Its been happening for at least 20yrs, on that Eko Bridge, Apogbon Bridge, Ikoyi-3rd Mainland Bridge, 3rd Maindland turn-down to Ketu Road and virtually anywhere that a Bridge has "landing" to an underpass.
They rob you and jump down under the Bridge, into surrounding hide-outs.

That Cylinder should not be so easily accessible, l think, but it is a brilliant idea that you brought it out of the Kitchen.
Most houses get burnt from a leak or excessive heat of that Cylinder when placed in the Kitchen, usually under the Kitchen Sink
