not dipping his hand into the national treasury to prosecute elections.
It is Jonathan that is changing our "Dollar foreign reserve"... to Naira ...and you can see the effect on the exchange rate of the naira

APC does not have Ministers like Deziani Allison Madueke stealing form the national Agency like NNPC, over $20 Billion (as stated by Price Water House Coopers, an Auditing Company commissioned by GEJ's Govt to audit the NNPC), creating an "unlimited slush fund" to prosecute the election.

Thus, GEJ can postpone the election ten times, he would still have money to steal and spend on bribing the likes of Oni of ife!
Buhari does not have that luxury! grin

In sane climes, the electoral body and law usually put a ceiling on how much a candidate can spend on his election campaign.

But like they say, "There are things money cant buy".

Maybe Jonathan would prove that saying to be true!

Fir those who want to "read further", below is an excerpt from another writer, about Oba Sijuade, the Oni of ife.
I hold royalty in high esteem. When I was still a boy in the village my late father used to take me along in a great annual royal festival called 'Abamnobi' featuring the late Oluoha of Ihiala in his royal palace. As the last offspring in my polygamous family my father always asked me to carry his bag along as he with other local chiefs honour our local king by celebrating with him blissfully. The Abamnobi is a great royal event featuring different traditional dances from different villages that make up Ihiala town in their best, killing of cows and eating and drinking; it was a huge local party with pounded yam, rice and stew very plenty.

I remember with childish retentive memory that my late father, Okenwa Unachukwu, Enyimuru 1, and other red-capped chiefs high and low would file out with their musical group in tow (Nde Otu George) to pay homage to the Oluoha sitting in his throne in his best royal regalia. They would be singing merrily in unison and in high decibel: "nze dinma ijara ogbo imakwa ihe echiri echi" (Chiefs are worthy to be honoured with withdrawal (of other actors) from the scene for there's importance attached to chieftaincy). At the end of the carnival the Oluoha would address the people, his people, thanking them and wishing them safe journey back home.

While one respects royalty and elders it must be adumbrated that when a traditional ruler of high ancestral pedigree like Oba Okunade Sijuwade continues to be a burden to a generation (having been enjoying his decades on end on a royal platter hereditarily guaranteed) committing unpardonable gaffes and pandering to the oppressors (military or civilian) then he should be excoriated and called to order.

That the Ooni of Ife has become an embarrassment and a disgrace is stating the obvious. If he were to be my monarch, if I were to be a Yoruba from great Ife town then I would have since ceased to recognise him or pay any form of homage to him as he is due.

Much as one is not courting any controversy (but) it must be said here that majority of the Yoruba high-ranking monarchs are easily compromised whenever serious issues of national interest crop up. They cheaply fall for some lies and deception of the ruling elite who use material things like cash or car gifts to tempt them and sway their royal support. Royal highnesses of fortune and opportunism, of kingsize filthy lucre one dare say!

In an official letter he sent to 'Prof' Maurice Iwu, the infamous INEC boss recently Oba Sijuwade put on his usual sychophantic garb praising Iwu to high heavens for breaking "the jinx of civilian to civilian transition." And soliciting for support from the Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Aliyu Mustapha, to help convince General Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Atiku Abubakar and pacify the 'losers' in the presidential election to back off from their aggrieved course of action and support the anointed winner or pursue the constitutional avenues for redress. The Ooni sued for peace forgetting that peace is practically impossible in any entity without fairness and justice.

During the June 12 debacle in 1993 General Ibrahim Babangida after annuling the best presidential election ever in the annals of our history won by the late business mogul Bashorun MKO Abiola assembled royal fathers across the country to explain away the reasons behind the criminal act. Oba Sijuwade was quoted in the NTA network news as saying that "Babangida was making some sense" indirectly alluding to his tacit endorsement of the annulment.

When late General Sani Abacha and his demonic gang organized a phantom coup plot implicating President Obasanjo and innocent others like the crying General Oladipo Diya he summoned the royal fathers and mounted a 'coup video' as evidence of a plot to unseat him violently. The traditional custodians especially Ooni of Ife came out of the video drama to pronounce Obasanjo and co guilty as charged by the maximum ruler. Today we know better!

Compared with the Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Sa'ad Abubakar 111 who is well educated and widely travelled Ooni's background as not roundly educated comes in as a handicap. His ignorance sometimes could be blamed for his many verbal gymnastics at the national political firmament. The Sultan just months old in the great throne has been behaving like a true muslim leader with great honour and responsibility. When he was asked by other of his peers to 'talk sense' into Atiku and stop him from challenging the veritable electoral robbery of April 21 in the Election Petition Tribunal the monarch asked those holding this ackward position what they did to mitigate Atiku's many troubles and persecutions in the hands of Obasanjo. The Sokoto Caliphate leader has endeared himself to many Nigerians for measuring every of his word and being pro-people and pro-justice at all times.

In Nigeria the only Oba that still enjoys my great respect, apart from the newly-crowned Sultan, is the Oba of Benin, Omo n'oba n'edo Uku Akpolokpolo Erediuwa. Apart from being a former permanent secretary before royalty beckoned on him at the death of his father Oba Erediuwa has never intervened in Ngerian evil polity on the side of a dictatorship or the oppressors rather he keeps a dignified silence.

Often Lamidi Adedibu is accused of playing Amala politics which translates into the politics of the blind leading the blind, using money, food and other pecks to hold a people to political slavery Oba Sijuwade could be said to be the royal version of Amala politics. A big man of easy virtues the Ooni loves the good life and the resources his stool provides for him may not be able to accommodate his vast taste for women and material quests and acquisitions.

Before now Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo, was commanding my unalloyed deep consideration but this respect nose-dived when he welcomed the "garrison commander" of Oyo politics to his palace and enjoined his subjects to vote for Adebayo Alao-Akala of the PDP in the April 14 guber polls. Lamidi Adedibu, a veteran old-breed politician of the Amala and Gbegiri philosophy prostrated full lenght before the reverred monarch in Oyo kingdom promising him to make him the Permanent Chairman of Oyo State Council of Chiefs and Traditional Rulers if Alao-Akala wins. Oba Aderemi was holding that position until Lam Adesina and his AD administration made the position rotational.

Oba Aderemi gave Adedibu and his PDP thugs that accompanied him the royal blessing to 'carry go'. This is the same Alao-Akala who under just eleven months according to the report of a probe panel instituted by the Ladoja government in Oyo state amassed wealth for himself and his aging godfather to the tune of billions of naira. Now that Alao-Akala has 'won' one only feels for the health of the Oyo state treasury after May 29 because the next four years will definitely see a whole of Amala and Gbegiri politics let loose from Molete to Agodi.

A hard look at Christopher Alao-Akala reveals a former policeman who is very much an 'Owambe party man', no scrupples, no conscience and no shame! And Adedibu knows those who will not rock the boat when the crown is put on their heads. Rashidi Ladoja after his 'coronaton' disobeyed the 'king' and was summarily sent to 11-month sabbatical in the wilderness in Lagos. Upon his return the village Kabiyesi in Molete knew that he had lost power so a quick exercise in power re-capturing must be done to take back power from an unrepentant 'prodigal son'.

Ooni Sijuwade should be prevailed upon to save us the constant royal tormenting he always unleashes on our collective sensibilities whenever he seeks to intervene in our body polity. His ancestors may be forced to call him home before his time if he continues to gamble with the lives of his subjects and other Nigerians at the receiving end of the despotism he defend(ed)s with relish every now and then.
Lastpage!

Sharrap there my friend! Leave the young man to his opinion.

Obaship is a respected institution but "respect" is earned and does not get conferred automatically, not even in the days of our forefathers.

I dont need to shout that the traditional institution, like every thing in Nigeria, has lost its bearing.

*Was it not in this Nigeria that an Oba was physically beating his wife? Will that happen in the days of our fathers?

*Was it not in this Nigeria that this particular Oni of Ife (Sijuade) collected bribe from "Turai Yar Ardua and her cabal", only to come back and lie to YORUBAS that he saw and met with Yar Ardua... and saw him doing 100Meter-dash?..... when in actual fact he was dead in a Saudi Arabia Hospital!

*Was it not this same Oni of Ife (Sijuade) that got bribed by Babangida, during the unending annulment of the elections, the incarceration of the winner, MKO Abiola, leading to loss of lives and uncertainly, only for the buffoon, (who was supposed to be an "emissary" of the Yorubas to Babangida), ......only for the clownish Oba to come back and do a "volte-face" by telling Yorubas that "the man (Bababngida) is talking sense"!

*Was it not the same valueless Oba, this same Oni of Ife (Sijuade) that his company got the contract for the Ibadan-ife Road, which collapsed entirely, just a few years after construction, due ot shoddy and inferior work done?

I dont even want to mention his shenanigans in the current dispensation!

Obas, hitherto, were called "kabiyesi" because no one could question their wisdom.....
But like said in the Bible, "Ahitopel's words were like those spoken by God himself..... until god turned his wisdom to foolishness"! undecided

Majority of the current Obas we have now are "cash-and-carry" Obas and this notorious Oni of Ife happens to be the worst amongst them!
His wisdom, if there was ever any ab initio, is a mountain of foolishness!

Obas that respect themselves deserve loads of respect but those like the Oni of Ife, Sijuade who have sold their souls for money and sold their "kingdom" into servitude, like in the days of the "slave trade" when some kings sold their people to whites raiders, just for "a mirror or some gun powder"........ deserve all the opprobrium we can muster.

Once again, as is his tradition, he is trying to sell the Yoruba heritage, for a plate of porridge!

I am Yoruba and l respect the Yoruba culture which demands that we respect our elders but heck, its not about age, its about "the kind of examples" these "old wrecks" laid down for us to follow!

Anyone can rant all they like, about my post but if we remove "politics, sentiments or tribalism (fortunately-unfortunately, we have his types across all tribes!)..... You will have no choice than to agree that l speak the truth!

Let him not just flaunt his "jezebellic-Nails"...... he can as well flaunt the "filthy Dollars" he collected, for selling his kingdom!

But are you required to behead them at the slightest provocation ...e.g when someone in, say Britain, draws a caricature of the Prophet Muhammad?

*Do you agree with me that TOLERANCE (not acceptance) for others opinion/beliefs is necessary?
*Do you agree that there are certain "commands" in the Bible which are not practical and therefore impossible to be executed in the 21st century and therefore has to be abolished, for a peaceful society?
*Do you also agree that there are so many "commands" in the Quran which are, in the 21st century, very offensive to the human sensibility and therefore impractical and impossible to be executed as commanded, for peaceful co-existence with other people?

Finally, what effort are "good Muslims" putting in-place to ensure that VIOLENCE and INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE (killing non-adherents/non-believers, beheading and slitting of throats, anger, e.t.c) are discredited as being "requirements of a good Muslim" and that such injunctions does not promote peace and not fit for the current times?

If God is God...as He is only ONE GOD.... that means we both worship the same God but in different ways?
Assuming the above is true.... then my own Christian God preaches forgiveness, when offended, teaches me not to be vengeful, teaches me to respect the lives of others, teaches me that "He is powerful enough to defend Himself, if offended... and l am NOT to KILL ANYONE on His behalf!

SomebodyLovesMe:
PDP must be pooing in their pants right now.

Nigerians be alert. Those desperate rogues are thinking up the next tactic.
You know in Nigerian election there is something they call "power of incumbency".

It is actually nothing other than a "perfected rigging technique"... which has been used over and over again, by successive Govt to ensure that no matter how bad, gross, inept, corrupt or unwanted a Politician is, he gets Re-Elected all the same.

"Badluck" Jonathan knew he has that "power of incumbency" and would easily rig himself into a second term.

But Prof Jega had other ideas.
He wanted a legacy of an election that could not be rigged! shocked shocked

Information got to GEJ VERY LATE into the proposed election that "Power of Incumbency" is going to be impossible to "operate" with what INEC Chairman is putting on the table!

Hence, a docile, l-dont-care GEJ realized that he needed time to "start Campaigning', do some "rush-rush" Elephant projects and invest a lot in deceiving Nigerians through "massive Propaganda" (using the most notorious hands available like FFK, Aydee, Okupes, Omokris, e.t.c).

*He also realized that all the people of the South West who he has been thumbing his nose at and insulting, will determine his fate at the Polls as the North is a "gonner" already and the "East" does not have the "democratic numbers" to win the election for him! grin
So, he spends 80% of his time in Yoruba land, begging, prostrating, kneeling, crying, sharing Dollars, e.t.c in very desperate moves to cajole them into voting for him!
Like that Actor would say: "I go chop ya Dollar"! grin

*Jonathan is also considering "other options" like postponing the election indefinitely, removing and replacing Prof Jega with someone who will allow "power of incumbency Rigging" to work, sponsoring (through heavy bribes), the other "nonentity registered parties" to ask for a shift in the election time-table, using the usual "Man-fridays" like the Authur Nzeribes from Eastern Nigeria (IGBOS) to create silly obstacles, just like the faceless Youth Democratic party's Nwofor, the Kowa Party, et.c

*Jonathan is also toying with the idea of an Interim Govt if he can create a sort of faux paux situation where one "kangaroo Judge" operating in a Kangaroo Court..(and there are many Kangaroo Judges on the bench, in a very corrupt society like Nigeria who can be bribed in Dollars!) such that election will become inconclusive or result unannounced through a "court order". He then hands over to an interim govt of his choice.

*Finally, Jonathan has shuffled military chiefs a lot, of recent.
The idea is that if everything fails, he would encourage a military Coup with "chosen Military Chiefs" he has placed strategically in key-posts within the military.

As a back-up plan, in-case chaos and civil war ensues, Jonathan has been using money meant for the Nigerian Military, to buy weapons for and arm his "Creek Militants" under the leadership of the likes of Tompolo and Asari Dokubo so much so that those ones are even threatening that Nigeria will boil if Jonathan does not win the election! grin
Honestly, this President needs to be charged for TREASON! ....at the appropriate time undecided

All-in-all, Jonathan is playing "Gbagbo" with Nigeria and Nigerians.
He is not wanted... at least by the majority though only an election will confirm that but he has seen the hand writing on the wall already.
Jega's Card Reader wont allow "power of incumbency rigging" style! angry

Thus, Jonathan is a "cornered man".... and this type of person are the most dangerous!

"Identity" as used here refers to the "parents and relatives" of the baby.

Of course, it does not matter who is holding the baby right now.... its just NOT his "parents or relative' otherwise no one will say "identity unknown". undecided

Stop being a "tribally-myopic" Eediot!

Implications are:
*Access to wider support in terms of
-weapons and weapons market,
-tactics,
-operational know-how,
-slush funds,
-ability to strike beyond their current "local area"
-More recruits, who could be foreigners (Brits, Americans, Arabs, Blacks, White, e.t.c) who might not arouse suspicion, say in the Niger Delta, e.t.c

It means "No where in Nigeria is Safe"..... Not even your Niger Delta!

There is something I don't understand about the yoruba tribe. Its only in yoruba land that a man like tinubu will be robbing them all blind and they still sheepishly prostrate to him and follow him and his candidate blindly. Am saying this cos if it were in the east,a new set of 'big men' would have arisen and said enough is enough. Igbos believe no man was born to perpetually lord over them. Its shameful that tinubu has embezzled the resources of Lagos to himself and yet its the igbos that want a stop and change to this godfatherism, left for the average yoruba, they and their children will still continue to 'durbarle' to the man and his family forever
There is ONE THING l UNDERSTAND MOST about the Yiibo tribe:

They NEVER LEARN not to back the WRONG HORSE...... in all elections since 1966!
The more reason why at best, they can only get #3 position in this country..... and that is being very generous!

agabaI23: You are blaming it on jetlag? Well considering his age, he can take one week to recover. It is understandable

According to you guys anyway, Buhari left here on the 19th and was able to attend a media interview in London the following day, less than a day after arrival. I think answering questions would have been more affected by jetlag than just walking on the street or just showing face before withdrawing.

Jet -LAG is coined from the word time-LAG which is a lapse in time (like moving too quickly across several time zones) and the effect this lag has on the body via flight is known aptly as Jet-lag....If you are looking for ethnic bigotism as it is common in the Janjaweede party and her boko haram sympathising leaders look into the mirror.

Jet => has to do with Flight

Time => has to do with time

Buhari does not have UNLIMITED MONEY to spend on election,...Unlike Jonathan who has his hand on the National Treasury and is bankrupting the country financially, sharing Dollars here and there!

Buhari has to chose his "battles" carefully, to maximise the "returns".....as we approach the "final lap".

When a 50Kg Bag of Rice is over #15,000 now, ...... compared to #8,500 when Jonathan took office in 2011?

Anyone can go to the market to confirm this on check on some online stores

Well, maybe Jonathan reduced hunger because he was sharing "Dollars" on his campaign trail.
With exchange rate of #214 => $1, l guess those like @Ayedee who got the Dollars will have loads of "weakened Naira' to play around with.

That was how PDP brought YAR'ADUA in like a THIEF

Buhari came in using a Public Flight.
That plane has a "scheduled" flight time which was to arrive in Nigeria by 5:20am.

So, if we go by the demented brain of Fayose, the other passengers of that plane must be held-up till 12noon so that a THUG like Fayose can watch Buhari arrive? shocked shocked

Fayose is just another nonentity tout that PDP used the Army to rig-in.

The people of Ekiti state cannot stoop low to vote for someone of his calibre.
Like he ran away the first time, this second time, he will "run to JAIL".

The fact that Fayose has nothing to do in the running of Ekiti State (A stolen mandate, which would be recovered eventually) speaks volumes about his state of mind.
Fayose's "day of reckoning" is fast approaching.
