Can someone help me the MODALITIES of accessing this Pension FUND......

Thanks
Are you above 50yrs?
Are you employed in the last 6 months?
If yes you can only withdraw 25% of your money provided you have all your documents intact.

otomatic:
This simply shows how much job loses have occurred as people who are still in employment cannot make withdrawals
Well, not entirely true because there are some still working (labour force) but their employers don't comply with the extant laws of pension, that is, they don't remit pension.

easzypeaszy:
Please how do I go about it
I need 25% oooo
Getting 25% used to be very easy, you could withdraw within 2-3weeks, but things have changed because now you have to update your details before you can withdraw.
The processes you will need to go through are
1. Data recapture
2. Submit all docs for 25% withdrawal to PFA
3. PFA confirms that all docs ( Resignation letter, exit letter or disengagement letter and accrued letter) are ok & data recapture is confirmed before they send for approval
4. once PFA gets approval from PenCom they will tell the bank to pay you.

Continue to ask your PFA to provide you with update on the status of your application.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Unfair Treatment In The Name Of Recruitment By Glo Hr by lavylilly: 11:54pm On Jun 20, 2024
I once showed up — early — for a job interview. They had no record of me having an appointment and I had to show them my phone to prove to them that I was supposed to be there. Then they had to track down my interviewer. She kept me waiting at least a half hour past my appointment time. I was watching the clock and decided to give her a few more minutes (I was unemployed and this was a good opportunity) and then I was going to walk.

Well, she finally showed up, took me into a panel interview — which I did not expect — and sent me on my way. A month or so later she called and offered me the job. Still being out of work, I accepted.

But I shouldn’t have. I should have seen that experience as a massive red flag. That office ended up being the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. They had no respect for their people or their people’s time. It didn’t take long before I was eating lunch in my car every day, doing breathing exercises on my breaks to try to regulate myself, and constantly getting upset at home.

Don’t let companies “test your patience” — intentionally or unintentionally — during the interview process. They’re really just seeing how much of your time you will allow them to abuse.

While I don't support unnecessary spending at weddings it's not even feasible to do a wedding today with. All those Tom Tom and whatever u wrote there doesn't even make sense in real life. It's an occasion and there has to be a reception to entertain the guests. U can actually buy cheap rings that will grow rusty while Ur wearing them over some time and rent a cheap suit/ wedding dress, cake, use the church hall as reception too, using abacha for traditional rites is okay what about the things the man will buy to the bride's family? 10k abacha nor feed 20 people and some families and extended families will be there, Ur own family, guests, village heads and elders. It's impossible to even do this with 200k talk more 50k. It's just for cruise though
Is it a must to have guests at your wedding?

A lot of people marry and perpetuate generational poverty, even bring innocent children to suffer, that practice must stop.

We have to change lots of our cultures in Nigeria to align with realities and common sense. When two adults are not able to finance a wedding and are considering 50k as an ideal wedding budget, it's a big pointer of financial immaturity.
Yes I am in Nigeria and live in Ugheli.
Kindly explain, what financial maturity is all about?

Aren't you in Nigeria? Are things not difficult already? After the wedding is marriage it better to have a small wedding party and have food after the wedding that spend lasvishly and go hungry after the wedding.

Why waste money on uber when you can just take bike to and fro which shouldn't cost more than #500

Why waste money on food when you can just buy one small box of cabin biscuit and two bags of sachet water which shouldn't cost more than #2000 at most.

There are very good and shining #500 ring.

They should not give the church more than #2000
