l agree that Brabus should be charged with Negligence / Dereliction of Duty, Breach of contracts, misrepresentation, non performance etc, those charges with stick firmer on him than stealing but again the claimants in that case will have to prove to the court how 5million Naira was stolen from him, the case might even drag till 2050 with all the egunje, rub my back and l rub yours, be that as it may.

lf Supreme court justices could be alleged to have received bribes to pervert justice, then, there is no hope for real the average man to get justice in Nigeria no wonder we see jungle justice been given out to petty crimes of recent across Nigeria
