If the fulani hegemony want to cause a crisis in Lagos to finish your bat they can do it trust me.

The worst yorubas can do is to start another wild wild west operation wetie which will lead to tinubu's arrest which might lead him into drinking rat poison or being served abiola's remaining tea to drink. cheesy
This is always the hope of the Biafrauds/IPADS since 1971, after they lost the Civil war.

But this is 2016.... and it has never come to pass and will probably never happen!

It takes a "sophisticated nation" of people to keep thwarting your evil plans.... and producing Presidents and Vice-Presidents in the process!

While you lot wail about not being given enough crumbs by the "Sophisticated Coalition" of Yorubas!

Go and sit inside a gutter oga.

There is nothing too special about tinubu or sw politics in general like you'll deceive yourselve going about shouting 'Sophistication.'

what the yorubas did last year by helping Buhari become presidnet the Igbos did many years back by helping Shjagari become president where even your god awolowo was soundly defeated yet you don't see us running around shouting sophistication.

This is simple arithmetics.

When it comes to politics, the north usually move in block and all they need to get the presidency is just one region from the south. They did it with the SE with Shagari and have done it again with the SW with Buhari so what is so special or sophisticated about you deluded lots?
I have re-read my post and did not see ANYWHERE that l said or used the word SOPHISTICATION!

So, it appears that you are suffering from a "carry-over" disease of some sort.

If Yoruba being more sophisticated is giving you migrane and nightmares, you still have an option because the Yorubas are famed for being magnanimous: GET ADOPTED BY A YORUBA FAMILY..... and end your suffering once and for-all.

Okay, there are those who are pained,..very, very pained that Tinubu is the architect of the dethronement of PDP and their kleptomanic Jonathan-Government.

Such are just waiting in the wings, listening to every sound like a "Weather-Watcher", waiting for an opportunity to bring Tinubu down and say: God don catch-am!
When such people make observations and predictions about Tinubu, we know their opinion will be skewed and intended to further diminish the popularity and power of Tinubu.
For such people and their comments, we can just read and then THRASH THEM.

No one is expected to have Power forever! Kings Go...Kings Come, the Army remains.
Tinubu will not be powerful in Lagos, forever. So, its a natural phenomenon that power diminishes with time.

No one should cry more than the bereaved, in their mischief-making business.
All these write-ups are just meant to create dissension between Buhari, Tinubu and APC in general.

PDP is dead and buried.
Nigerians will never entrust them with leadership again because we all saw what they did to our treasury and the pain/suffering that is currently inflicting on our people.

TonyeBarcanista:
[s]On Saturday, September 24, 2016, I wrote a piece on this platform titled APC Humiliation: Time For Jagaban Bola Ahmed Tinubu To Consider PDP. In the piece, I made a passionate case for the leader of Ruling All Progressive Congress to switch over to the Umbrella side of the political divide after seeing the humiliation meted to his loyalists orchestrated by those that once benefited from his political benevolence in order to disgrace him. The most recent being the sham of Ondo APC governorship primary and the rejection of the APC Appeal Tribunal recommendation by the National Chairman of the party despite majority members of the National Working Committee present at the deliberation insisting on upholding the position of the Appeal tribunal. Barely 24 hours after the piece, His Excellency Asiwaju (Senator) Bola Ahmed Tinubu made a strong but patriotic call for his party's National Chairman to do the honorable thing by resigning.

To some people, Asiwaju Tinubu deserves whatever ill-treatment is coming his way simply because "he is too powerful as an individual" or "he should be tamed by fire by force". However, these individuals forget that power comes from God, and in any society, there will always be powerful citizens whose acquisition of power and influence could be attributed to factors such as show of benevolence, performance while in public office, intelligence, charisma or any other reasons. While it is no crime taming powerful individuals in society, such must be done according to laws, statutes and precepts of the society concerned.

In the Tinubu case, his acquisition of power was not due to sheer luck or something he attained overnight. For those that may not be aware, prior to 1999, Bola Tinubu was elected into the Senate to represent Lagos West Senatorial district in the Red Chamber in 1992 in the defunct Third Republic. After the June 12, 1993 Presidential election annulment which was arguably won by late businessman Chief MKO Abiola, Bola Tinubu along with other patriots formed the National Democratic Coalition(NADECO) to seek the restoration of Abiola's mandate that was freely given him by the Nigeria electorates. The struggle for the restoration led Asiwaju to flee to London in 1994 where he stayed on exile until 1998 after the death of Abacha and during the transition period that led to the fourth Republic which began in 1999. Tinubu stood for a cause even at a period when many politicians found it convenient to wine and dine with the military in order to satisfy the voices of both the stomach and pocket.

In 1998 Tinubu was elected Governor under Alliance for Democracy platform, the crises in AD led his faction to form the Action Congress of Nigeria. As the only AD/AC Governor between 2003 and 2007, Tinubu's performance was second to none, and he deployed his protege and exWorks Commissioner to Osun in 2007 where he defeated incumbent Olagunsoye Oyinlola. He also held his grip in Lagos by ensuring the victory of another protege Raji Fashola. Not forgeting the role and support he played to Comrade Adams Oshiomole of Edo and Rahman Mimiko (legal assistance) the Labour candidate in Ondo in 2007, ALL became successful. Not even the exit of strongman Atiku Abubakar from the ACN in 2010 deterred Jagaban, he went ahead to do a clean sweep of SW in 2011 with exception of Ondo state.

During the merger that formed APC, political observers would agree that the ACN bloc controlled by Tinubu brought more to the table more than the Buhari CPC bloc(which had only a poor Nasarawa state) and Modu Sheriff controlled ANPP bloc which had only Borno and Zamfara states. Yet, Tinubu allowed the CPC bloc to produce the Presidential Aspirant, while settling for a VP aspirant despite being the major contributor to the merger. It is a fact that without the ACN bloc, the CPC or CPC/ANPP wouldn't have won the Presidential election of 2015.

However, is is a shame that members of the CPC bloc led by President Buhari's men in connivance with the ANPP group(Oyegun) and ungrateful former beneficiaries of Tinubu's political magnanimity who are not politically relevant in their states in Southwest are out to humiliate and frustrate the man whom God used to shoot them to power through undemocratic and illegal means. For instance, APC Chairman John Oyegun has been in ANPP but has never won his polling booth in Edo state not to talk of producing Governor, Raji Fashola could not deliver his choice candidate in a free and fair APC Governorship primary in December 2014 despite being an incumbent, Kayode Fayemi could not win even his LGA in Ekiti state in his failed 2014 reelection bid despite enjoying incumbency, losing to Fayose in an historic 16-0, Amosun contested for Governor in 2007 under ANPP but was defeated by PDP Gbenga Daniel, it took his defection to ACN and adoption by Tinubu for him to win in 2011. The case is same with Ajimobi of Oyo state. Even President Buhari, despite his alleged popularity in the North has never delivered any Governor in his Katsina state nor his Kaduna political front prior to 2015. In fact, he has NEVER defeated any Northern Presidential candidate in Katsina state. Meanwhile, Tinubu has 100% record in delivering his candidates in Lagos state guber since 1999.

None of these people can stand shoulder to shoulder politically with Senator Jagaban Bola Ahmed Tinubu, none of these men enjoy the popular support Tinubu enjoys. They couldn't even defeat his preferred candidate Mr. Segun Abraham in Ondo APC Governorship Primary but had to manipulate delegate list. Despite the manipulation, Akeredolu only won by slim margin. To show the popularity and acceptance of Tinubu. They are scared of conducting a rerun because the are aware that a rerun will deal a fatal blow on them in favor of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu candidate Mr Segun Abraham.

Though I am neither a member nor sympathiser of the ruling All Progressive Congress, I see an opportunity for patriotic Nigerians irrespective of party to take a position that insists on justice and sanity in our political environment, especially internal democracy within our parties. We are in a country where injustice has been tolerated for long and accepted as norm especially when victims of the injustice are not on our personal or political good books, this acceptance of undemocratic values has to be kicked out if we must sanitise of country and political space.

Like I submitted earlier, those against Bola Tinubu and want to bring him down must follow the accepted and democratic path otherwise, they are on a wild goose chase. Tinubu rose to the height that he is through consistent hardwork and mercies of the Almighty God, those that wishes to humiliate him must do so through hardwork and hoping for God's mercy. Anything short of that is an exercise in futility.

Finally, I reiterate my call for Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider quitting the undemocratic and false progressive APC, and join hands with the PDP to help build a better country when power changes hands in 2019. [/s]

Four Months After Medical Pills for abortion No Menstruation

I would like to appeal to medical practitioners and those in the know about gynaecology,I know some people will come here to tell me I am irresponsible, I so concur, I got my gf pregnant we are both graduates and also looking to settle down soonest, but due to the economic situation of the country no funds as we are both job hunters,so we deemed it not appropriate to bring a child into the world who will suffer.so we both agreed to terminate it, we got the drugs albeit this is not the first tym it happening, so she used the drugs as prescribed and took the injections, she bled a little before leaving for where she is currently doing her service, this occurred since July 11th but till date she is yet to see her monthly menses.
We have conducted pregnancy test twice and it tested negative.

Please doctors and medical practitioners in the house what's your advice she comes from a very staunch Christian home and it has to be hushed up and the idea of birthing the child seems weird as the initial drugs would av maimed it.
Help please!!!!
Forget the "Staunch Christian Crap" please.
If that were the case, you wont be humping each other when not married.

Having said that, dont get too worried.
At times it takes longer for others, than for some.
It has to do with the body chemistry.
Give her a few more months. Dont go about wasting money unnecessarily or panicking to take other drugs which will complicate and mess-up her system.

And BTW, instead of all these incessant abortions, it is easier if she goes on the Pill, to PREVENT pregnancy..... since We "STAUNCH CHRISTIANS" cant abstain from phucking our brains out! grin grin
Even "staunch" Muslims dont attempt such. undecided

@fullofregrets , you had an abortion the deed has been done. Personally I think instead of crying, you should thank God for making you avoid a fair weather husband, that is someone that will only be good to you when the going is good. That man didn't love you. When a man starts saying you should get pregnant first before the marriage can hold, that's a warning sign.

I know you probably miss him a lot, but remember a broken relationship is better than a broken home.
Just saw this:

Did it also occur to you that there might have been things the man saw (warning signs, as you put it), to make him insist he wants to be sure the marriage can bear fruits (even as God commanded), before putting his head into it?

Or is it not in this world where women (and men too) do all sort of things in their spinsterhood, only to come back to look for one mugun husband to settle with?

Relax... time heal all wounds.
if you are HONEST about it (the event, the circumstance, the confession)...and the God in you (conscience) discharges you, everything will be alright. He will come back.
God has never allowed the Righteous to suffer. If it should happen, its only for awhile and joy cometh in large bounds afterwards

But if your conscience condemns you, you are condemned. I hope not.

And l am even thinking: What if God is desperately preventing you from marrying this particular man, for reasons that HE knows and we dont?
I have "seen things" enough to always commit important things to God in prayer. If it happens fine, if it does not (as long as l have committed it to God's hand and l am not the one hindering my own prayer)... then So be it.

I am feeling so devastated right now , my fiance is leaving me , cause I open up to him , that I once had an abortion .
my fiance and I already meet with our parents , he asked of my hands in marriage, and I accepts , we have been to our parents house , but there's an issue in my side , my father don't was not really good with it , cause of cultural differences, but later agreed we can go ahead with it , so my fiance tells me I need to get pregnant , so that we will do the marriage , I agree to that , but it isn't forthcoming , so I started remembering my past , when I had an abortion , so I opened up to him cause of the love we and trust I shared with him , I have carried out possible best, I am okay but some hormonal challenges , after a month he text me , that he's no more interested in the relationship , i am full of regrets right now , I don't know what to do
What exactly are you trying to achieve with this your post?

Let me guess: You are trying to incite other women that IT IS WRONG TO OPEN-UP TO THEIR FIANCE while you seek comfort in our sympathy. undecided

That fine, now that they have got your message, lets take a closer look at it.
First, your fiance is not leaving you simply because "You opened Up YOUR SECRET to him". There is more to it than you have said.
For example, you did not tell us how long this relationship is but l will guess it has been on for a long time, for you to have met your parents and agree to tie the knot.
Question is: Why is he just knowing NOW, that you have had an abortion?
WHY have you kept it a secret from him, all this while?
If you really love him, that should have been the first thing you put on the table - No SECRETS.

Again, you said you have been having challenges with conception.
I am sure your fiance would have done everything possible in the past to assist you to conceive but it was just not happening.
WHY did you not tell him all these while, that you have been pregnant before and aborted it (nothing bad in that, its better than being saddled with an unwanted child, IMO) but it could have assisted both of you to "properly direct your efforts" in your quest to be pregnant.

*Maybe you have forgotten all the lies you have told him, concerning issues like that?
*Maybe you have given him the impression that you never had any "serious" relationship in the past and he is wondering how such person could have had an abortion?
*Maybe the abortion even came during a period you had lied to him that you had no boyfriend?
*Maybe it was even during the midst of your current relationship?
*Maybe he 'guessed before' now and you denied flatly back then....now you are at wits-end and confessing?

I am certain that a man who has met your parents has genuine interest in marrying you and wont take the decision to break-up, lightly.
I am also certain that your not conceiving has something to do with the abortion, "maybe" it wasn't properly done and your man is thinking: Will she ever be able to have children again?

WHAT WILL YOU DO IF YOU DISCOVER THAT IT WAS HIS SPERM-FACTORY THAT WAS DEAD (AND HE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE CHILDREN EVER AGAIN) AS A RESULT OF A DISEASE HE CONTACTED WHEN HE WAS VISITING AN ASHAWO, BACK THEN.... WOULD YOU STICK WITH HIM FOR LIFE OR ASK HIM TO 'FREE YOU'?

While l have a lot of sympathy for your situation (conception) and l think it can be over-come, l also think coming here to "bad-mouth" your future husband is a "bad sign" and if l were him and l get to read this, l would certainly have doubts about you.

You simply want to paint him as "The Devil", on Social media (God knows how many people you would have told the same one-sided story to? ) angry angry

What if he was just pissed-off and would come around eventually (if your story is exactly as you put it)..... and then he reads what you said about him?
Then he will really be justified.

HONESTY pays.... but "Selective Honesty" (saying the truth when it is convenient or serves your own purpose or defends your position) is AS BAD AS LYING.

If he is truly convinced that "you opened-up to him based on LOVE & TRUST between the two of you", l will bet my balls that He will be back after awhile....
But if he thinks you cough-up for other reasons that are not altruistic, then you have closed your own case yourself.

I am still wondering WHY you did not tell him all these years, despite your pregnancy difficulty?

Wish you the best, whatever happens.

The above is the problem l have with most Nigerians: They never try to get better! Its always like: I will continue doing wrong because others are doing/have done wrong!
What is wrong with people having a little sense of dignity to say: Even if they do Wrong, ....l will TRY to do what is Right?

Everyone should have some moral compass which tells you "this is wrong", dont do it.

But what we always have, for example, is people saying:

*You should leave (our) Thieves alone because others have looted the treasury in the past!
* You cant arrest looters now because others have looted in the past and were not arrested!
*Armed Robbers from one part of the country should be left alone because they are not the only one robbing!
*Unless you can arrest all the kidnappers in one go, then other kidnappers should be allowed to go Scott-free!

We seem to have this "foolish way" of justifying our criminal behaviour! angry angry

You write very well but I will still stand my ground that old Landlords should be the last in the value system..I run a service business and because of the recession is have had to drop prices by 50 percent just so we can keep some of our customers because I know if I do most if not all my customers will back dowm
Thanks for your compliment.

YOU are a kind and considerate person..... which is generally not the norm in our society otherwise, we would have been better than this and wont see all these crazy prices increases we all have to pay for!

But l have done my analysis based on "Demand Vs Supply vis-a-vis Selling Price".
That is why l called it a 'cold and calculated' point of view........ No emotions. undecided

The Landlord is also a part of the consumer network and he is not the 'last person' to pay a higher price for his Rice, Garri, Electricity (even Govt dey increase price in this recession! angry ), Clothing, School fees, e.t.c
While should he/she then be the 'last person' to increase his price ........in the same system?

While l understand the fact that the "House is not just built"..... we need to look at it from the perspective of "current purchasing power" of anyone's source of income.
For some, Property is their only "Business" (source of income/living)!
For some, it is spare-parts, for others it is Electronic Shop, for others it is "Food Stuff Shop" but one thing is common to all: They all live-off (buy their needs) from whatever INCOME their business provides
.

Your price reduction, from what you stated, is a "Volume-Sales strategy"!
I am sure you would have loved to marginally increase the price or at least "stagnate it", rather than suffer an possible loss (I said "possible" because l suspect your "volume-sales" will compensate for the price drop.
I will love buy one, get one free. grin )

Not withstanding all the above, l think we need more of people like you....rational and sympathetic.

Sister, I can see you very well knowledgeable with property matters as a long time experienced property owner.
Please I need your advice, hubby and I have a property 2 units of 3 bedroom flat in lekki/Ajah axis. We have 2 tenants occupying the flats while we stay at the front duplex. Now these two tenants are ok except for one that didn't pay his rent/service charge on time(3months overdue after several reminders).
Now we increased the rent and communicated same to both tenants via our lawyer as we wanted to avoid dealing directly with them. The lawyer wrote them on the new rent which would be effective in June. My concern is that the tenants have not replied the lawyer even after reminders. We reached to the lawyer to find out update and she said so long as they have communicated and sent subsequent reminders intimating tenants that their silence meant acceptance hence no need to worry again!
In my mind, I feel that is not safe enough as quit notice with rent increase ought to have accompanied the rent increase especially with the attitude of the other defaulting tenant.
What is your take on this? Should we continue to assume that the tenant had accepted the new rent and wait till renewal or issue quit notice immediately so that when the time comes we will not lose much time if the tenant does not agree with new rate?

Note: we rented like 200k cheaper that prevailing rate in thanks to God being our 1st property. Now property has even sky rocketed yet the new rent is still 200-300k cheaper based on what we are charging.
I will appreciate your advice greatly!
Thanks
I think your Lawyer should have done the needful, immediately.
Their non-acknowledgement of your letter (rent increase) is an indication that they not only refuse to accept but they do not even want to entertain such nor open-up a channel of negotiation/reduction
It is also insulting (IMO) not to acknowledge a letter written to you
(even if just to say l received your letter dated x//y/2016 and l am still considering the contents there-in).

While "Silence" is generally construed to mean "Consent", this is a "contractual matter" and views need to be stated expressly.
Putting all these together, l will suggest that you immediately issue them with quit notices (in line with Rent Regulations) and let them be the one to now react...either by saying they agree to the rent increase or be prepared to vacate the premises.

The above is a cold, calculated landlord's perspective. I am sure Tenants will have a different perspective to the matter as we all try to serve our best interest but then, FAIRNESS TO ALL should be the watchword.

In the present situation of staggering inflation, l cannot fault anyone who increases rent/price of whatever is their investment..... unless ofcourse, the Govt steps-in to FREEZE ALL PRICES.

What plausible reason do you and husband have to even increase rent during a recession . Did you just renovate the place or is there some cost from the past when you built that has increased ..Property rental aisle a long term investment and not short term one ..
*Would you ask this same question from Dangotte and other Cement sellers whose price have increased from an average of #1,300 to #2,300 DURING THIS SAME RECESSION??
*Would you ask the same question of Roofing sheets/tiles, Block sellers, Nail sellers, Paint sellers, Electric cable sellers, e.t.c whose prices have more than doubled DURING THIS SAME RECESSION?
I dont want to mention foodstuffs and other basic necessities of life whose price have gone through the roof.... in this same recession.

If you own a shop, you certainly live off the profits of your wares. That is your investment.

Just like you will expect your profit (from your business) to cater for your expenses, this home owner also runs their property as a business and expect it to pay their bills.
Now, if a bag of Rice is sold for #15,000 a few weeks back and their profit from their business can but six bags in one year (#90,000,..easy example) and you could also buy five bags from your own "shop business",..... assuming no income from many other source, now that price of Rice has risen to #20,000, you can not live on the same level of profit because it can only buy four and half bags (but your family needs six bags to survive yearly)

What do you or would you do?
I am sure you will simply raise the price of your own goods as well..... as we have noticed in the general increase in price of all products.

So, if you the "Shop owner" feels justified to increase the price of your products (as your investment designed to meet your survival needs), why do you speak with so much consternation at the Landlord doing the same, on their own investment, to meet their own financial needs?

What l am insinuating is that in a free-market economy like Nigeria (where there are no "Price Controls", everyone has the right to increase the price of whatever they sell, in line with the general increase in price of what they buy, irrespective of what the "monetary income" is used to buy (for food, for building, for vehicle, for clothes, e.t.c)

if you dont want your Landlord to increase your rent, then you should also be prepared to let the price he pays for goods he buys in your shop (with his Rental income) ...to remain stagnant.

Remember, you buy from money-made from what you sell.... and you sell based on what you buy.... at any point-in-time.
Source the Geese, Source the Gander ..... is a very fair statement, in my own opinion.

Cheers.

Permit me to answer on behalf of George and dunka.
George has been the inspiration behind most of us.
yes dunka owns a set up. in terms of cost, I think his set up is even more expensive than mine.
I am aware George has been using his batteries since 2013 or even earlier and as at last week when we discussed he confirmed that the batteries are still working as new.
my batteries have been working since June 2014. I want to tell you that, I have been enjoying every moment with them.
as you mentioned earlier, draining Batteries to zero kills them in their prime.
kindly breeze tru the fta solar thread, I bet you will have more reasons to consider solar in your builds.

as for me, I hope to make my solar array 4000 watts by the time I complete my build. I intend to use it to construct a car park. due to scarcity of funds, Ill be using wood instead of galvanised steel to fabricate the legs/supports.

I have invested a lot in the journey into energy freedom. I currently enjoy 24hrs uninterrupted power supply in my house. you will be surprised that I use only maximum of 2 fans , 1tv, decoder and about 8 bulbs(7w led). occasionally pump water 1hp, I iron my clothes on demand (only when going out).
when out of gas, we cook with it till we buy gas the following day.
these are the reasons why I am sure if I get d proper materials, home automation will be very easy for me.
I need ideas especially now that the house is still under construction.
Thanks for your input, well appreciated.
If l get you correctly, you are referring to "home automation equipments"?
As long as two things are "constant", Electricity and Data/Internet (though savvy people also use bluetooth in place of internet), your home automation is good to go, just chose the right accesories.

DUNKA:
this post is from the solar energy thread posted by user GeorgeD1. Solar though expensive initially will pay for itself in the long run.

bigrovar,
many peeps complaining about the high cost of solar never really sit down to do the maths.
still, many of us trying to wean people off the 'generator mentally' are sometimes at a loss
when faced with such complaints as solar being too expensive. but when we are armed with
facts such as this, the advantages of solar in terms of cost savings becomes staggering.
do you know that even with dollar at 500 naira, solar is still cheaper to set up compared with
the long-term cost of running fuel-guzzling generators over the space of 25 years?

my solar panels are still pumping out juice over 6 years after installation just like they did from
day one. my inverter is still doing great with no issues at all. batteries are performing
marvellously
. at this rate
, i'm seeing myself coasting through another couple of years before
worrying about any system or component failure.

so, doing the 25year maths for cost of running generators, it will be like this:

522,000*25 = 13,050,000 naira
and if i were to run my generator for double the time, i'e 24hrs everyday (like my inverter presently)
it will amount to:

13,050,000*2 = 26,100,000 naira spent over that space of time.

thankfully though, I don't have to incur this cost anymore thanks to solar.

truly, the sun is the answer!
My major concern is the batteries.
I had an inverter some years back but the battery did not last that much long.
I guess sit has to do with my over-draining it as l do use it till "it runs out of juice".

Having learnt from others, l have a bigger setup now that is doing better but at the back of my mind, l still worry about the batteries.

Can you confirm that your batteries have used up to six years (the same set of batteries from inception) or did you have to change one or two among the set?
What make of batteries?

Thanks,

Edited: just realised it was a post from another user.
But do you have a Solar setup yourself?

Solar pays in the long run.
Home owners and prospective home owners should consider solar.
Here's my system. I still reside in a rented apartment which has limitations.
By the time I move to my place.
I have a special dedicated power room for my power gadgets.
16 batteries (6v 225ah flooded)
5kva inverter
96amps mppt charge controller
Surge protection.
3000w solar panels ( to be upgraded to 4kw on reaching my permanent site).

With all these, home automation can be a possibility.
No doubt that Solar pays.... in the long run.
The SUN's energy is free!

It is considerations like space (where it was not planned for in the building drawings or you are renting and cant just do willy-nilly), initial cost outlay and Batteries management that inhibits most people, from using it.

Let me ask: What informed your choice of 6V batteries, instead of 12V or 24V?
IMO, you can achieve your stated capacity using a smaller number/array of batteries than the current setup, if you were to use 12V or even better, 24V.
What is the voltage rating of each of your Panels?

Thanks,
