I'm not comparing, neither do I indulge in such, but the fact of the matter is, alcohol is only 25% more risky than marijuana based on short term effects, like getting drunk and crashing your car etc.

However the long term effects of weed can be damning. Your mind, perception etc becomes warped over time and you won't even know it .

In such cases, Marijuana will give you inspiration to live your life once again.

Failure to enjoy marijuana makes people angry and judgemental, so they drown their sorrows by developing an addictive reliance on liver-destroying alcohol and cancer-causing cigarettes.

Everything becomes so pure when you smoke the herb.
conversation becomes interesting, love becomes true love and
Sex becomes just a heaven.

What it actually does is distort your mind.

Most of the Nigerian's I see on Snapchat smoking it aren't normal but think they are.

Distorted mind = poor life decisions.

Anyways we'll see the end result soon at the societal levels.

Just cos you saw some waterdown jackass on Snapchat doesn't mean youve seen it all.
People smoke shittt these days..

No other drug can compete with cannabis for its ability to satisfy the innate yearnings for Archaic boundary dissolution and yet leave intact the structures of ordinary society. If every alcoholic were a pothead, if every crack user were a pothead, if every smoker smoked only cannabis, the social consequences of the ‘drug problem’ would be transformed. Yet, as a society we are not ready to discuss the possibility of self-managed addictions and the possibility of intelligently choosing the plants we ally ourselves to. In time, and perhaps out of desperation, this will come.

Don't forget an honorable mention for Nigeria's biggest treasury looters like current NDLEA head honcho and fanatic cannabis enemy Fat Bubba Marwa, who strip-mined the Lagos State treasury back when he was imposed as a military dictator, then used that stolen public wealth to finance an airline called "Albarka Airlines" which promptly failed, went bankrupt, and slid beneath the waves not long after its creation.

Now that same old fat phuck spends his time screaming on TV about how much he hates weed smokers. The shit-show never ends in Nigeria.

Marijuana enhances our mind in a way that enables us to take a different perspective from 'high up', to see and evaluate our own lives and the lives of others in a privileged way. Maybe this euphoric and elevating feeling of the ability to step outside
the box and to look at life’s patterns from this high perspective is the inspiration behind the slang term “high” itself...
.. But stupidity fanatics like Marwa wants us to be alimajiri and lost.

The fact that, in the United States, there are people serving ten-year prison terms for growing marijuana plants in their backyards while Wall Street racketeers, who have defrauded millions of people and destroyed the global economy, walk free is a kind of bizarre hypocrisy that boggles my mind.

Same shitts in Nigeria, where BH, bandit, buhari, alimajiri, ipob, Hausa, unemployment, inflation, high cost of living, Fulani, etc walking free but y'all chasing weed.

What an argument grin grin grin

Why is marijuana against the law? It grows naturally upon our planet. Doesn’t the idea of making nature against the law seem to you a bit . . . unnatural?

This is some psuedo science bs .

Obviously you won't eat unboiled potatoes, so that is an oxymoron comparison.

The proof is in the pudding.
What actually happens when people smoke marijuana?

What most of you people post as truth's is based on confirmation bias.

When you smoke the herb, it reveals you to yourself.
Is marijuana addictive? Yes, in the sense that most of the really pleasant things in life are worth endlessly repeating.

Look at the example you site. Ten raw potatoes. Who eats ten raw potatoes. Oga if you wan smoke feel free. But compare yourself with a non smoker at later time. We go know who de kill himself. Good one sha ndlea.

The moniker " Numericalguy' eats more than Ten anyday.

Meanwhile, The drug war is a total scam, prescription drugs kill 300K a year, while marijuana kills no one, but they spend billions/year 'fighting' it, because pot heads make for good little slaves to put into private prisons, owned by the banks who launder the drug money, and it's ALL DOCUMENTED.

You must have typed the bolded while being high on marijuana.

When I was a kid, my late father had a farm where all kinds of crops were planted. Me and my brothers used to go to that farm and dig out the potatoes and eat them raw to our hearts desire. This we did over a period of years.
An abnormal reaction to an abnormal situation is normal behavior and that's what makes us Nigerians.

yinmu..

In strict medical terms marijuana is far safer than many foods we commonly consume. For example, eating 10 raw potatoes can result in a toxic response. By comparison, it is physically impossible to eat enough marijuana to induce death. Marijuana in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. By any measure of rational analysis marijuana can be safely used within the supervised routine of medical care.

If the damage affected the Engine block, you must definitely get a new Engine (tokunbo).

Yeah, you're right but not all damage gets to the Cyl Block. Meanwhile all cos those technicians are not thorough breed, they'll tell you to change engine.
If you insist on replacing the affected parts, then they'll change story to "It won't last more than 3 months" oga just change the engine.

All na wash, Dem no sabi work.

What I discovered from my Mech during the repair was; he took his time (2 days) to do physical observations on the engine.
After all the checks, he called me to see for myself, he showed me the engine parts and their conditions.

He said I only need to buy an Original follow come "Tokumbo" rings and Con. Rod cos new parts will cause problems after some time.

And that's where many mech got it wrong, they'll purchase a China made brand new engine parts which will later cause more problems.

I'm not saying other mechs ain't good in their ways but
when it comes to fixing engines/gearbox na there you go know say Kazeem and Taju no be mate..

It's all about experience.

Where can we get this kind of technicians??
99% of them are bad, the only thing they know is how to remove and replace.

The moment you have problems with door locks, window lifter, wiper engine etc their own is to tell you buy another one where a good technician can repair those things.
