Anything for the peace of humanity |
Only People Who Can Accept The Pain Of Rigging Should Participate In Election - Oshiomole. He can only beg, ask or plead with the IGP, he can't order him around. |
Hardly would you see a critic these days whose major aim isn't to be noticed by the government and be invited to come and 'chop'. Dr. Reuben Abati was once a fierce critic of the then GEJ government but ended being his spokesperson. This gentleman shouldn't have allowed himself rubbished by the politicians who have endured the missiles from his 'unkind' pen over the times. This could have been a set up ab initio to silent him or would he have the moral right to criticize Lawan? |
I pray that the government will have the political will to take this bold step against the archaic, barbaric and inhumane cultural system. Shame on the elites from the Almajiri infested northern cities who selfishly looked the other way while this time bomb was being planted decades ago. While at it, the government should also look into the proscription of the Killer Herdsmen and their affiliates. |
This is a man who was reputed to have shunned most Council of State meetings during his predecessors' regimes. |
See calculation. The girls, and by extension, their entire fans, wouldn't have been in this despondency if not for the perceived poor officiating of the last match. All hope is not lost anyways. They will still make it, hopefully. |
National Electoral Commission would have been the appropriate name for this institution. The 'Independent' is debatable. |
If he has convincing intel to such, is it not better for him to flee now that he is still a free man? He should have learnt from MKO that sometimes it is better to fight your battle from a distance. Those that are urging him on now will end up use him as negotiating tool to better their breads when the die is cast. He should also know that no foreign country cares about the happenings in a third world country. |
Yoruba nation is becoming endangered. It is encircled, surrounded and infiltrated. |
Settlement out of court. If this is true, all intending probe actions to be halted. Every other shakara henceforth will be for the camera only. Okorocha and his son-in-law can go and enjoy their spoils in peace. |
Sadly when one elder statesman from that region alerted them of an impending ploy by these expansionists to annexe their land, even those who are not worthy to tie his shoe lace threw jabs at him to the admiration of their masters. That the South West is a surrounded and infiltrated region is no longer in contention, what their elders and leaders are doing is what worries the onlookers. |
He is privileged and protected. The man may not even be in Nigeria at the moment. Where is Maina today? Nothing surprises me again. |
The video ended at the most critical point. Did the Presiding Officer enter the number of votes cast for each contesting party? Uncle Dino should release the complete video |
I pray that these observers get back home to in peace and not in pieces. Someone once threatened them with bodybags hence they must watch their backs. |
If Yakubu will go to jail for any infractions during the election, it won't be while this administration is still in power |
Strangely, Channels has blocked the video from its website. Maybe YouTube too will soon delete it. But is it not too late to deny the existence of a central server at this moment? Mr. Iginni was explicit enoigh in that video. |
Even if you want to lie, try to lie convincingly now. Haba! |
Server that INEC already denied its existence. I hope this isn't a ploy to confuse and intimidate the tribunal members after all |
The death of any Yoruba killed by these emboldened marauding herdsmen will be on their leaders who are either trying to be politically correct, or are not brave enough to stand up to the expansionists for whatever reason The South West is infiltrated and surrounded and is almost a conquered territory RIP to this man and perhaps, their next victim. |
The right to peaceful protest is part and parcel of democracy. Why would a government and or its agents deny the citizens such a fundamental right in a democracy? Yoruba leaders should do more than mere protest which may actually be ineffective. They should take their case to the international communities like the Middle Belt leaders have done. The South West is gradually and systematically being surrounded and infiltrated and it will be foolish to play the ostrich or be politically correct against these unrepentant and privileged herdsmen. |
One would have expected the artificial trees, if necessary at all, be mounted on concrete bases and strongly reinforced. Anything short of that could amount to sheer wastage of scarce public fund. |
If only people will see reasons with Bode George before castigating him. |
Ok |
The APC National and FG should learn from Ogun Government. Even though the government has interest in the candidature of Olu-Omo, it never made any noise about it. |
Very very good. This is on behalf of over 180 million concerned Nigerians and not just the 1522 as quoted above. Shouldn't the lawmakers be sensitive enough to cut down these extravagant spendings without necessarily being dragged to court. What moral rights would they have to scrutinize the spendings of the executives which are also shrouded in secrecy? |
If APC fails to win the 2023 general elections, these same alleged corrupt people will still turn around to pledge their allegiance to the new Sheriff and thus the cycle continues. This is why the country needs strong institutions instead of strong individuals. |
If Ganduje is bent on removing the Emir, no amount of Turenchi can save him. It could be that all of the troubles he is being subjected to are just to shake him and make him accept the new emirates as they are. |
What surprises me is how people conveniently leave the president on whose buck stops and heap the blame on some cabal members. |
...and the new emirates? |
I can't imagine that Nigerians are already insinuating where the pendulum will swing by mere looking at the names of the judges. God! Have things really gone this bad with the judiciary? |
I won't be surprised if this excavator-ride comes at a price. Conductor be like: #50 #50 per ride! |
