Ah,thank God my hubby isn't a cheat(well not yet or I haven't had a cause to believe otherwise)cos I'll turn a blind eye o and be doing my thing.At the end of the day,I'll be the one with a fat account and his will be diminishing.E go make sense die sha.

@Kobojunkie,thank God u are not my husband cos u would have been screaming on me to get the laundry I did yesterday ironed instead of lying down and claiming exhaustion.
I'm almost 8mths pregnant and its a low lying foetus,which means sitting gives me pelvic pains so I'm adviced to lie down most of d time but then I have 2kids,go to school monday to saturday and have been alone for 5 out of d 8mths cos hubby got bizness to handle.I can't call on my mom cos she's not so strong health-wise and I dnt leave in Nigeria too.And I can't ccall mother-inlaw so no one will say I'm using them.I've been forming super-woman and right now my doctor says I'm suffering from exhaustion(I thought it was more serious cos I get tired,weak and my heart palpitates very fast when I do very minor work,even ordinary eating)I have to stop,breath in and out severally before I continue(imagine how labor wll be if I dont get a help now and start resting before d Dday)And if I collapse one day or can't bring forth my young,u'll be one of those who'll call me names.And mind u,not everyone can cope with a lot of stress.the people abroad(whites and blacks alike)just can't afford helps,the ones who can,have them and I know so many.I also know others who wish they could have one too.Our granny's had siblings,relatives,neighbors kids who they could send on errands,dnt 4get that.Can't wait for my own help who's coming next week...lazy me*according to Kobojunkie*

I have been in a situation where my hubby's elder brother told me to leave their house or he'd slap me.My hubby got up,rushed to him and told him to try it and see what he can do,he built d house and no one can send his wife out of it but him.
For people talking about child abuse,its obvious most of u will produce citizens who like their western counter-parts will tell their parents to shut up,beat them up and/or disrecpect them openly.
I will spank,discipline and punish my kids until they are 17 and/or are no longer my responsibility.And by God's grace,they'll be good ciizens of the world,respectful,responsible,God-fearing,hardworking and sensible.

Its some fault of the men that most women in nigeria don't wanna date broke guys.My mom dated and married one broke ass man against all beatings and her near kidnappe by her siblings.He promised her d whole world for standing by him and loving him for who he was cos Her people succumbed,gave him an all-expense paid wedding,lots of house-furnishings,my Saint of a granny went for 3omugwo's with lots of stuff for them and she never got even a piece of fish but she was happy all the same.Fast forward 20yrs later,the same broke-ass man is rich,in the US but abandoned his kids and all-so 'love him through thick and thin' wife.Still never got a piece of cloth to thank even if its only his mom-inlaw who was always suportive and generous without complaints.I grew up sayin to myself "I'll never marry a broke-ass nigga like my mom" cos I don't wanna be in her shoes.I dated broke guys but married a well-off guy.Even though he's had broke times,I've been with him through it and I've always said to everyone,my girls won't date a broke guy(they'll av all they need cos mom and dad are loaded so they won't need his money)(my kids are my responsibility and not anyone else's until they can do good by themselves).But when it comes to dating or marryin a broke guy,experience has made me say NO for my girls(I have 2 already).Cos wen he gets rich,he'll remember he can have any girl he pleases,she's ugly,she's fat,she's too possessive etc etc.So pls y'all shd stop complainin cos some of the male folks are the reason for some women folks ideology.

My neighbor divorced his first wife because while he was hustling in America, the woman was cheating. He remarried a never-married young woman and they are very happily married to this day (in fact, the new wife helped raise the 2kids from the previous marriage and had 3 more kids of her own).

Like I said, it all depends on why the first marriage failed. Do your research and due-diligence well. Good luck!

Sorry, but she 's right.If my child does any of the above, I 'll spanking him /her seriously.I 'vehad a househelp and I tried to treat her as my first child but she just proved to be on a mission in my household.I was constantly warning my hubby that he was too young to have high BP because of a househelp cos she'll do the opposite of anything u instruct her to do and I will beat or just ignore her and do it myself while my hubby is left shouting and being very angry.After 9 months, we decided to return her to her parents instead of trying to help them and she 'll be influencing our kids badly, which will leave us with more work in Disciplining our own kids.I 'm glad to say that those signs that made me concerned for my hubby 's health are gone andthe stagnation or backwardness that crawled into our home then left from the very day my mom came to take her to her parents (we intended to keep paying her school fees even though she 's not related to us)and apart from loving to play at every given time our kids are well behaved, no more lies, being mischievously wicked.Picking and hiding things that belong to someone else etc.So with househelps, some people really do maltreated them which is wrong in every sense so instead of doing that, send them back to their parents cos they can be annoying and anger and frustration can make one do harsh things.
