As long as it is NOT A LOAD-BEARING WALL, you can do it that way.
The problem of the building has to do with "poor quality of material" (incorrect mix of decking material - Sand/Stone/Cement Mix-ratio) used in making the decking. Iron content appears okay
If the Decking was solid enough, and the wall was not load-bearing, nothing will happen like this.

"Load-Balance" has to do with "Force of Moment" about a point on the decking, assuming the decking was strong enough.

Applicant can check email and Dashboard for status of Application (Stages) regularly.
Applicant will be duly informed at the completion of stages of application process.

VIII Collection of Permit

Check email for notification of Permit collection.
Print Permit Notification Letter and with 5 Sets of Screened Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Drawing dully signed and sealed by Relevant Professionals as applicable for endorsement.
