What I may fault Linda Ikeji for is if she had at some point preached against sex or having a child outside of marriage, then she is an hypocrite because alot of young girls and ladies who can't think for themselves must have looked up to her as a role model and taken to that which she preached with some sacrifices and painful consequences. Some have lost their fiancee due to taking to her advice.
Take myself as an example, I have decided long ago as a young lad that I will never pay the bride price of any lady unless I give her belle first, (that is my personal decision and choice) That is the policy I followed Introduction, pregnancy then traditional wedding, no church wedding. If she had listened to and accepted the preaching of anyone saying no to sex or pregnancy before marriage, she go find her customers go front. What I am saying in essence is that you should be the mirror reflection of that which you preach.

I have already opined that we suffer from religious slavery. That fact is known to all. Many cultures embraced names for the sake of religion, hence Europe adopted many Hebrew/Jewish names like John, Joseph, while the Muslim world also adopted Arabic names like Ibrahim, Farouk. All names which we here then embraced upon the acceptance of those faiths too.

So there is no debate at all about how those of faith bare certain names for reason of faith.

But we have now advanced even in cultural slavery to what kind of names we give our kids. Names that are clearly not of religious significance even for those who are religious, these begging the question of why bare such names?

Some even use names from folklores of Europeans, but will call their own cultural folklore as demonic. We fancy names of European locations but don't fancy our own cultural locations.

I am not vexed at all, I have only made an opinion about a trend that seems not to wane anytime soon.

As for Iskaba and Iskebe, they are as meaningless as I have already opined about some of those presumably "refined" and "rich" names.
