Xwhy1:
Can't you communicate without insults? You sound pained. Stop writing ignorant story, there are some things you need to learn. I see you don't know much about the Delta state you igbos are claiming. In the first case, it is never part of old Eastern region. It was part of old western region.

Let forget about region here. The people Anioma are not majority in Delta state. Anioma ancestral home is Edo state. You could find anioma people in some Edo state, ondo state, Benue state and some state in the East. Anioma in Edo state don't speak Igbo, they speak Edo language. Also Anioma in owo in ondo state speak yoruboid language and so are their languages and culture differs based on the state they found themselves. If Anioma people were igbos, why do other Anioma settlers in other state not speak Igbo? Does my speaking of English makes me an English man?

You sound so naive, do you want me to believe that all Delta speak igbo and practice the Igbo culture? Are Itsekiri, urhobo ,isoko, ijaw and other tribes Igbo? Why grab all the land these people own as your Biafra land. Once again, Biafra is a land grabber!!!
Oga, your comments about the Anioma people are incorrect, o! undecided The ones I met in Delta state speak Ika or a dialect of Igbo.

PointB:
If Igbos are armed, who are we going to fight? I personally don't want Igboland to be battle ground, especially for sake of fighting. If Kanu is re-arrested, is that enough to pick up arms and start a fight? And what will the fight be about? Freeing him or fighting for Biafra?
Hehehe....! wink Tell dem, o! shocked Those who want to fight for Kanu, have forgotten that Kanu has dual nationality, and can escape from Nigeria if he wishes to, using his 2nd passport. His supporters do not learn from history. If they take up arms, do they know how the story will end? Or do they think the other side would applaud their antics, and not retaliate? Nobody should come here and start lamenting that they lost millions in a war, they could not foretell its end.

What was that Fela's song again? huh "Trouble dey sleep, yanga go wake am, na wetin e dey find ooO00.... Palaver e dey find," shocked sad undecided Abeg, make somebody help me finish dis Fela song, make Kanu hear am......there is no need for arms. Biafra should be achieved, peacefully.

majekdom2:
I was going to say the bolded. HR in Nigeria is the most unprofessional in most of department you find in an organisation. I am sorry to say this and I owe no apologies. I make my assertions based on my experience. Many HR team in Nigeria can't even tell who has got passion for the role and why. They simply want to have the best catch forgetting that intent and reason gives motivation. A candidate may just want to be in a multinational, or have a higher pay or change of roles, but will all these make him excel in that position. I have had experiences with few international recruiters and some good HR's in Nigeria, I can tell the difference clearly. The HR should be the first person to defend the selected candidate, why they were the ones called for an assessment or interview. Sadly, they leave the candidate in the hands of the Hiring manager. Many HR perceive most entry level- mid level job seeker as individuals with " No option", so they make their un professionalism obvious unconsciously. I loose interest in a company once I see a HR below my expectation no matter how interesting they may have made themselves
Oh, this must be the best post of the month! cheesy Biko, give me one hi-five there, jare. You hit the nail on the head! wink

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), in a recent interview said that he will be in Abuja on on Tuesday, October 17, because his people are there........

every where in Akwa ibom is miles better than the east. Let's not lie to ourselves. Roads are as smooth as can be. More projects going on in the nooks and crannies. What are your governors doing? Leaving the states in the east to "develop" other regions. You people should be ashamed of yourself. You don't even stay in the place you call home, you become nomads, moving from one place to the other in search of greener pasture, because, your own place has nothing good to give. Why are your people loitering the whole of Nigeria if this isn't true?

Now to the question of if Ibibio can feed ndigbo. Don't always ask questions you have answers to. We will feed you and have left overs. Our resources will cantab you all joined together. This is pretty glaring. What is your earnings and IGR? The east is not Akwa iboms mate. Your mates are Zamfara, Ekiti and the rest. When elephants talk, cats keep quiet.

And with only 49bn IGR cumulative for the 5 states, you people still have mouth to talk. Akwa ibom alone, from January this year till July had 68bn allocation ALONE for the state, you come and be grading Akwa ibom with the east? Have you no shame? Don't you know your mates again?

ONWARD STATIONERY STORES LTD
Is a limited liability company formed in 1953 by Chief M. Obagun. He started trading paper just after leaving school, at first buying locally before he began wholesale imports. Whenever he is in the mood and feels like recanting the story, one will know that the first type of paper he imported was NCR from a Norwegian company and this little transaction is what really started the journey of OSS.

In time he was able to build a team around him that shared his ideas of integrity, his vision and commitment to excellence. With people like Mr. Emmanuel Ogunsanya, his erstwhile managing diector, who worked with the company for 40 years.

OSS expanded into importation of many other paper products over the years and built a solid reputation for supplying quality paper products. In fact, the name Onward came to be closely associated with quality.

In time the OSS vision to become a topmost supplier of quality paper products expanded into manufacturing paper products. In 1973, Onward Paper Mill was birthed to manufacture stationery products like notebooks and envelopes amongst others. In 1989, Epesok paper mill was created to manufacture jumbo rolls and tissue products

Our strategic location at the heart of the biggest paper market in Lagos and possibly Nigeria ensures our customers are never too far from getting access to our papers and our warehouse in the same axis is big enough to accommodate paper stocks to satisfy our customers.

OUR VISION AND MISSION
It is not only to be seen as a value creating reliable paper supplier. We aim to build relationships with our customers sustained by understanding and responding to their needs whilst aiming for mutually benefical position always.

We also believe that a company is only as strong as its people, thus the proper welfare of our staff is also part mission and part strategic objective.

Currently, with the new team led by Femi Obagun, we are determined to not only preserve the legacy left to us, but also expand it by increasing and enforcing our market share and adhering to the old values of integrity, reliability and mutually benefical cooperation.
Great! wink Onward Paper Mills & Stationery Stores had earlier been profiled on page 206, too. They are the largest paper mill factory, in Nigeria. Has Kunle Obagun, now handed over the company to his brother, Femi Obagun? huh

Chief M.O Obagun established Onward Stationery Stores in 1953, as a retail outlet for paper, stationery supplies and writing accessories. With time, the business expanded. He started trading paper just after leaving school, at first buying locally, before he began wholesale imports, from a Norwegian company abroad.

https://onwardstationery.com/images/banners/products.png

Several years later, he decided to set up a plant producing large paper rolls, and newsprint for the print media. That plant was incorporated in 1972, and became known as Onward Paper Mill Limited (OPM). It was the very first indigenous paper converter to manufacture and market top quality stationery in Nigeria.

From pioneering paper conversion and manufacture of top quality paper products, OPM has become a leading name in the Paper/print product manufacturing sector of the nation. It is currently Nigeria's largest paper mill.

https://onwardstationery.com/images/banners/about.png

The firm's manufacturing capabilities are complimented by an ability to provide contract based consultancy services in print/paper inventory and logistics. They also manage their clients' print requirements including requisite analysis, annual projections, customization and brand enhancement, production, warehousing and even delivery to different locations, as indicated. They have in-house consultants who ensure that clients have a well-balanced, consistent print and paper product inventory process.

https://onwardstationery.com/images/images/01.JPG

OPM’s uncompromising standards are based on quality, competitive pocket friendly prices and timely delivery, all in one neat customer-friendly package. Today, Chief M.O Obagun's son Kunle Obagun, sits at the helm of affairs at the OPM factory in Oregun in Lagos, as the Executive Vice-Chairman, to preserve the legacy of good business that his father started, and take it to greater heights. http://onwardstationery.com/about_us.php

Don't become a blogger! Do something else! shocked Most Nigerian bloggers are nothing to write home about. Most of them just copy-and-paste the same stories that have been recycled or published elsewhere. No originality, no in-depth analysis, no factual research - nothing! this is the reason they want to fuse other better states with their east for Biafra. They don't have good roads, nothing. Whenever they go to Akwa ibom and see good roads and infrastructures, they call us Biafra brothers so we can fall for it.

They better prevail on their government to fix their states, better still, sit in their states and progress it, instead of running out every time to another persons land to claim it.

Chimamanda Adichie is NOT married to an Edo man. Her husband Dr. Ivara Esege is from Itigidi in Cross River State. He’s mixed-race. His parents are deceased. His dad was from the old Cross River State, and his mom was Scottish. undecided
