customized13: I think fayose's picture should be on the N5000note for his intelligence. major466:I think the pikshure of Jonathan should also be on another #50,000 (yes, Fifty Thousand Naira note, since that is where Jonathan's economis is taking us!). Thats a "good reward" for election Riggers, thugs, criminals and liars, achievements that both men have excelled at. ......Wetin we no go hear from these PDP imbeciles? ![]() Lastpage! |
Billyonaire:So, with "advanced knowledge" of election postponement.... and the "leg-up" that SaTANOIDs have, other voices should now be silenced so that those paid hoodlums can have a field day? ![]() Very UNDEMOCRATIC suggestion. The real things heating-up the polity are: *the very acerbic comments of Creek Mosquitoes like Tompolo and Asari Dokub who threatened that Nigeria will be "set on fire" if their clueless paymaster does not get a second term *The comments of the President himself and his Vice, Arch Sambo who were asking Muslims not to vote for a "Christian party" and vice versa *The use of Security Personnels of the DSS, Army, Police, e.t.c , to harass and intimidate the opposition in APC areas as we have seen in Okrika (Rivers State), Lagos and in Bayelsa state. The funny thing is that your President has not found it worthy to caution his Creek Militants and Urchins against heating up the polity..... .....yet here you are lecturing Nairaland about "heating Polity & freedom of Speech"? Its either we all adhere to the same standards or we all dont adhere to any.....Source the Geese, Source the Gander. ![]() Lastpage! |
Has there ever been PEACE....... without JUSTICE? NEVER! Its okay to be pro-active, collaborative, e.t.c but....... And this is a big "BUT". Until we go to the root of INJUSTICE which propagates this sort of terrorist ideology, we will simply be fighting a NEVER ENDING WAR because "ideological war" are like Religious wars, they NEVER leave the mind of the "infested". Since Nairaland is not a platform for "serious discussions", l will simply state some of these "issues" without going into necessary details: 1.) Double standards in American Policy (Saudi Arabia, Qwait, UAE are some of the worst Terrorist sponsors on earth but because of what the U.S gets from these fanatically Islamist nations, it is willing to look the other way, while bombing less favoured Nations). America need to be fair to all Nations, as the most powerful nation right now 2.) American Exceptionalism: America seems to think it has the right, simply because it has the Power/Weapons, to march rough-shod over other sovereign nations and cause chaos in them. It thinks its different and better than everyone else Not true sha. 3.) Archaic Islamic Leaders/Imams: Some centuries back, Christian-teachings (Old Testament stuffs) was almost as barbaric as Islamic teachings are, TODAY but Christian leaders have "RESOLVED" to ignore the very barbaric pronouncements found in the Old testament, to preach and lay emphasis on LOVE AND FORGIVENESS. 4 MUSLIMS in General and their Islamic Teachers must undergo such "Mental paradigm shift" and start preaching ONLY the good sides found in the Quaran. They need to modernise their beliefs otherwise it is no longer "fit" in a modern world. 4.) JUSTICE in the Israeli/Palestinian Apartheid situation needs to be addressed IMPARTIALLY! America is the main stumbling block to world peace in this regard. The more people see how the U.S gives "terroristically-blind support" to Israel, while the Muslim Nation of Palestine gets hammered with American weapons, there is hardly anything anyone can tell Muslims (in general) about Peace, that would enter and stay within their brain. We have to Practice what we Preach because charity begins at home. Mark my words, there wil NEVER be Peace worldwide, until Palestinians have their own "justified Homeland" and can live as free people 5.) The U.N must free itself of Jewish-American imperialism and begin to perform its role of "impartial mediator" in world affairs, nibbling conflicts at the bud, before they become full blown war. 6.) Parents generally, especially in the "West" must be allowed to inculcate "morality" into their Children (You might wonder how it is that a lot of Western-born kids are into this ISIS thingy in the last 15yrs? Government must let parents be Parents, with the responsibility of ensuring that Parents train their children in the way that would give them rest. Full Responsibility must be allowed and given to Parents while they should also be held responsible for their childrens actions7.) Finally, Hunger and Poverty must be addressed world wide! A situation where some countries are dying of "Constipation" while those is some other countries can barely have a meal a day is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Giant Corporations must not be allowed to determine who eats and who starves. Food should be movable from areas of surplus to areas of shortages. I live on both side of the divide and l know what goes on when it comes to destruction of food while others cant find food to eat. Poverty as a result of underdevelopment of countries especially in Middle East and Africa, must be stopped. Basic necessities like Power, Agriculture, Roads must be deliberately encouraged and developed in these countries, to reduce poverty. Everything necessary must be done without recourse to using such things as a bargaining chip to foster wicked economic regimes like SAP and Austerity measures on poorer nation. This is my own 7-Point Agenda for world Peace! ![]() When we do all the above or at least most of it, which accounts for like 90% of conflicts worldwide, we can unequivocally CRUSH the stubborn ones who will never be anything good to Humankind.... without thinking twice. ![]() WAKE UP! WAKE UP!! WAKE UP!!! Jeez, l finally woke-up! unfortunately, Its never gonna happen. The Powerful are full of wickedness! The only feasible solution is "SELF DESTRUCTION"..... and we are very close to it. ![]() Lastpage! Meanwhile, Sai Buhari and Vote for the same CHANGE l have espoused above. Caveat: I am a practising Christian so, "Dont even think about it". ![]() |
Below is an interview Jonathan granted in Lagos, when he came campaigning There is this advert running on TV in which it was claimed that you signed a one-term pact with PDP elders. The clip showed ex-president Obasanjo reading an agreement that you signed. Did you actually sign a one-term pact? President Jonathan: There is this advert running on TV in which it was claimed that you signed a one-term pact with PDP elders. The clip showed ex-president Obasanjo reading an agreement that you signed. Did you actually sign a one-term pact?http://saharareporters.com/2015/02/22/president-jonathan-interview-how-i-felt-when-obasanjo-tore-his-pdp-membership-card Now, after reading the above quote of Mr. president, you would realize that THIS MAN IS NOT WORTHY OF ANYONE'S TRUST! Imagine a whole President, sounding like one "Oshodi spare-part seller" who sells you a Toyota part, IN PLACE of the requested Range Rover part, at the price of a Ranger Rover, after assuring you that it is for a Range Rover..........ONLY TO TURN AROUND THAT HE JUST DID THAT TO "MARKET HIS WARES SINCE HE NEEDS TO SELL IT"! This President is "shamelessly deceitful".... and he is proud of it! In his own words, "He WANTED THE TICKET...... and therefore sees nothing wrong in lying to his party, "his political father" and Nigerians....juts so that he can get the TICKET"! HOW MANY MORE LIES IS HE TELLING NIGERIANS NOW (AS HE GOES PROSTRATING EVERYWHERE!) .... BECAUSE HE NEEDS A SECOND TERM TICKET? *Has he not lied about the reasons for shifting the election? *Has he not lied about killing Shakau over and over again?* *Has he not lied about the Cheebok girls been released before? *Has he not lied about Trains and Roads, including the 2nd Niger Bridge? *Has he not lied to us about the "Subsidy palliatives"? *Has he not lied about creating "One million Jobs"? *Has he not lied to us about stabilizing Electricity within four years of being in office? *Has he not lied to us about tackling corruption? *Has he not lied to us, about our foreign reserve and the dwindling economy? WHAT ELSE HAS HE NOT LIED TO US ABOUT? Think about this: Anyone who cannot be trusted with little things, cant be trusted with bigger things". Obasanjo, who Jonathan calls "My father", staked his INTEGRITY on Jonathan's word, on Jonathan's integrity (or lack of it) Thus, in ensuring that Jonathan gets elected, OBJ put his own integrity on the line, for Jonathan. If anyone still does not see why OBJ is angry with Jonathan, then they are definite;y blinded by Tribalism. We need a man with INTEGRITY AND DIGNITY, in Aso Rock. Use your PVC to send this "lying" Jonathan back to where he truly belongs! The Creeks of Otuoke. Lastpage! |
Lancelott:I thought you guys use to say "No one should equate ND struggle with Boko Haram terrorists"? So you are attesting to it that the ND struggle was nothing more than PLAIN TERRORISM? No wonder Jonathan is buying Warships for them! No wonder Jonathan is using them to REPLACE Nigerian Navy (Read: MIMAASA) No wonder "Gofment" Tompolo and "Fat-face" Asari Dokubo are threatening to kill Nigerian sif Jonathan does not get re-elected? I've got news for Jonathan and his "Creek Thugs": When the "gloves" are really-off, the Nigerian Armed Forces will level the whole of Niger Delta, IF NEED BE, TO PRESERVE THIS COUNTRY! Jonathan wants to start something he does not know its end, ...talkless of finishing it. No one group can threaten the whole Nigeria! ![]() Learn from History, if you can...... sincerenigerian:From $65 Billion plus, when he took over government. Naira was also #65/ Dollar. TODAY: Nigeria's FOREIGN RESERVE HITS ALL TIME LOW ... $32.3 BILLION! (NTA NEWS, today February 23, 2015) This fact is also reflected in the current exchange rate of the Naira, to other major currencies: $1 => #210 1GBP => 340 1Euro => 240 This "Creek Mosquito" wants to destroy everything left of Nigeria ..............before he goes! onatisi:In your DREAMS! ![]() Now you will know, once again, that it is not for nothing that they say Yorubas are very intelligent and different from other Nigerians, when it comes to important decision making! ![]() Just wait for the election day, somebori will nearlly commit suicide when he realizes he has been taken for a very looooooooooooong ride! ![]() Lastpage! |
Chanchit:The major problem that GEJ has to resolve is this: The masses are not saying Buhari is the best but what they are saying is that "they will vote in Buhari to EFFECT A CHANGE FROM THE STATUS QUO"! They are voting Buhari because they have REJECTED "Gridlock" Jonathan based on his astoundingly poor performance in the last SIX YEARS! Moreso, if the likes of OPC did not see it fit to side with Gridlock Jonathan is the last two years...... it does not need much thinking to see why they would side with him, juts after postponing the election, ....and under six weeks! MONEY TALKS! Jonathan has been BRIBING anyone in sight, in the last two weeks, and running up to the election. Dont forget, he has access to our National Treasury and Jonathan has been squandering our treasury at a rate that should alarm anyone with Nigeria's interest at heart. This fact is also reflected in the current exchange rate of the Naira, to other major currencies: $1 => #210 1GBP => 340 1Euro => 240 Thus, Jonathan can bribe al he likes but when "folks" get into that polling both with their PVC...... Jonathan or OPC or ALAAFIN or ![]() PEOPLE WILL STILL VOTE FOR A CHANGE AND SANITY! Lastpage! |
Topeakintola:In 2011, when we all voted for Jonathan, when OBJ put his life on the line in 2009 to ensure that Jonathan was sworn-in as President after the death of Yar Ardua .... it was NOT because WE HATE JONATHAN? Now that the same voters want him out, now that the same OBJ is shocked by the level of his thievery, now that the whole world is mocking Nigeria on account of GEJ....... it is because WE HATE JONATHAN? How stewpid an argument can this clueless people put forward? BTW: where was this "otimkpu" all these while? So it now that you just woke up abi? Gridlock Jonathan is not wanted anymore. he got six years to prove his worth and he messed-up big-time. CHANGE IS UNSTOPPABLE! FLAGRANT CORRUPTION AND IMPUNITY MUST COME TO AN END. Sai BUHARI! *E kee kiwa ke? (pls try and respond now, its you l am greeting)(she looks back, draws out a very long hiss and proceeds to waka-away, swinging her hips provocatively) * You adjust your jeans properly, don your sunshade (at 6pm!) and walks across her path, to force a stop,... then in your best and most sexy voice, you begin to sing Lionel Ritchie - "hello, is it me you looking for, l can see in your eyes, l can feel it in your voice, you all l everwanted.... bla...bla.....bla... ) (Now you are begining to catch her attention! Next thing, she asks: What do you want? I am not interested! *Sorry to bother you, l think l know you from somewhere? (Me? Nooo, not me! i dont know you) *Anyway, my name is Skylolo .... extends hand for a handshake..... nice to meet you (she ignores the outstretched hand) ![]() *Your "guys" watching from a distance burst out into laughter..... ...... ...................Fastforward three weeks later............. princealbashir:Dig deeper and you will see that they were fighting over some "BIG POLITICALLY MOTIVATED DONATION" sent down to them by the "father Christmas in Aso Rock"! ![]() Jonathan has corrupted everyone around, ...even the Youths who are supposed to be the future of this country. More reason why we need a Buhari to come and sanitize the polity and set things back on the road to glory. Events now just reminds me of 1982 - 1983, just before Buhari sacked that shamelessly corrupt Govt of Shagari Sai Buhari/oshinbajo |
Hmmm..... I was expecting that the 14 Almajiri Universities of Jonathan will top that list! This LIST is a PDP List! We need the Jonathan Universities to top that list! Lastpage! |
abbsilurd:When you see someone like FFK, whom Igbos themselves have banded together to take to court when he desecrated the memory of their war-lord, Leader of defunct Biafra, Chief odumegwu Ojukwu, the Ikemba of Nnewi by "publicly" making very disparaging remarks about his widow, Bianca Ojukwu..... ...being the one to "launder the image" of a President Jonathan whom the same Igbo peeps consider as representing their turn at the Presidency.... Then you should know that it's either something is wrong with the Igbos and their clueless Jonathan or something is definitely wrong with that foul-mouthed, rancid FFK ..... OR BOTH! If FFK, the same FFK that poured shame on the Igbo legacy is the same FFK Igbos are eulogizing as l read here, then they are worse than l think Seems Jonathan is completely LOST, desperate and will DO ANYTHING to rig the next eletion but either way, ITS TOO LATE! CHANGE is imminent! BUHARI will turn this country around for the better, just like Jerry Rawlings turned Ghana around so much so that Nigerians now run to Ghana to seek succour. Buhari, will end this culture of "CORRUPTION with IMPUNITY", that is synonymous with "Gridlock" Jonathan! Lastpage! |
luvinhubby:It is understandable when "Rat Poisson Street Hawker" like you cannot grapple with the necessity surrounding such awareness campaign.... ....though it was shown on TV when the Minister for Foreign affairs called all "accredited Ambassadors" in all foreign countries in Nigeria, INCLUDING SOUTH AFRICA, to a meeting in Abuja for a briefing about abstaining from making comments about the election! I guess, thanks to GEJ, you have no electricity to watch it ..... or you are just too dumb to understand what is being discussed and the reasno detre. Either way, stick to what you know ....hawking in traffic, ...and be careful so you dont get knocked down by a Keke Napep. ![]() Lastpage! |
Wallade:Respond ke? ![]() Apart from those supporting Jonathan based on "he is from the East" (mostly IGBOS, which l can understand even though it makes them look very Eediotic), no right-thinking person will claim ignorance about how this dumbfuck President has destroyed all "institutions and Agencies of Govt" in this country..... for his personal and egocentric political gains! Honestly, until we elect another Govt before we realize what that shoeless creek drunkard has got us into. Just look at the exchange rate (#340 - 1 British Pound!) ....never in the history of Nigeria have had it so bad like this! ..and he keeps wasting the money in bribing everyone available for purchase! Anyway, maybe by the time of the elections, it will be #500 => $1 ![]() And we will see how our Igbo brothers who are primarily traders (importers) will be able to sell those things they imported at that "crazy exchange rate" ......... or maybe they will ask Jonathan for IMPORT SUBSIDY! ![]() Sounds like "cutting-off your nose...... just to spite your face"! Not very brilliant, infact it is stewpid, if you ask me. Lastpage! |
tociano009:Maybe these Creek Roaches can tell us WHO THE REAL OWNER OF GLOBAL WEST VESSELS SPECIALIST LTD IS? Until they do that. they are just puffing like Obanikoro, Bianca Ojukwu and all other Noise Makers who use "threat of Suit" to cover-up, when exposed! Jonahan has turned-over Nigeria's Security to the Creek Militants....... No wonder he allowed our gallant military men to be slaughtered needlessly by Boko Haram, by refusing to arm them properly, INSTEAD HE ARMS HIS CREEK MILITANTS No one has destroyed Nigeria, as much as this clueless President Jonathan Lastpage! |

THE TRUTH ABOUT BUHARI 1. Buhari actually took over power from Shagari because his administration was very corrupt. It was full of financially mismanagement and corruption, muchlike the present day Jonathan administration where "Stealing is no longer a form of corruption" and unless America blows the whistle, whatever is stolen is "not stolen"! ![]() 2. When Buhari was in power, many corrupt politicians were arrested and sent to jail for their financial crimes. Infact people with questionable wealth were unable to show it off for fear of being arrested like we have today. Unlike today when 'Yahoo++ and Far-crook/Otedola-gate, Subsidy SCAM, NNPC Scam and many more has become the order of the day. 3. He introduced war against indiscipline. Students were in their classrooms, workers dare not come to work late, people were not allowed to litter the streets with dirts, etc. The nation, just like Ghana during the time of Jerry rawlings, was on its "path to recovery". 4. He introduced the famous environmental sanitation that we have today. Though "watered down", back then, every one took it serious and gradually, even the kids on the street were begining to grow-up with the mentality that "Cleanliness is Godliness". 5. We have no external debt during Buhari, infact he paid all our debts to zero. OBJ left $65Billion Dollars in our Foreign reserve and paid off every kobo to our debtors, the Paris Club, when he left office. That is the best way to improve and strengthen the Naira against other major currencies. Today under Jonathan, our foreign debt is close to $40 Billion while he has depleted our Foreign reserve to less than $25 Billion, despite record-high crude price and receipts in the last 4years! Some people just cant handle money! Jonathan CANT! 6. Inflation came down from 23% percent to 5% during the time of Buhari. Under Jonathan, dont mind the "cooked figures" his economist throw in our face, the common man on the street judges "Inflation" by how much he buys Rice today, compared to how much he bought it four years ago!. A Bag of Rice was #2,800 when Jonathan took office. Today, it is closer to #12,000 depending on the brand ....yet they would tell us that inflation has been "erased" from the face of Nigeria! ![]() 7. Under Buhari, Our naira was so strong and it could compete internationally with Pounds and Dollars. Those were the "good old days" when Leaders work in the interest of their country.... and not private fortunes and personal interests as Jonathan is doing! 8. He built 3 refineries in Kaduna, Warri and Portharcourt. The same as we have today, after six years of this Jonathan administration What we get from Jonathan is why the Subsidy thieves are too big for him to handle...though he reminds us that he knows them! Just like he never stops telling us he knows the sponsors of Boko Haram but does nothing about them in the last few years. Could he be pointing to himself? just thinking 9. He created 20 oil depots when he was in PDTF. 10. Under PDTF, he constructed more roads than the Nigerian government in the past 15 years. Some of these same roads are the ones Jonathan is repainting and calling "Newly TRANSFORMED Roads" 11. While under PDTF, he supplied text books to schools and drugs to hospitals. Under Jonathan, our Hospitals have become "Morgues" where people are brought, ..."just to die" so they can be issued a Death cert! ![]() 12. He was the first Head of state to allow women in his administration. He even discovered Dora Akinyuli. The beautiful thing is that "he chose the women CAREFULLY"..... not just thieving concubines like Deziani-Allison madueke, "Stealler" Oduah or Ngozi "Oko" Iweallah! 13. He has no foreign account or houses abroad. *Jonathan has refused dot declare his Assets despite the fact that his predecessor, Yar Adua, declared his own asset! *Jonathan through his cronies, bought the Port Harcourt Disco knwoing that we will always be at the mercy of "Electricity cabals" like himself who only increase tariff but never supply the electricity. *A Buhari will put an end to this shenanigan. 14. He has just 2 houses, one in Kaduna and one in his home town. A Jonathan even collected a House and a Church from a contractor (Julius Berger) as Bribe! Now you know why contractors have the audacity to abolish contracts half-way. 15. He was never convicted of any financial crime and when he was in PDTF, he never collected any salary because he was already collecting his pension. As for Jonathan, despite allocating #1 billion for food in his House, his wife who cannot even write her name, collects salary as a "Perm Sec" in Rivers State! Just imagine,....for doing nothing! Corruption is their middle name. 16. He stood against IMF and the World Bank when he was asked to devaluate the naira. This was because naira could be spent abroad and also competing with dollar and that coming from an African nation, he was hated by the west. Today, #340 => 1Pound ..... #210 => $1. Jonatha has devalued the Naira TWICE in the last Six Months! 17. Concerning religion, his Cook and Driver are Christians. Even Jonathan would not dare make his cook and personal Driver "Muslims"! ![]() This is how detribalized Buhari has become. A Vote for Buhari is a vote for integrity, openness, progress and a CHANGE from the Status-Quo. MARCH4BUHARI AND OSINBAJO! Lastpage! |
Truckpusher:For me, "good performance" is relative. 3-hours of electricity a day might be good performance for some people, ........for me it is below par. You might argue that it was not much better under OBJ but l will remind you that "Are we supposed to be making progress, stagnant or retrogressing"? Establishing 14 additional universities might be progress for some people ..... for me, Equiping and ensuring standards in the 40+ that we already have, to ensure that what they produce can compete favourably with products from anywhere in the world, ...which is a function of the level of infrastructure they have, is the "real progress" For some, releasing money to the Army to fight insurgents in the North, just a few weeks to election, so as to use it as "campaign story" is success.... For me, if those money were released and adequate equipment sourced in the last two years, hundreds of thousands of life and internally displaced people would have been saved (some of whom might be your votes), is more of success. To initially deny that "girls were kidnapped" when they were still within reach of rescue l will consider as "executive recklessness" on the part of the President and shouting that you will storm Sambissa forest after a whole year of the said kidnap, will not bring the girls back in 2015. "Success" to me, is when a leader is "proactive and decisive" .... just like Fashola and that woman (Dr. Aidadevo) did during the initial hours of the Ebola outbreak. Left to Jonathan, he would prolly deny that anything like Ebola ever existed until Nigerians are dropping dead on the road side. To me, saying "stealing is not corruption", saying "How much did Nwobodo steal" and saying "America will know" when asked to address the issue of rampant corruption under his watch does not qualify him "successful" by any stretch of that word but to others, they think it is still acceptable. We can go on and on. Thus, l concur that it is relative and it depends on the "type and moral level" we hold ourselves to. But you still have the opportunity to "Sai Buhari" before its too late because under his watch, we would not be waiting for "America to know first, before we acknowledge that a whopping $20 Billion Dollars is missing from our NNPC coffers. ![]() Lastpage! |
when we are trying to "pull it together" ...."ELDERS" are trying to tear it apart!
BreakingNews: “Nigeria will cease to exist by December 2015″ – Biafra Movement Leader DONT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED :: “niGERia WILL CEASE TO EXIST BY DECEMBER 2015″ – Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra..........Reported by niGERia Daily Post The agitation for the actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra has taken a new dimension with a new leader of the struggle, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu declaring his readiness to fight all the way. He said Nigeria would seize to exist by December 2015. Kanu, who spoke at a gathering of members of defunct Biafra, including scores of its aged war veterans, vowed that he would not rest until the Republic is realised. The event, held at Ngwo, Enugu State, was the maiden commemoration of Biafran Day on May 30th, in remembrance of the events of 1967 when the late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu declared the Republic of Biafra. Kalu, the Director of Radio Biafra used the occasion to unveil a multi- million naira cenotaph in memory of Biafra fallen heroes killed during the civil war. He regretted that despite the declaration of the “No VICTOR, NO VANQUISH” after the Nigeria/Biafra civil war in 1970, successive governments including the present Goodluck Jonathan’s led administration had continued to deliberately marginalise and make life unbearable for the Igbo nation and its people. He, therefore, called on all genuine Igbo people across the globe to rise up and join the crusade of putting in place the Biafran Republic, adding that it was time for the Igbos, to pull out of Nigeria, which he described as a failed nation, where nothing works. Kanu noted that it was unfortunate and painful that 47 years after the civil war, the Nigerian Federal Government had bluntly refused to pay soldiers who fought on the side of Biafra all their benefits and entitlements, whereas, all their counterparts in the North and Western parts of the country had received theirs. The Radio Biafra boss said despite all odds, they remain eternally grateful to the Biafra leader, late Ojukwu, and others who laid down their lives for the struggle. He warned the Nigeria Federal Government not to constitute a cog in the wheel of progress of the proposed Republic. Decrying the situation in the country, he said, “It is the watershed in the history of the geographical expression called Nigeria. It is the aftermath of the mistake of the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern protectorates by Lord Lugard”. Kanu further regretted that 47 years after Ojukwu declared the Republic of Biafra, the reasons that led to his decision were still evident in Nigeria. He decried the sufferings and agony being faced by common Nigerians as a result of corrupt and bad governance in the country. He insisted that Nigeria is doomed and driven by world acclaimed selfish and corrupt leaders, who does not believe in the well being of the poor masses. He pointed out that as long as the intention and purpose of the amalgamation of North and South were designed to cheat the South, the nation would never move forward, “because any country that makes injustice its watch word can never prosper”. According to him, no amount of National Conference can solve Nigeria’s problem because of deep-rooted hatred among the different nationalities in the country. Kanu further maintained that the only panacea to Nigeria’s problems is to split it into different regions, calling on Igbos to embrace and keep faith with Biafra, which he assured, will definitely come to reality. “There is no going back, by December 2015, Nigeria would have seized to exists; we shall fight until we get Biafra, if they don’t give us Biafra, no human being will remain alive in Nigeria by that time; we shall turn everybody into corpses; you better go and buy your coffin”. Buhari’s secret trip abroad shows APC covering his health status – Fayose Highlight of the event, which featured dozens of Biafran war veterans from various parts of Igbo land, clad in their uniforms, was the official hand over of the leadership of Biafra to Kanu.
Though he was right in most of his reasons, NOTHING has changed! But l will expect "elders' to be the voice of reasoning when things are boiling. ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/2159903/nigeria-cease-exist-december-2015 Lastpage! |
